I went in and needed a part for my truck Fawnia was amazing she helped me in every way needed she even helped me another time putting a headlight in my dodge cuz I didn t have tools. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fawnia is super friendly and cares for her customers needs! She made me feel like a friend even though I haven t ever met her

This place doesn't care about customers anymore, they don't have parts knowledge and Fawnia will spread lies about you all over town. My recommendation would be auto zone or o'Reilly and save yourself the stress. Can't even get them to correct invoices without them trying to call your boss and get you fired by lying about you. I know there are others in the area that have had similar experiences you should share them here. I tried to resolve this issue with Management before leaving this review.

Fawnia is always so helpful and always gets my parts correct the first time, and always help me try to understand how to install them. She was Able to help me get the correct door handle for my truck and walk me through the steps to install! She will forever be my favorite to go to for parts.

Waited 8+ minutes. One person at the counter trying to help an applicant. Never acknowledged me or my brother. To busy discussing their lives etc. We left and went to O'reilly in St Anthony's. Won't be going back. It isn't worth the convenience to be treated that way.

I came in today to get a new bulb for my rear turn signal. The previous owner of my car had zip tied the socket to the plug-in and the bulb was melted to the socket. It was extremely hard for me to get off by myself. The manager Greg came outside and helped me get it out, helped me purchase the correct socket and bulb, while also putting the grease on it for me as well. He was extremely pleasant, kind, and helpful.

I called the store and a female answered I didn't catch her name and I had her price some parts for me and ask her to set them out for me so I could pick up she was very perfessional and very helpful and very kind . When I picked them up she was helping other customers and very respectful with them also .

I needed parts for my tractor & called my wife to pick them up on her way home to island park. She called Greg at the Ashton Napa store not knowing they had closed at 5:00. Thank goodness he answered the phone after hours and was willing to wait for her to get there at 5:30. What GREAT customer service!! We really appreciated his service and very nice personality. We will take all our parts business to him.

Danny is great. If he doesn't have something he's more than happy to order it for you. What the general idea of what I was working on he was able to find me a functional toggle switch and had most of the other parts necessary to build a trailer testing device.

Super grateful for the excellent service we received. As we were just passing through with a warning light popping up on our car indicating a problem. A quick hook up told us the alternator was out. We purchased the part and were helped out in finding someone to replace it in a very timely manner. Great staff here!!!!

The manager drove 5 miles from town to deliver a caliper pin on a Friday at 4:30pm. He even refused a tip now that s customer service. He saved me a weekend of potentially being stranded on jack stands. I m extremely happy to have such a dependable shop in such a remote place! Thanks again for going above and beyond

I was on my way back home from Oregon to Minnesota with my Brother in laws. We had an overheating problem due to a part that attaches to the heater core on my car sprung a leak. The part is a dealer only item and we checked with Idaho VW to see if they had one they did not. We decided to go to Napa in Ashton to see if we could figure out a way to fix it. Danny and Greg the Manager were there and said lets go out and take a look. I told Greg I could get the part off and did he know of anything that might plug the whole. He said if you take it off he could use some JB Weld Steelstik to plug the hole. My Brother in laws and I pulled the part, Greg used the JB Weld Steelstik to plug the hole. We went to lunch across the street while the steelstik set up and then put the part back on and drove all the way back to Minnesota without a problem.I can't say enough about Greg and Danny. They saved us from having the car towed and then waiting up to four or five days for the correct part to come in. What fabulous customer service! What great guys!Thank you so much Danny and Greg

These guys are incredibly helpful. We broke down on a road trip and they got us back on the road!Can't thank them enough. Probably the best auto parts store I've ever visited.

Greg was a huge help in not only diagnosing my problem and getting the right part for me, but he also found me a local mechanic that could do a road side fix and get me back on the road. Highly recommended!

I found out i had an oil leak on my motorcycle during a month long tour. The manager, Greg, went above and beyond to help me get the problem situated....even coming out and laying in the dirt himself to work on it. A++ customer service. Thanks SO MUCH!!

I lost a wheel headed to henry's stopped in there didn't have the parts was Greg was willing to drive to Idaho falls to get me back on the road we finally found some studs that would work great customer service Danny was also alot of help

the supply is pretty good and they can usually get parts in a day if they don't have it. They are pretty busy though and more expensive than the bigger cities.
