These guys are great, especially Tanner!!Went out of his way to make sure I was ready to go up in the mountains.If you ever need your truck or car fixed definitely stop in there.

They were AMAZING. They are small town and Bend over backwards to provide service, prices are reasonable and they are HONEST. They Changed the oil on my truck without an appointment. The fridge door in my RV had just fallen off. Two young & very capable mechanics immediately fixed it to stay on until I could get parts. I accidentally left my credit card. The manager, Tim, put a hold on my card and called ahead to the next town to locate me by leaving a message at the state park visitor center. They even mailed my card to me. I LOVED these hard working reputable men.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! If I could I would give them ten stars! My daughter and I were on a cross country road trip and everything went wrong on our truck. And I do mean everythingBy the time we pulled in the brakes were almost non existent, the steering was out, the battery wasn't charging...Tim spent five minutes looking it over, showed me what was wrong, called in mechanics to handle it and ONE HOUR LATER had us back on the road at a very reasonable price. To top it off he recommended a super deli just around the corner with super excellent food and nice people.We could have been stranded in Arco, instead we were well taken care of!

While traveling with our RV through Idaho, our truck started making loud rubbing noises from the front. I contacted Tim at Parts City and they had me bring it down for a quick assessment. The tech, Kevin (Lefty) did a test drive and found the issue. With parts in stock, Lefty went to work, provided updates of the progress was given and the issue was fixed. I was VERY impressed with the customer service exhibited by both Tim and Lefty and I see why those individuals were hired!

Tanner was generous and professional! Not only did Tanner repair my tire outside of business hours, he also insisted on swapping and restowing the spare and checking the lug nut torque on all the tires. He was friendly and made sure we were aware of any other safety concerns associated with repair. I am really, really appreciative of the incredible service provided! Thank you Tanner!

Our alternator died while on a road trip. The staff here were very friendly and did not have the part in stock but they ordered it from Idaho Falls and had it delivered that same afternoon. They were very busy and honestly seemed a bit overwhelmed but they still found time to install the alternator for us so we could get back on the road that evening. They also charged us a very fair price. I highly recommend this business!

Was on a family roadtrip and got a flat tire last summer, delayed review obviously. They were 10 minutes from closing but stayed late and did a full repair of tire! So grateful for their service! Very friendly, highly recommend!

Excellent service, kind and helpful employees. Tim is always going the extra mile to help out everyone in town and those passing through. He has a 4 bay service center besides the parts store and can do most auto repairs including full service oil changes, tires, batteries, alignments and much more. Oh and he also makes hydraulic hoses and has equipment for big trucks and tractors!

We pulled into town in big trouble-- we had a hole in our tire, two little kids in the backseat, no place to stay and a long trip to our hotel. These people were the best. They dropped everything to help us. Tanner in particular fixed our tire and was a complete pleasure to deal with. He even took the time to teach our kids how to take care of a car on a traveler's limited time schedule. As if that's not enough, we also learned that Tanner is a volunteer firefighter! They are the best.

We stopped in needing a tire repair. Tanner was fast and efficient. He definitely went the extra mile. He found another issue we were unaware of. This is an excellent business!! Highly recommend

Parts City Auto Parts in Arco is fantastic. We had a flat tire east of town. We changed the flat and called Parts City late in the day to see if they could fix our flat. Although they were closing, they agreed to stay open until we got there to fix our flat tire. The were quick, efficient, and even put the original tire back on.The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you have an auto parts or repair needs while near Arco, be sure to go to Parts City Auto Parts, Advanced Auto!

I had a flat on my horse trailer while traveling. They had a new tire mounted for me and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly and reasonably priced.

Such excellent service! The guy came right out and lifted the RV battery out, put it on their charger, and told us it was ok. Didn't even charge us! Thanks again!

Traveling to Challis, I burned up my driveshaft carrier bearing. The guys let me borrow tools to drop my driveshaft in the parking lot and they sold me a new bearing and installed it on my driveshaft as well. I was able to reinstall my driveshaft, hookup the RV and get to Challis. I am very thankful they were there, or I would've had to get towed back to Idaho Falls.

Rolled into town on a Saturday with a squeaky wheel on a road trip, and this shop couldn t have been better in quickly looking at, diagnosing, and fixing the problem - a loose bolt in the rotor. To my astonishment, they didn t even charge me - thank you!!

We were riding on our motorcycles and our nephew had a fuel hose problems and one of the workers at a Sinclair gas station employee sent us to this auto part store/shop, when we got there the 2 men helped us with some tools, so our nephew can fix his motorcycle, they were wonderful people...thank you for your help and letting my nephew use your tools

You cannot beat them the have many somewhat hard to find items though it is some 30 miles away but well worth the trip. VERY NICE FOLKS.
