The most efficient towing service out there! The man who started this business was one of the best people and was so willing to help, and Larry has followed in those foot steps to a T. Business owner hostile from the get go when we showed up to get my son's vehicle. All we wanted was to pay the fee and go. After taking numbers off my card they decided I needed cash. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Definitely giving them 5 stars. We had to use their service twice in a few days after breaking down outside of American Falls on a road trip. They were fast, friendly, dog friendly and fair priced. AMAZING SERVICE!! My parents were waiting for a tow and he drove by and asked if they needed help. He waited with us for almost 45 minutes until we could cancel another tow. He was very professional friendly and great. Gave great directions helped us at the dealership, helped unload our car. Amazing service I would call this guy 100% if the time if we break down in this area again.Service: Car towing

We were just passing through on the highway. We had a spring break on our trailer which in turn blew a tire and bent the rim. Larry and his son in law came out on a Sunday afternoon to help us out. They were willing to haul our full trailer over 100 miles to Buhl but he ended up taking it to his house for the night and hauling it to be repaired the next day. Larry went up and beyond to help us and we would recommend his services to everyone! We are so grateful!Service: Long distance hauling

Larry and his wife are fantastic! They got up in the middle of the night in below 0 temperatures to rescue me from a bad crash with multiple deer on the highway! They picked up myself and my vehicle, drove me to a motel and waited for me to get a room. I flew home, they cleaned out my car and shipped me all my valuable belongings at their own expense while waiting for me to reimburse them. They provided amazing service at a time I needed them most. Broke down on the interstate near American Falls and I was lucky enough to get a 911 dispatcher that knew Larry from Nichols and Son Towing. Larry came right out to check on me, came back with his tow truck and referred me to THE BEST repair shop, Mike's Automotive in American Falls! I'm sure many have heard this story, lost a tire and they came and towed us into town. But the details of it is what matters. They were like the third one I called and the only one to answer at 1 on the morning. I forgot to tell them there was 5 of us and they still fit us in the tow truck. They picked up my truck and took us into Pocatello. They helped me call all the hotels in the area trying to find an empty room. And the price was decent for all they did. I am grateful I was able to get their help and you will be too.

This business is amazing! We got our camper stuck out in American falls and we asked everyone for help and no one came to help us. I posted on Facebook and found these guys and they came out and helped save the day! Very thankful for this company! Highly recommend them!

Got locked out. Insurance said they would help but made me wait an hour. I called Nichols and Sons and they were immediately at my location and I was in my car within 10 minutes and they waived the charge for the hassle my insurance entirely caused. Best service ever!

Lary was super professional, he got us towed to a tire shop after we had a blow out in the middle of no where. I was really impressed with how quick he got to us and I definitely recommend his services. He does lock outs, tire changes and fuel services. Give him a call and you won't regret it!

After being stood up by Stans Pro Tow after 2.5 hours of waiting we got in touch with Nichols and Sons. They arrived in 20 minutes and changed the tire on our travel trailer in 5 minutes. Very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

We were having issues with our rear differential and needed to be towed into American Falls, and they were there within 20 minutes and didn t have any issues transporting my family and our dog to where we needed to go. They even waited and helped us at Napa to resolve our issue. Very friendly and helpful people, my husband and I would highly recommend!
