I was still having issues with my car a year after an accident with a deer. They squeezed me in around the 4th of July to have a second look. Found an issue and quickly repaired it. Delane took the time to go over every one of my concerns and questions. He helped me feel confident that my car was safe to drive. They even delivered my car to my house in Pocatello. They also took care of all the insurance mess for me. I would definitely recommend Anderson Auto. Friendly, quick, and willing to go the extra mile.

Highly recommend for professionalism, work and honesty. My car was brought to Anderson s recently. Although my car ended up being totaled, Delane went above and beyond to answer multiple calls, texts and questions throughout the process. He even helped me contact my insurance adjuster. A very difficult and stressful experience was so much easier thanks to you!

This business is stellar! They repaired the damage to the front end from a minor accident. The vehicle was ready when I needed it and when I went to pick it up, they walked out with me to go over the repairs. They even did a thorough wash and cleaned the inside. The car was like brand new! I was stunned. Trust me. The price was more than fair and they back up their work. Should I ever need repairs again this is where I am going. No where else!!Service: Body & Trim

Incredibly accommodating and kind! We rolled in at 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon with a cross-country road trip emergency. They were exceptionally helpful and had us back on the road in no time. Thank you!

What if everyone did business like Anderson's?!About the time we got to Middle of Nowhere, UT, we heard something intermittent-weird on the car. I know better than to drive with weird, undiagnosed sounds, so we pulled over, looked around and discovered nothing. Drove a bit more, looked again, repeat, repeat. The culprit: half the weather strip on the windshield came out (thanks, Phoenix sun)A friend helped me with a temporary fix that took us several hundred more miles, and then the side we didn't fix was making trouble.Charles at O'Reilly's in American Falls, Idaho showed me what I needed but we couldn't quite get the weather strip back in right without pulling the whole thing out. So he sent me down the road to Anderson's Auto Body. I left an hour later with cold water bottles for everyone, a clean bathroom and a refusal for payment. He said they like to do a Good Turn Daily, and that they guarantee their work but since we're from out of town, it would be hard to honor that.What a wonderful way to run a business!Service: Body & Trim

I had someone hit my car and do quite a bit of damage to the whole side. I took it in to Anderson's and my car looks new! The work they did was immaculate, and they washed and detailed my car before I picked it up. They made the whole process quick, effortless, and so convenient. I would 100% reccomend them to anyone needing body or paint work done.

Locked my keys in my truck. No one was avaliable in the area to come help me, I was going to have to have some one come out of pocatello. However they where able to have Javier come out and help me in a pinch. These people are not in business just to make money, but also to help others in need.

Got a chip in the windshield on the roads of Idaho and called Anderson's. We were all fixed up and done in less than an hour. Fast courteous and an easy access for our motorhome & toad.

The bodyshop itself is very decent and the job they do is very good and pricing is adequate, however one of the hidden bonuses of doing business with them is that you can expect an awkward letter few months later from one of their employees arriving in an envelope without the return address.

I have used this company my entire life and so have some of my family. I have never seen, or heard of, any work done by Anderson's that was not of the highest quality. They also happen to be very nice people.

Absolutely perfect customer service. Always someone to answer the phones. When we got the car back they did a great Job. Not only did they fix the car they also detailed the inside.

I've had several cars repaired by Anderson Auto Body it's a great place to have your stuff repaired and painted the paint is fantastic you can't tell it's been damaged that's the real truth of a body shop you can't tell a car ever been wrecked or damaged I've had a lot of cars fixed they are the best and yes I tried quite a few of the they never come out looking their best
