Tom and his team went over and above expectations. They detailed my vehicle and fixed things that needed to be addressed for very little money after informing me what they found. My experience has been nothing but positive. Tom even delivered my vehicle to my home for no charge. Best experience I have had getting my vehicle fixed. On top of that the price for all the work was thousands less than expected. Five stars for Tom and his team!

I am very particular about who I ask to work on my vehicles. I did research by word of mouth from the locals, and was quite pleased with Wright Auto. Customer service, communication, cost, and expediency surpassed any expectations I had grown from the word of mouth ratings!Thank you, Tom!

I visited Wright Auto Service for Oil and filter change. Tom and his team are very polite and helpful. They even brought my car to my address after the service. I am happy that I found such a good service nearby, will be visiting again for sure!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Wright Auto Service and Repair. I had taken my truck to the dealer, but they didn't take the time to diagnose the problem. I brought my truck to Tom and ended up getting my starter replaced. From friendly customer service to the efficient and professional work of the mechanics, everything was top-notch. The timely completion of the repair and the meticulous attention to detail were truly appreciated. Tom Wright at Wright Automotive has been servicing and repairing our vehicles for years now and there is nobody that we trust anymore than him and his crew. They are great technicians, honest, dependable and helpful.I tell everyone I know how great Tom is to have in our corner when it comes to Automotive needs we are so blessed to have his help. Tom and his team were great for this oil change but also for the whole engine replacement that happened a few months ago, there were several problems with the manufacture sending the engine but Tom followed up regularly with them and communicated with me regularly. Tom gave me a lot of personalized service, he even came all the way to Pocatello to pick up my truck on Christmas Eve when the diesel fuel jelled up .He has ethics and is accountable and believes an attention to detail. He takes a personal interest in his work. I would highly recommend him to anybody who wants engine or vehicle repair.Service: Oil change

I usually have a hard time trusting mechanics but Tom and his crew are different! They got me in asap and did a thorough job investigating an oil leak and finding good parts. My car has never run better. Tom is a great mechanic and a honorable man. I am so grateful. Hopefully our paths will cross again someday.

Last thing one needs on a road trip is vehicle problems, out of state 5 days before Memorial Day and the truck throws codes, the last thing you need unless you have met Tom. Tom tells me to stop by so he can read the codes, and sends me to the campground, he would be in touch. A couple of days later he tells me to bring it over , wants to run som tests. He tells me it s the fuel pump and said he was going to check on line for some additional info and parts availability while Juan changed the oil. Tom comes out with a big smile and said he could get parts but it was under warranty but the warranty expired in 1800 miles, no waiting to get home. I contact the dealer and they agreed with Tom s diagnosis and Tom sends me out the door to allow me to make an appointment at the dealer. Much more could be said but let me leave it here, Tom is good at what he does, honest as the day is long, and a very good man. As I move on with my trip I will always remember Tom as one of the better things that I experienced on my trip to Idaho. I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else ! Always thorough, always courteous, always professional. Tom is personally passionate about the work he does and actually cares about his customers and how their vehicles perform after he or his crew has done repairs. Top notch for sure.

Tom has a great crew and they work hard to take care of the customers needs. A very busy shop so it is best to get an appointment if you know ahead of time. However, they will pick up and drop off your vehicle for you if you are unable to. Wright Auto has always done a good job on any service I've needed. I only think he needs to quote closer to the actual cost. it's not that the cost is too high for what they do, it's only that the actual cost has always been higher than his quote. They have always helped me when I needed them. I will definitely keep using them for most of my services needed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have never had such an amazing auto experience. Tom and Raul are by far the best! I am from Boise and was camping at Massacre State Park when my truck broke down. I was able to barely drive the truck but it stalled in idle and was bucking like a bronco. There was no way I could pull the camper and or drive home. It was a Saturday and noone one in American Falls was open. The guys at O'Reilly's Auto called Tom at Wright Auto and Tom the only reason he was open was to catch up as they were (usually are) very busy. He gave them and me some advice and said he would be willing to take a quick look if I could come by (another 16 miles further North). He and Raul pulled the truck in and starting diagnosing it. Tom worked on it for over an hour and half and detected the problem and fixed it. He told me to test it out and when I came back to pay he told me to "Pass it forward and spend time with my kids". These guys are Auto geniuses and have hearts of gold. If you ever get a chance to use Wright Auto Service and Repair it will be the best experience you and your car have ever had!!!!Services: Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

Tom is very professional, i felt like everything was actually gone threw. I would highly recommend Tom. He even brought my truck to me when he was done. I've never had that happen. If you use this company, you won't be disappointed. Honesty. That's the best compliment you can give a business. That means their prices are fair, they are quality oriented, and professional. Because they are high in demand, they do the work right. You can't sacrifice quality work for speed. For basic services like an oil change, they take the time to inspect your vehicle and alert you to things that might need to be addressed. Won't go anywhere else for car repairs.
