Great people, they had a pump no other dealer South of Boise could find unless I wanted to replace an entire fuel tank. I was in and out within 20 minutes for a fair price! They were happy to answer any questions and even helped me when I called with a few others later that day.

In the world of big corporate retailers that have high employee turn over and marginal to low service you can rest assured this is nothing even close to that. Krehbiel's is outstanding example of a dealership that works for the consumer. This is a generational business that is strong in providing customer service and parts sales or finding you a new ride. We were treated like family. The pricing, straight up. No hidden Bravo Sierra. Unlike others. And despite being separated by over a 100 miles of real estate it is well worth the drive! So if you have never been to Aberdeen Idaho, make the trip. And grab a burger and a beer next door. Delicious.

This was the most fun I've had making a large purchase. The staff are extremely knowledgeable. They were able to compare all of our options completely and honestly. They were more concerned that we got the machine we wanted than which one would benefit them. They treated us like family friends.They beat everyone else on price, and they were more than fair on our trades. Krehbiels will be our only stop for our off road adventures. Thanks for making purchasing our Polaris General possible!!

I went to Krehbiel's based on high recommendations from friends and coworkers, and I got exactly what I expected - straight, to-the-point dealing, exceptionally responsive customer service, and an experience where I was treated like an old friend and not another sale. I had particular demands that were met quickly. Krehbiel's tracked down the RZR I was after, outfitted it with accessories, completed the financing, delivered and even licensed my trailer so I could be on the trails within a week of originally walking in their door. Thanks for the all the help!

PHENOMENAL SERVICE! That pretty much sums up the experience you will have at this store! The Krehbiel family is amazing! I will drive an hour out of my way to avoid the IDIOT that runs Sport Motors in Pocatello, just to buy a spark plugs from Krehbiel's! This place is amazing!

Awesome service! Helped us same day so we could get back out riding. Very helpful with explaining how everything works. It's farther away than some of the other shops but they are exceptional and priced competitively.

They have a great selection of motorbikes and four wheelers. The main reason we keep buying from them is because of their amazing service. They always go the extra mile to help us with our needs! There service is the best I have found and that's why I plan on continuing business with them!

This is where I take my razor for all repairs. When it's time to buy a new razor, I'll come here. They are amazing, very competitively priced and do the little things that make all the difference. My favorite thing about Krehbiels is their honesty.

Terry and crew really went out of there way to take care of a factory recall on my RZR. They took care of me very promptly and got me back out riding. Very friendly. I am very happy with them and highly recommend them.

Krehbiels have been nothing but good to us over the years! They ve treated us like family and over delivered on every transaction we ve had with them. Their customer service and selection of side-by-sides outshine all the rest! Every time we ve stopped in they ve had the RZR in stock that we ve been looking for. Wouldn t buy from anyone else and can t recommend them enough!

Over the many years of purchasing motorcycles, four wheelers, and a razor. We have always been treated very fair, Terry is always a delight to work with and congratulations to them for there small business award, I will always recommend going back to krehbiels.

He took over 6 months to do a small job and I had to pay for a bunch of unrequested parts they ordered that i didn't need. Owner gets mad if you question the job he did for you.Sorry Val it won't let me respond separately to your comment. It was to a family member Terry lost his temper with, and you had my project from fall til spring.
