Scheduled a safety inspection and Ricky offered to take a look at the AC problem I mentioned since I was already there and he had time. Great service and friendly crew! Will definitely be back.

When I called and asked if they did over the phone quotes their women receptionist laughed and said they are all busy. Very unprofessional and rude. I d rather not do business with that kind of people.

I took a chance and called Waipahu auto care to do a oil change as a walk in. They we're very friendly and helpful over the phone and when I went in they acknowledged me right away. I was able to get my oil change done quickly.I did not know how long ago I had my last oil change so Tai (the employee) who helped me double checked my car before we did anything further, which was very helpful. The employees at this shop are super friendly they answered all my questions with no hesitation. The oil change went by very fast not even 45 min. I was able to get some advice and heads up on some other issues with my car. I will definitely be back and recommend this shop to everyone.

I absolutely love these guys. Went here a few times for my AC. (It gets clogged a lot because where I live has tons of debris and because my car is lowered). Quick service no hassle and really affordable. Super friendly staff.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

This place is my forever mechanic- they have won my business forever. I took my 90k miles 2017 Hyundai to them after a check engine light came on. Tai masterfully checked it out and ran a diagnostic free of charge. Since my car was shipped, he explained that it was likely the same code that came up before I shipped it and that by fluke, it came back on. He cleared it and refused payment for the diagnostics. Extremely honest and knowledgeable- highly recommend to all!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

Im one of those people who hate leaving reviews but the service I received here was too great not to.After going to several shops to get estimates and feeling overwhelmed with questions i took my car to Waipahu Auto Care after driving past unexpectedly and right away the Mechanic who helped me took time to explain any questions i had while also educating me on what was going on with my vehicle.If your looking for a shop that actually cares about its customers id go here everytime!

We've been taking our cars here for a few years for safety checks and maintenance and it's quick, well-priced and the staff are always friendly! Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.Just make sure to set up an appointment and bring cash when it comes to state inspections because they don't accept walk-ins.

Excellent. 10 stars. Thai, Sharon and their small team are excellent. I ve had all our family cars serviced here for multiple things. Totally trust them (and you know the feeling when you don t). I can send my teen daughter in and know she ll be taken care of. They balance very professional with very personal. And quality work with fair prices. This is a place with good people and it shows. After going to some of the bigger, well-known places, I finally found my place. I've come here several times for a variety of repairs. I've been very impressed with their honesty. Once I brought in my van for a strange noise and was told it was something very minor, no charge. They could easily have made up repairs and I wouldn't have known. Even when I've had to pay hundreds of dollars, I'm sure they could have inflated the price for hundreds more, but never did.Every repair has been done quickly and was fully explained. This is really like an old-school garage with personal service and knowledgable mechanics, not just a corporate chain.

It is truly a blessing to find Tai and his staff. Sharon who mostly answers the phone is very cheerful and pleasant. I called to ask what to do to a squeaking belt and Ty said to bring in for check. Looked at it and did some adjustments and instructed us to bring it back if the problem continues. No problem so far. We have been going there for all our cars' needs including safety check.Our first service was the best though. We are very satisfied and thankful that Ty saved us a lot of money by not listening to the manager at a tire company who suggested to bring the sienna to the dealer.

Personnel here are very courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Got my rear brakes rotors/pads replaced and they did an outstanding job! I highly recommend this place. They also do safety check quickly and easy.

I can officially say after 2 visits that this will be my local mechanic (repairs and safety inspection). They ve treated me with kindness and transparency. As a young woman, it can feel intimidating to visit auto shops. I ve often been overcharged and upsold services I had no awareness if was an immediate need. However this is not the case here, because the owner and technicians have been easy to approach and have made my stay comfortable. Locally owned. Honest people. I'm thankful they tried to accommodate and fixed my vehicle today. This is the second time I use them for my auto repair. They are my number one go-to if I need repair. Be warned they get fully booked fast so call for an appointment soon.

Great service! Friendly and efficient staff. Safety check process was quick! I also brought my vehicle in this past weekend for trouble shooting. The owner, Tai was busy but offered me a loaner car to get to a doctor s appointment that I would have had to cancel if I waited around for my vehicle to be repaired. After an hour, I received a text from his wife Sharon (his partner and also co-owner) saying that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I returned before they closed shop, and found that Tai took the time to trouble shoot and replace my battery. He was working on two other vehicles, but he found time to make sure I could have my vehicle back the same day! Caring and thoughtful people! I recommend this shop 110%! I will definitely be back again and will recommend them to anyone who needs advise and repairs! Double thumbs up!!

I went to Waipahu Auto Care to get an oil change and they were quick, professional and very friendly. When I got there I got greeted and acknowledged right away from Tai. The shop was very clean and neat. My oil change did not take that long. They were quick. It took no longer than 30 minutes. I have other car issues and will definitely go back there. I finally have a shop I can take my car in and feel comfortable knowing it will be taken care of. Thank u Waipahu Auto Care!!

Waipahu Auto went out of their way to find parts for my Ford Explorer. The parts had to come from outside the country. The price was extremely lower than expected. He delivered my vehicle on time. I love this place! It is the only place I will be going for all my auto care needs. Waipahu auto care is the only place that I trust. So I have a 2007 Tacoma and did my own oil change. To make a long story short I had a electrical problem that wasn t letting my truck start and thanks to Tai at Waipahu auto care my truck is back up and running again. Thanks to him And the folks at the shop I m back on the road. I m glad I found someone like him to work on my truck, now I know where to go whenever I have a problem with my vehicle and it s always good to be able to support the local business.Service: Electrical repair

Make sure you make an a appointment for what you need. I made it for my ac for my truck and everything went smoothly right on time next week be for my safety check and oil change. Two thumbs up great service and great people doing great things
