First let me say, everyone here was wonderful. They were not pushy, they did not try to force me into a car. Each salesman that I worked with, worked with me. Scott and Jon were very knowledgeable of their cars. They are eager to let me take a great serve of the cats that I liked. They helped me find a car that was in my budget and I drove out in a brand new beautiful car that I absolutely love! Definitely a place to come to that had a large inventory of cats to choose from, very inviting, involved and knowledgeable. My favorite experience of it all was that Jon and Scott did not force selling a car to me. They wanted me to be happy with my purchase and happy with the price. They were really there for me.Thank you so much for this wonderful experience and helping me to find the right car for me.

The team at Tony Group VW especially the manager Wendi and Laura. They were amazing. I didn t have an appointment but they accommodate me and they did an amazing job. Very welcoming and loving atmosphere. I recommend this location 100.

Lara and Chris saved me money by explaining that I didn't need the safety check to register my car, and they helped me register the car and put the new registration sticker on the plate. The other work I had scheduled - a coating for the sunroof that had to be installed because of a factory recall - was finished earlier than promised. I was also given a free car wash.

This is my second and last time going to Tony Volkswagen for service. The customer service staff is great, but the technicians are awful and frankly, lazy. During my last visit, I explained the problem and a mechanic was nearby so the service agent brought him into the conversation. He tried to tell me the issue was "normal" (hint, it wasn't). After they took my car they diagnosed it with a stick brake caliper (guess it wasn't normal) but for some reason couldn't repair it because it wasn't a Volkswagen. Disc brakes are basically the same on every vehicle out there, so that is ridiculous. So, for $200 I have a diagnosis I already assumed and an appointment to another dealer in several weeks, not exactly great value for the money. To top it off, the check engine light (minor fault) was clearly on, but of course the world's worst mechanics didn't bother to assess it at all. The only reason I am giving a second star is because the service staff is nice.

Needed my 45K mile checkup and battery replaced. The service dept was very accommodating, since I did a walk-in. They told me how long the service would take and shuttled me home and picked me up again in the courtesy van when my service was completed. They always make you feel special at Tony Volkswagen !!

this last visit I had was incredibly fast, parts came in within 24 hours and by the time you know it I was notified to pick up my whip and back on the road =)...the customer service is always friendly and genuine...shout out to Sheldon the master tech, Wendy, Kris and Laura!!!...#CHEERING!!!

Needed assistance transferring a Drive Easy Warranty. I emailed all 3 finance managers, one of them 3 times as instructed by another dealer since the vehicle was purchased from Tony Volkswagen. I did not receive a single response from any of the Finance Managers. Sounds like very poor after purchase service.

Sadly, the customer service has really dropped off in the service department at this location. I first made my appointment and drove the 30 minutes to get there only to find out the EV tech was on vacation for the week, and I had to reschedule. If that had been the only hiccup, I would not have reviewed the experience but when I arrived a week later for my second scheduled appointment no one came out to greet me and I sat in my car a few minutes wondering if I should go in, which I finally did. When I went inside the service advisor, didn't seem to know anything about my appointment or have an accurate estimate of what was needed. He quoted me for an oil change and EV's don't get that service. I understand VW doesn't have a lot of EV's and they aren't Tesla, but if you sell and service them, it would seem to me that learning a little about them might be important.

The service here is professional, prompt, and all the faces are friendly and familiar. I feel very well taken care of when I come in for service. So much so that I'm actually now purchasing a new VW!

Scott was very attentive to the purpose of the purchase. He was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to consider the options to buy now or on three months when we needed the secondary car. Scott helped us to understand the difference is purchasing and leasing the ID.4. We spent hours of his time and we our very pleased. Very considerate salesman.

Took my car to Tony VW a few months back due to gas tank issues. I ended up spending $400 (DG fee + tow fee) just for Tony VW to misdiagnose my car. They told me it was my rollover valve failing when it was the suction pump. Advisor was extremely rude and not helpful. Was very matter of fact and obviously wanted to make money instead of actually advising. Never gonna come back for service.

Laura Soares-Ebinger is amazing! I lost my car keys while shopping and had to have my car towed home, I didn't know what to do! I caught a ride to the VW service department and Laura saved the day! Laura called the tow company, made all of the arrangements and even lent me her ear. Laura is sweet, helpful and fabulous. Thank you!

Attendant would not listen to what was wrong which ultimately led to at least another hours worth of work that I had to pay for. They fixed the problem but were rude the entire time until it was time to pay.

The staff was helpful and friendly. My busy schedule makes it hard to sit around, and the service team made it a priority to get me in and out. Usually, you don t get that with car troubles.

Excellent sales communication. Clear and concise in explaining what is available and was open to questions and available for visits. Alissa was extremely helpful and delivered on all promises made! Everything that could be done to make the buying experience less cumbersome and time consuming she did! All that was possible to get me the best deal on my ID4 was done and I felt like the staff was working for me and not trying to get the most which I really appreciated! You do need a decent coffee maker though! The facilities are no frills and has just the basics to get the job done. Not an inconvenience but just not as attractive as competitors. Does not affect the excellent job that they do on the sales floor!

Service was a good experience. Scheduling the appt was easy and the female agent who helped me was very kind on the phone. However, just a little something that can improve is that when I arrived to pick up my car I sat in lobby waiting for more than 10 minutes. There was no one sitting at the both desks. I walked around to find someone and couldn't find any employees to release my keys. Other than that, I was happy with my service.

Laura in service was so friendly and helpful. I ve moved several times with my 2021 Atlas and have always had trouble getting dealers to honor and utilize the extended service plan. Laura quickly identified my service plan in the system and applied it to my 30,000 mile service. Communication was great and service was timely. Thank you! I ll be a repeat customer!

This was a scheduled appointment that took nearly 2 hours for an oil and filter change. Once service was completed, we found that our skid plate was not put on correctly. Only 1 screw out of 4 was put on correctly/tightened. There was oil around the oil spout and all over the oil cap. No communication from the Service team about the delays of this service was communicated.

Great staff and great service. Worked with me through an unconventional sale due to recent divorce. Kalani did a great job and checked in while working the deal but was never pushy. Highly recommend checking this dealership out.

My wife had the oil change and a tire replacement. Very courteous service rep who represents Tony Volkswagen high standards. After oil changes have the maintenance provider reset the service reminder screen. Otherwise most people like me have to do a YouTube video to figure it out.
