I am always very satisfied with the services I receive at Tony Nissan. Ryan was very courteous and helpful, he kept me updated on the progress of work. He not only completed the scheduled services but also repaired the volume button on my steering wheel and performed work for a recent recall on my Rogue. I highly recommend the folks at Tony Nissan, from purchasing of my Rogue to getting services scheduled and completed I always feel like a valued customer.

Everyone was friendly and the service was done around the time we were quoted when we dropped the car off. The only downside was it seemed like they were maybe a little short staffed, as the service advisor who was helping us when we picked up the car was trying to get someone to go get our car and no one responded to him (it didn t seem very busy and a few hours until closing time). That s not his fault though, and he ended up just going to get the car himself after a while which was kind. Overall a good experience and we were satisfied with the service.

I had a great experience at the Nissan service center. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. They were quick to address my car's needs and provided top-notch service. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and efficient work. Five stars all the way!

Having to take your car in for service is never something to get excited about, but the crew at Tony Nissan make it at least pleasant and painless. They do great work, don t push anything on you that you don t want done, keep you informed throughout the process. They even give you a ride home when services are going to take some time. I consider them very trustworthy and absolutely recommend them.

Change oil and check vehicle. Excellent customer service, quick to make appointment, Fast check in, friendly and courteous customer service. Called me as soon as it was done! Now, I am on the road and confident that my vehicle us always in Good Hands with Tony Nissan Waipio!

The AC Air compressor killed my engine when in use. Went to get it looked at . Thank goodness for my warranty. It covered the repairs and loaner car needed. This was also during the time I had family in town for a funeral. My service rep kept me up to date on my car as well as the part arriving on island.I love my Nissan! And thank you Tony Nissan.

We had an awesome sales experience from the time we walked onto the lot and met Tommy, going into finance, to leaving with an appointment for ceramic coating. Staff was friendly, all questions answered, no pressure sales, and no rushed feeling.

My experience at Tony Nissan was no pressure. I highly recommend you see Francis Hoang. He was very knowledgeable, patience and put no pressure on me to purchase. I was glad that they gave me at least till the next day to make up my mind and held the car for me. Go see Francis, and Nissan, give him a big raise!

It was absolutely perfect. Went into late in the night well after they closed but you guys stayed strong and helped us out all the way until the end. Provided a great loan and all the questions we had were answered. Makayla was the best person they could have sent to sell us a car that day.we looked at so many cars and had her walking all over the place but she never ones complained or even disconnected from the sell. 10/10 car buying experience.

I went in to have my car inspected because the airbag light was on. The young man who helped me was Matt and from the very beginning, his personality was just so warm and wonderful. I trusted that whatever he told me was going on with my car was the truth because he was just so authentic. I wasn t happy to learn what was really going on with my car, but I was more than happy with the service that I received because I could tail that no one was trying to rip me off or have me pay for things that were unnecessary.Another bright spot in my visit was Patti!!! She is so beautiful, and so sassy, lol. From the moment I saw her, she personally escorted me to the waiting room where the coffee was, and was so sweet. I had a little conversation with her as I was leaving, because she was so funny and cool, and she took it upon herself to check and see whether or not my car had an extended warranty on it that could pay for the repairs. I just wanted to hug her on the spot and could not believe that she took it upon herself to do that!I really love Tony Nissan, and as long as I m on the island, this is the only place that I will ever take my car.

Receiver was very courteous and friendly when I arrived. He was quick to have Thomas come and start process my truck for inspection. It took a while but Thomas notified me truck is ready and explained what happened during the inspection. Thank so much but as soon pay my bills and loans I will consider to look at the new Frontier trucks. I would like to tweak what I want in next Frontier if you could allow me. I go to this place for major repairs because it's closest to me but, they do take a long time figuring out your problem. I feel like there should be some kind of refund policy for diagnostic fees if your problem is realized within 2 weeks of paying it, especially if you had to pay a tow truck to bring the car back. Other than that, they finally fixed the problem.

I love coming to this service department. Jason, my service guy is so awesome. He s always there when I come and answers any question I have. Jason is very personable and updates me if I am waiting to let me know the status of my car. I only come to get m car serviced by Jason.

I made an appointment the week prior for possible new tire replacement due to a nail. Appointment was at 9:30a. Didn t leave until after 3 pm. No employees communicated how long it would take for the service. No check in s or anything. It would ve have been nice to know how long it was gonna take so I could ve prepare for pickup while it gets done. Terrible service in that regard.

I was first impressed by the costomers assistant when I called to book my service appointment. She acted professional and understanding during the process. Once I arrived to the shop I was first disappointed because I came from Texas where as soon as you pull off a service advisor will welcome you and guide you to where and what to do. But here I was in my car waiting for about 15mns and no one showed up. I had to go inside the office to approche an agent. He was nice and showed me respect and courtesy. He was also professional and showed me all the deals and offers they have.

Exceptional Sales Service and professionalism. The paperwork took a while due to system issues with Nissan Leasing, but they were very willing to accommodate our needs and respected how valuable our time was. Either way, the process of leasing a vehicle from them was smooth and painless.

Tony Nissan representative's Sue Eguchi and Jason Komori provided exceptional, fast, friendly and efficient service and communication throughout my repair experience. The repairs were accomplished prior to the estimated time suggested. I was totally satisfied with the entire service experience and highly recommend Tony Nissan service center.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS! Nissan notified me that my truck was under recall for a steering wheel emblem. I made an appointment for the recall. I took the truck to the recall appointment. At the appointment, I was notified that it would take three hours and that all they would do at the appointment was determine if a part needed to be replaced. After two hours, I learned that the part needed to be replaced and that NOW they would order the part and call me back in to actually replace the part when the part arrives...Seems like we/they should know based on VIN number whether the part should or should not be replaced BEFORE recalling a vehicle and wasting an entire morning!
