I was very early to my appointment and thought that they would be able to take me in early but the lady at the front desk was super nice to me and politely told me that the lady doing my estimation will be in later on. When I came back she recognized me and she was quick to get me settled. The lady who was taking pictures of my car was also great. I kept adding on minor damages that I was finding and I was feeling bad about it but she was very reassuring. After she took pictures, she explained what would possibly be done in order for it to be fixed. I appreciate the two ladies I interacted with today, they were very helpful and nice!

Considering how many vehicles they receive in a day, repairs were very quick and efficient. Got my honda back a day early then the estimate date looking brand new as promised. Simon and staff were very friendly and informative!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Tony Collision Center. The team was very accommodating from my initial phone call through having my car fixed. They made the entire process easy. Every time I had to go to the center I felt very welcome. I would highly recommend using them. You will not be disappointed!

I have been trying to find out who repaired my vehicle. I have called 8 different collision center on Oahu. They were all helpful and told me a simple no. The lady over the phone at Tony Group wont even tell me if my vehicle been repaired by them. I tried calling 9 months later, talked politely to them to find out what was repaired. I just want to know how bad the damage was, so I can sell the car. I don't want to be selling a car, where someone going to come after me for selling a bad car. This aint like some top secret information.She threatened that she going to unblock my number, and call 911 on me. I wanted to laugh, what is she going to report me for? It would have to be a twisted lie. Regardless very unprofessional business.

ALWAYS fantastic service, ALWAYS a comfortable, clean waiting area. I trust what they say, they've told me how to save money, when to forgo and what maintenance I could wait on. They've more than earned my loyalty!Thanks Tony Group Honda!

The people who work here (Sabrina, Roxanne, and others) may appear to be friendly on the surface, but, as a businessman myself, I understand what kind of operation they are running. Tony Group Collision Center is run by dishonest people. The estimates they provide to customers are meant to steal as much from the insurance companies. I have witnessed them inflating the cost of repairs and repairing parts that did not have to be repaired. It's unfortunate that Tony Volkswagen is associated with this business.This business will be audited and investigated.

The Receptionist was so kind & helpful & so was the associate who did my estimate on my car from my accident! I highly recommend them!

Best collision center on Oahu. Who needs another car dealer when you have new and used cars, full service carwash, and auto body collision center all under one Autoplex. Can't go wrong, especially with such great service and ownership.

I want to give them 0 stars. Customer service sucks. Don't go here - over charge you, disrespectful, worst experience ever. The parts department especially sucks.
