The wait was Very long for a State vehicle inspection. The service personnel were very kind and kept me updated on my vehicle. After an hour and 45 min they called me and I ask them if I could also have a wash and vacuum and they said they could absolutely do that for me and did it for free for making me wait so long. As a long time customer I deeply appreciate their hard work and Aloha. It made the waiting much easier and made me feel more at home. Mahalo and Aloha!!

This place in Waipio is the best!! Go see Tommy Chun-Ming..he's the Salesman of the Year for a reason! Or his Boss, Royce...they are so helpful and honest and they know their inventory! It was so easy to work with them! Honest Salesman....you'll find them here at Nissan!

Everyone was really nice but they initially quoted me 7-8k for my trade in I knew it d be a bit less being that my vehicle has a few issues, but after their inspection they offered me 1k. They provided a list but wouldn t share of problems found by their mechanic, including that the driver or passenger door couldn t be opened from the inside or out. Got back into my vehicle after shaking hands with the gentleman and drove home using the door to get in? So I m not sure whose car they were looking at when they found that! Just felt a bit scammy, everyone was certainly polite but got my hopes up for nothing and didn t prove to be very helpful for my situation. But if you re in a great financial situation without an older trade in then Tony auto is the place for you!

Edit:A couple weeks later I realized the passenger door lock didn t work. So if I lock the car with the alarm on you can still open the passenger side. Alarm goes off (thankfully), but it s annoying when you go to open that door first and forget it s unlocked and alarm is on. They called to ask how the car is, and when I told them that they said at least the alarm works. Since it s not a huge thing it d have been nice if they offered a courtesy fix or something.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Great experience!! Customer service was top notch. Both Tracie & Scott were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I told them my options and they worked with me and my family to get us what we needed. There's a reason this place has high ratings. Keep up the great work guys!Side note, they can get SLAMMED so I suggest make an appt ahead of time (thankfully I did).

A++++ service and professionalism by Brennnan I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Brennan. He purchased my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. He wasn t rude and even gave a reasonable offer to what we were wanting.I have dealt with many dealership and work in customer service myself and by far Brennan is the most professional individual I have worked with : they say in customer service Politeness goes far, yet costs nothing. Put customers first. Brennan definitely displayed those characteristics. He patiently explained, answered our question s,worked all the leg work to make this the most easiest process and even followed up by text message. I have no hesitation in recommending Brennan Thank you for the outstanding service and professionalism! It goes far!!

I took my truck there to trade in and get something cheaper. KBB values my truck at 25k trade-in, at the LEAST. They offered me 20k. The car I was looking buy, KBB values at under 13k, their sticker price is 17k. After 2 hours there I had negotiated them down 6k, AND THEY WERE STILL TRYING TO UNDERVALUE MY TRUCK AND OVER VALUE THE OTHER CAR by a total of over 2k. These people are money hungry and will take you for every dollar you have. Do your business elsewhere.

I visited Tony Group to look at a used VW and *possibly trade my car in. Our salesman was very personable but not very knowledgable about trim levels. When we asked for a trade value on my car, I was told, after they appraised it, they couldn t tell me a number because I wasn t buying the VW right then. Wait. What? How would I know whether I wanted to buy it the next day, if you won t tell me a number. This is a poor tactic to pressure me into making a decision but, eventually, after I went back to the office to retrieve my keys directly, I was provided a number and I left. I was not well pleased with this interaction and while I did like the car very much, I m hesitant to do business based on this interaction.

Louis Mansanas Jr. reached out to me about a Facebook marketplace listing for my car, telling me he s the purchasing manager for tony group. He left me on read and made me text back asking for an update over the span of 6 days, and when I finally got the offer today it was an insulting $2k below even what KBB offered me to but the car, and $5k below the KBB value of the car. Most unprofessional encounter I ve ever had with any dealership. Go to Honolulu Volkswagen instead.

We stopped there a couple of days to determine if we were going to buy a car. The sales people were pretty attentive and informative but they weren't really pests. We eventually ended up buying an electric car for a pretty reasonable price. We got the extras like tint and extended warranty so we padded our own price but it was still manageable. They worked a reasonable deal for us and so we were satisfied. When we got the actual delivery of the car we noticed the car wasn't as clean as you would expect when driving it for the first time. We also noticed 30 more miles on the car then when we signed for it. It couldn't have been from the extras we asked for like driving it to the tint shop because that is done on a later appointment. We let that go but put it in their national survey when we were asked to fill out out. When I had the appointment for the tint and paint sealant they gave me a loaner which I was happy to get but the car wasn't the best. It was kinda scary to drive but thankfully it was only for a day. Overall our experience was okay and I would consider buying another electric car from them.

Tony Group Autoplex had a great selection of used vehicles and we were able to find one that we liked very quickly. I would give them a five-star review except for two things. First, it took an exorbitantly long period of time to close on that vehicle. 5 hours is ridiculous. One hour of that was test driving the car. That was understandable. But four hours to close the deal? I was utterly exhausted and almost walked out the door without purchasing the vehicle. The second reason I cannot give them five stars is that after four or more hours of waiting around to close the deal, they sent us into the finance guy who tried to pressure us into buying all sorts of extra warranty and maintenance plans. When we politely declined, instead of just letting it be, he launched into his high pressure tactics. Very disappointing. But we do love our car.

Buyers beware!!! Sold my daughter a car for $17,000 and within days she needed repairs. (They low balled her on the new jeep she traded in, and is selling it for $15k more) They "fixed" it, the next day after getting it back she was stranded on the side of the road with a smoking engine. They towed it back to "fix" again, this time it needed a new head gasket. Two weeks later she got the car back (4 days after giving birth), and the first time they drove off base THEY WERE STRANDED AGAIN, car smoking, over heating and needed towed. Today she went to trade in the car bcz she was over the lemon and didn't want it back... they said they would only give $4000 for a trade in! They are a complete rip off, and will take advantage of you. If anyone has any ideas of any action we can take please let me know.

The service here is always amazing! Tasha is great. She sends me text notifications to confirm drop off. And a reminder beforehand to confirm my appointment.I usually wait in the sitting area, and she calls me as soon as my vehicle is finished being serviced! If I could give a 6 star review I would!

Had a pleasure to work with Wade. He squeeze me in on a last minute. Place looks really good. I probably will be here for my future safety check and others maintenance. Customer waiing area was very nice and they seemed to clean very often. Definitely feel better when I see them come by and wipe the area so many times.

Professional staff. Friendly and helpful. Staff don't pressure you into buying a car. Good customer service. The only thing I didn't like was they didn't give me the $50 gift card for test driving a new vehicle. It was on their website and email. I asked multiple times, but they didn't give me the $50 gift card.Edit: gave me the gift card later

I visited Tony Nissan and was helped by Alissa with whom my wife and I had purchased a vehicle from the dealership with her help over a year ago. I wanted to trade in my current vehicle so I could have a lower payment due to covid. After crunching number the dealership unfortunately was not able to help me. Alissa however was Very Professional and as always Awesome in helping me. Thank you Alissa and the sales team at Tony Nissan for the help. I look forward to working with you in the future. :)

I am Disappointed I brought my vehicle here three times for same issue erratic RPMs going up and down shifting issue and they're telling me . and oh btw you have a brake caliper issue too.They are too EAGER to point out preventive maintenance issues that need to be worked on about $600. Oh and since that you don't want to replace the brake pads because they fluid on them. we will have to have you sign a waiver after repairs are completed.Tony Hyundai service replaced the TRANSMISSION on the Veloster and we drove it off the lot and it still has the same problem. I don't think that's a question here is if it doesn't shifting doesn't work Please sign the waiver to limit their liability. SAFETY Who cares Priorities are get the customer in and out. Why isn't there quality assurance here test drive the vehicle. We told them how far they needed to drive before the problem would come back up obviously they didn't do it We are out $300.00 for a Veloster with same issue. I was told I could bring back for a forth time for the same problem. I love not having my car for and unsure if it's going be fixed.

Service at the hyundai dealership is great. The fact that my stupid car is there so often. Not as much. The car drives well but I've been having issues with the windows. But again, the service team has been really great.
