Usually don't like leaving bad reviews but this car wash has disappointed me twice now. Got the "platinum" express exterior only for a grand total of $34.52. For the highest tier cleaning the exterior should be pretty close to fully clean. The rims barely got cleaned, tires are still filthy with a dash of tire shine on them, stuff still all over the windshield, and stuff still stuck on the exterior of the vehicle. I went when it wasn't even busy and it was completely rushed.Services: Full body wash, Wheel washing

I come there all the and get the ultra package when they call to inform that my vehicle is ready I have to show them places that was missed like the dash and the windows, dirt spots still on the vehicle that can be seen in clear as day. I understand this is a great opportunity for high school students to learn about how to care for vehicles but I think more adult supervision is needed as well. I have to reclean my vehicles when I get home, so why am I paying so much for your services. This has happened many of times and you may ask me why do I keep coming back, that s a great question. I have made meantion to this to a supervisor and they offered a free wash which isn t what I wanted. I just want my money worth in service. Thank u.

This car wash just raised their rates to $71.18 for the platinum full service and they do a pretty poor job. The mini van was not completely vacuumed, the kids stood around and looked at their phone and I wiped all the (deep) crud off myself. What a rip.

Aloha : the car wash machine seems like the typical machine and it definitely does a good job. After your car is done you pulk up and they have guys there to whip it down, and they really done do the most thorough job but good enough. When you get home you can whip it down again to stop water spots.

Honestly if I could rate a zero star I would. This is strictly based on the woman who answered the call. So rude. She wasn t professional or nice. She was impatient and belligerent. She interrupted me multiple times like she had a lot of better things to do than to sell me a $375 package.

I spent $60 to have absolutely nothing done to my vehicle and then to be ultimately gas-lit when I asked them to wipe it down properly. I did not expect a detail; however, I expected some respect and better service. This company's management is entirely deplorable and does not know how to work with their customers effectively; nor do they have any regard for their customers.Services: Full body wash, Vacuuming

I drive from Honolulu just to have these guys vacuum my car. I am so satisfied each and every time, they take their time and really try to get it as clean as possible. I have a dog that sheds not too mention all the sand my car accumulates and every time I feel like I m getting into a new car after they do the interior. Thanks a ton guys! Ok I literally just came from there and they did a decent job considering I got the cheapest vacuuming and car wash combo (wiki wiki full service). But after I came home, I removed those plastic things off the floor and my drivers side floor mat now has holes in it and it kinda looks melted too. I m not sure if they accidentally damaged it or switched it out with someone else s, but that s not right. They should ve said something. My rubber floor mats were super expensive and very heavy duty so I m not sure how it could ve got so damaged like that.

Paid 64.71 and expecting that they will do good. This is very disappointing, I had the same issue again before which is I thought be different because of different people working but it was the same. I think the supervisor should be out there to check his/her workers. This is the last time I will go to this company.Service: Full body washService: Full body wash

I took my New Genesis G70 and paid extra thinking it Would be a better car wash and it wasn t!! I bought car at Tony Hyundai. This time it actually was the worst service I have ever had. And I tipped them $4 . Not a HAPPY SERVICE TODAY I bought the platinum FULL service. My window is still dirty.Also they didn t take my rear passengers floor mat out.Also they didn t notify us that they no longer vaccum trunks do to a customer complaint.

Really disappointed in this car wash. Price raise of $7 per wash which is a pathetic attempt to gouge prices due to inflation. Soap and water cost Pennie s on the dollar and there is no justification for the level of price raise. Asked employees if they received a raise which is obvious they have not. The car wash raised the price and also took away the free air freshener? I worked for a full service for 10 years and know the costs. You cannot raise the price and then give a worse product. When I asked the cashier if I could get cash back for a tip, I was told that I had to spend $20 in the shop. Are you serious? Way to ensure your employees are compensated. Go to 808 and save yourself $20 and skip this greedy place.Service: Full body wash

I do car wash with coupon from Tony Honda. Get clear coat seal for a bit more money. For the car wash they can be busy. Not this time. They have someone who wipes down the car after the wash. Pretty nice. You can buy more services but I have not so cannot say anything about that.

Went to get my car washed here this morning. And, I ventured out to get the highest prices one, platinum. I was less than impressed with my car wash. Also I noticed that it took the people super short to do vacuum and wipe the car down. Usually it takes a while and I end up waiting, but I am satisfied. This morning was not the case (and I was the 6th in line when it opened at 8) Done by 8:30 with dirt and spots of crud still on my car as if it wasn t even washed. I asked the worker if I could have a rag so i could wipe some stuff off. She gave me one which i was surprised, instead of they do it. I m not one to complain, but the quality was not there. I was super unhappy, especially because I chose the most expensive wash. The lady in charge did apologize and told me she d take my name for next time I come to get a wiki-wiki wash free. Who gets a car wash without a wipe down or vacuum? Get some better workers that do quality work!Service: Vacuuming

Great place. Not too long of a wait when I went, but it can get pretty bad. Car wash is standard, but they do a great job vacuuming and wiping the car down. The car wash has different packages ranging form $16 to $51. I got the deluxe wash as a gift l, and it is such a great gift to have received. The gift price is around $30, but my car is so nice and clean now. Would go again! Go to Costco for lunch after all that sitting!

This is a great car wash in town but I had to wait more than an hour to be accommodated. The service provided is good however they were not able to pick up every pet hair inside the car, maybe most but not all. What I like here are the people, they are friendly and agreeable. The area is clean as well as their bathroom. Overall, the place is awesome but needs an upgrade to cater all the demands.

There are many things to be said about this car wash/detailing location. I feel the prices are excessive and the long wait time is a by-product of their good work. With that being said, they truly do a thorough job and I appreciate the level of care bestowed upon my vehicle. It trulytruly shines. Thank you Rudy!. I gave them a score of five stars because this young man did an amazing job; otherwise it would have been only four.

I have been here for few times, but today the workers are not on it to work. I chose the platinum service thinking that my car will be clean in and out as the service offered. I am not satisfied due to the fact that I can clean better than them. The price that I paid for cleaning and vacuum does not match the service given. This was my go to car need when I lived in Hawaii. Service was fast and great! Lines were always long, but that is because they are doing great to have all those customer go to them. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended!

They usually do a excellent job, however it seems like they're losing their Quality and system. I suggest have each worker at each station be in charge of certain jobs? I recommend have someone look through the truck before releasing it back to the ownerThey forgot to take off the blue tapes and never bothered to wipe the back windows of my truck. My truck was left in the hot sun resulting to waterspots. They forgot to wipe my 2 truck mirrors as well. I paid for the platinum plus and felt like I've been shirt changed

Please do yourself a favor and don't go to this car wash. There's a really good one down the road, go to that one. If you do decide to visit this car wash, just bring your manicure set or a book, because you'll most likely have a lot of time to kill. This car wash is used to wash the cars for the dealership. It doesn't matter if you've been waiting for 30 or 40 minutes to get in the car wash. They will let three dealership cars ahead of you. The car dealership should use the car wash during slow times. Not when there's a whole line of customers waiting. The staff was friendly, but they need to rethink their business practice.

They used to do great jobs. In the past two weeks I ve taken my car once a week. Both times my car inside still dirty. I paid the full service price with the mat cleaning and there were still dirt and sand all in the interior. Not worth the $50 and a tip.

I've been there twice in 3 weeks, and both times it took 45 to 50 min. to get my car washed. Today while waiting in line. A worker came to explain why the long wait and she said they have a lack of workers. Until they hire more workers, I wouldn't recommend you waste your time in line. AND to top it of, after waiting, two employees cuts in front of the paying customers to have their cars washed. It's not their cars but cars that was sold. Come on guys, where is your customer relations.Normally it takes about 25 to 30 min to wash your car, but with the lack of workers, think about it.

This place does a good job inside and out. I am super sad my BMW X5 doesn't fit inside the car wash. I have larger back tires and it was a horrible experience. My rims were scratched, it tilted up the front and we went through. It missed the whole wash cycle so they told me to go through again. I said no that I just wanted a refund but the manager was supper annoyed and power washed it. It was so awkward for me I just wanted to leave. People were looking at me like I complained or was making a nuisance. I wish they would look for that kind of thing (wide tires) or post something so people don't have to go through that mess. I didn't notice until later that two of my rims were super scratched.

The car wash is a circle jerk they walk around like their high. Talking to each as your vehicle dries in the sun. Be a good system if people did their job. Go somewhere else cause the owner does care. Or he would do something about. For the price.

Brought my orange Jeep for a $28.99 wash. Asked employee Chris if he could look into cleaning the mud spots on my interior. The final job was awesome!! I know Chris did more than what a $28.99 calls for and I am very grateful. Generously tipped them but If I had more cash I would have shared it with them. I am now a regular customer as a result of the superb job Chris and the rest of the crew did. Awesome!!

Very good! Love coming here. Wish they would take their time with moving cars into the car wash though. They kind of rush it and I don t like that. I like to have a peace of mind I don t want to have to worry if my car is going to be banged from behind because they rush it every time.

I need to make this a regular thing to keep my Santa Fe looking good inside and out!
