!WARNING!Sud Factory is a scam!More then pissed with this company 1) There is a grid in the product like compound. This caused severe scratching on all my windows. This product is not save on glass. Lot's of these reviews are fake! I work in the detailing industry and have never seen a product so poorly performing and so hyped up.2) 2 applications don't come even close to 1 easy and safe application from another brand. (See video)3) Over a week I have been trying to resolve this matter in private. Just asking to get the windows polished so the swirls are gone. They never replied on emails, fb messages,phone calls or text. This company is one huge scam!NOT SAFE ON CAR GLASS!!!

I purchased the water spot remover for the awful water spots on my 2007 Sportage. Tried Adam's and Chemical Guys with no results. Ordered more X2 than I wanted because of previously mentioned issue others have noted with the website not allowing adjustment and addition/removal of items prior to final submission. Be careful when ordering. Didn't do my due diligence till after ordering and saw the BBB "F' rating which made me feel dumb. However, the product was shipped USPS Priority mail and arrived complete in less than a week. No complaints on that. Right away tried a little on the window for a few minutes as I'd seen in videos and got nothing. Oh, well. Went back out today to really give it a longer workout and now I'm sold. It really works! It just takes more elbow grease on my cruddy windows. See my photos with the spots visible on the left and the circular newly clear area on the right. Thank you Sud Factory!

So far I have terrible terrible experience. I placed an order. My order arrived with the incorrect products. I sent an email to the support email. I received back an automated email that did not address my problem. As of right now this is a complete rip off. A complete scam. I would love to change this review if I could receive the products I actually ordered.After 1 weeks I finally received an email from them. They corrected my order by shipping out the correct quantities. I hope to order from them in the future with no issues.

Buyer beware! See BBB complaints about non-shipment and double charges before ordering from this company.Purchased water spot remover. Was double charged. Contacted the company via email a day after to let them know about the double charge. No response. Haven't received anything 3 weeks later. Emailed them 2 more times and still no response.I saw no other choice other than to file charge back with Amex today.

Had both my Tacoma TRDPro and Accord Sport ceramic coated here and they do a great job with reasonable prices. Just had the Accord done with the ceramic maintenance today and it looks just as good as when we first had it done. Just a few minor chips after a year and a half on the road. The ceramic helps protect the paint from those chips and keeps the paint hydrophobic which helps with the water spots and maintains a high gloss shine. No need for waxing. I highly recommend them as they go over the entire car with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.

As advertisedAmazingly cleared my years of stained waterspot windows, forgot how nice it is to have a better view and it does keep my car cooler. Now to try the paint water Spot remover on tire rims. I highly recommend this product, the best part is their located in Waipahu.

Excellent product!! We use these products to clean up water spots on big bus windows and also the polisher. Products come from Hawaii so there s a little wait, but accurate when products arrive. We will continue purchasing!!

Really disappointed with customer service. Placed order today and was lead to believe I could update my order with similar products so I did, then found out I was actually billed for original purchase plus the update, not cool.... So since the very moment I found out what had happened I emailed them several times, tried to call, got a voice generated message, no real person to talk to, even logged into the account I set up and left a message several times and I haven't received a response of any kind. So, I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint while things are still fresh, hopefully they can help. Last resort if all else fails is to contact the card company tomorrow and decline and dispute the charges to my account. All's I can say is what a rip off this outfit is, shame on me for getting involved. If it wasn't for some terrible water spots I can't remove I wouldn't be here today. Bummer...... I had to leave one star but none would be more accurate at this point.

I bought their water spot remover for glass and I am beyond thrilled. I bought this car used 3 years ago and had really bad water spots on it, especially the side mirrors. I could barely see out of them at night. I tested the product on the side mirror, cause hey, if it doesn't work, I can't see out of them anyway. Literally took me 30 seconds start to finish and it looks like I have brand new mirrors.

This is my first review of any product, and unfortunately my experience is not a positive one. I purchased the Paint and Glass Water Spot Removal bundle, and upon checkout was offered the Suds Hyper Foaming Car Wash for a reasonable price so I added that to my order.When my order arrived, sadly only the Glass Water Spot remover was in the USPS package.. I thought possibly they were out of the other two products so I reached out to them via email, as that is what is instructed via their phone number..Currently, I have written three emails asking if they could let me know when the remaining items might get shipped.. and I get the automated response email stating someone will be contacting me within 24 hours.. it's now been a week and no one has contacted me..

Well Sud Factory .I received my order very recently, and tested. Being a little skeptical I didn t believe at first and tried other products especially Chemical Guys(though they do have some great products), but it didn t do what Suppose to do. I do have to say the Spotless Water Spot Killer freakin worked like a charm and to its name. It killed the water spots after trying it on different spots on my windows of my 11 Ram with years of hard water spots. Thank you for creating a great product.

Originally, I bought the Glass Wate Spot Remover to remove some water spot on my vehicle windows. I worked as advertised. Then, I bought a set of extra wheels for my vehicle to mount sonw tires for the winter season. There were tons of grims on the edge of the wheels and between wheel spokes. I used serval brand of wheel cleaner and even rubbing compound trying to remove the grim with little success. Then i saw the ad on how easy the paint water spor remover remove the wheel grim. So i tried the Glass Water Spot Remover on a small portion of the wheel. Just dab a little bit on the area and rub in circular motion. That grim came off so easy and quick. What a great product!

I placed an order early October and still have not received the items, it says a shipping label was created October 26th, cannot get ahold of anyone at this company. Do you want me to get with my card company to resolve this issue?They got ahold of me to fix the issue!

Products work very well, does take some effort to get the gloss coat polished out, but the end result is amazing. Smooth as glass paint, slick and easy to wash and dry after coating.

Really hate leaving a bad review for a product I haven t even gotten to use. But I placed an order at the end of last month and I got an email 9/1 saying my order has been shipped. I opened the tracker to see when it would arrive and it said 9/7.After doing some more reading through, verifying the address, my address was incorrect. And I believe the address automatically filled in a different address before I confirmed the order. There s no way I typed in the address that was inputted and I didn t get any kind of notification or alert saying the address was not found. It just automatically prefilled something elseI noticed this almost immediately after I got the shipped email and I reached out to customer support the very next day on 9/2 to see if there was anything I could do to get that address changed. yeah I know that is was a Saturday and I figured I d most likely receive a response after the weekend.. after not hearing anything since for a week I reached out again on 9/8 (again a Friday) I figured I d give it the weekend and probably get a response. Obviously it s only Monday, but the fact that I haven t received any kind of response other than the automated you ll receive a response in about 24 hours and it s been multiple days is unacceptable. Would really like it if someone can reach out to me in regards to my order because I would love to change this review and actually get to use the product, but the customer service currently is terrible.***EDIT*** after I originally posted this review I was immediately contacted about my order. I m not sure where the disconnect was, but they were able to get my order fixed fast and sent back to me. They were very apologetic and prompt in their response after the review.I haven t had a whole lot of time to actually use the product, but I did do a test spot quickly and already see improvement!

This company gives local business a bad name. Sad.Buyers BEWARE!!!This company, Sud Factory (should rename to Sad Factory) continues to ignore my requests/ emails to cancel excess orders I did not place. I originally placed 1 order ($71.99) and accidentally added an extra order but shopping cart would NOT allow changes. I now ended up with 3 orders and been charged for all 3 ($49.99, $71.99 and $69.99). They charged my credit card for 2 unauthorized charges. I gave them 6 days to resolve, as of now,no reply, no calls. Good products, maybe. But very dishonest ways of doing business and worst customer service.The About page on their website are all lies, what good are the principles and beliefs you stated if you do not follow through?

Got the basic package (the Gold package) and was pretty happy with the service. Interior looked good, exterior looked good. There was some lint on the door panels from the rag and a little bit of streaking on the passenger door, but it wasn't bad. The hours are fantastic, best on the island! I was able to schedule my drop off for 0730 and pick it up at 1100 to make it in to work on time.

This business has NO customer service, just robotic emails. They do not answer the phone, nor do they actually ship orders. I have been waiting since July 22, 2023 for my order that was "shipped". Turns out all they did was take my money and create a shipping label.Per the owner's response - I received an order on Sep 9 as promised, and a credit to my account for the original order. So, the dispute has been resolved.Service: Auto detailing

I detail cars part-time. I don't have the time or money to waste on products that don't work, or takes up too much time. Sud Factory Paint Waterspot Killer works, and is easy to use. I have used other products that are pretty much straight acid that didn't as well. If you have waterspots get this and then you won't

The Sud Factory Ultimate Bundle is best suited for car care enthusiasts like myself. It includes the glass water spot remover, the paint water spot remover, and the protection spray - all of which work wonders on my car. After using these products, my car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor and into a multi-million dollar garage if you know what I mean. I take pride in my car, therefor every penny spent on quality detailing products is a must to keep my car looking amazing.

I would love to try the products and hate to give a bad review. I placed an order about three weeks ago. The auto fill didn't put my apartment number down for my shipment (totally my bad). The package got shipped back to Sud Factory. I have called and sent multiple emails with no response, and no refund.

I initially came in to see if the paint was salvageable. The paint was so bad, it was rough to the touch and even left white residue on your hand.Got the diamond package to get a good cleaning inside and out. Dropped the car off the day before and picked it up the next afternoon.I was surprised to see that the paint is glossy again and smooth to the touch! Five stars for a great job.

This seems to be the only place they respond. I have tried calling emailing etc. Had a similar issue as a previous reviewer, the cart added an extra order I had not requested but was charged for. I have not received my order and no updates have been made to the shipping tracking since Sept 2. The phone number listed is unmonitored as I am assuming the customer service portal and email box. For such a positively reviewed product the customer service needs a jump start.

Update: company saw issue and resent order and refunded me 50% for the trouble. A decent response! 1 star -> 3 stars. Horrible (non-existent) customer service. No response for 8+ weeks on a non-delivered product. Last resort going to Amex to do a dispute on the $60 charge to get my money back. Buyer beware do not order from this company. Phone answering machine says send email. Emailing gets ignored. Instagram DM ignored. Instagram comments ignored. Still have activity 2 days ago on instagram ads promoting product, looking more like a scam every passing day.

The ad on Facebook piqued my interest. It highlighted the product's versatility, showing it could be used on a variety of surfaces, including glass and chrome. I decided to put it to the test on my car and around the house. I must say, the product worked exactly as advertised, effectively removing water spots and leaving the surfaces spotless. It's impressive to see a company's product match its advertising.

I've tried countless glass water spot removers over the years, and let me tell you, Spotless X2 is the real deal! My car windows have never looked clearer, and it works like magic. Sud Factory is onto something here!
