I reside in New York, and my dad is still back home due to a language barrier, I usually schedule my dad's auto maintenance appointments At his most recent appointment, there was an issue with my dad's car that required it to be in the shop for a few days, but he still needed a car for his daily commute. Craig was incredibly kind, helpful and quick to get my dad a car to use in the meantime

We had a very good experience with my service consultant, Jeff Venzon. I just moved here from California and he provided better service than any Toyota dealership I ve been to. I came in for my 15k service and some warranty work. In California, it seems like they didn t want to help, but that s not the case here. Their facility is clean and all staff that I came into contact with were friendly. I definitely recommend this location.

My associate was nice. Very helpful went out of his way to show me two types of fuel tank cleaner. He didn't have to. He could have just sold me the expensive one. But he did say others would purchase the cheaper one. I thanked him for that. The person to his left was rude. Didn't ask me if I needed help just sat there. The cashier who checked me out she was nice also. Wish I asked for names especially the rude associate. Overall I will return to purchase another fuel engine cleaner.

Pulled in and when to the parts Dept and was greeted by excellent service attention. Who took the time to look at my battery to make sure I get the proper replacement. This changed when the Manager came out and took time from his schedule to also help. The battery was replaced and offered me car wash since I was there.Excellent service from everyone at Waipahu Servco.Service: Battery

Bill, the service department manager, was most accommodating and kind. After being hustled by a not so honest locksmith who ended up taking advantage of my daughter by $400, Bill and his team (Reid) not only fixed the problem but for much less than the locksmith charged us. Mahalo!!!

Sean Serrao and all the other employees are amazing. I was terrified to bring my car in for repair and potentially have to pay a lot of money. Sean made everything so transparent and was always super fast. Thanks to the Prius technician too!! It was a great experience especially for someone who s not savvy with cars at all.

Sat here over two hours for them to tell me the didn't get to my car. Thanks for wasting my time. I had an appointment. And the service consultant said he'd be following it. Well he didn't because it didn't move. I made this appointment in December.

If you fixing your car there just be aware and check their parts website because they gonna tell you a different high price and they charge a lot for the labor never again
