Pros: I really enjoyed the experience. My sales man Joe was great. I didn't feel pressured to buy. Found a vehicle that was great for our family.Cons: 2 tires have bulges that we found the day after we go home. The vehicle was cleaned well including the tires. I was told they didn't see it, but it seemed like a big thing to miss. I was told as long as the safety is up to date they don't check very well and that's why it probably was missed. The tires were about 1 year old and placed in Florida so no warranty would be applicable. I asked about assistance getting the tires changed and they were very clear, "No." Because the car was sold at a discount as it sat on the lot. It was a bit disappointing especially after all, the vehicle was a 2023 that we bought in 2024. Not only that, but as a child my mom's car tire had a bulge and blew out on the freeway and spun us out. It's the safety issue that bothered me the most. So right now it's still sitting in the carport. Unable to drive until the new tires get shipped in to Costco.

I had the greatest car buying experience at Servco Leeward thanks to Gerald. I was referred to him by a family friend who recently purchased a new vehicle from him. I started to communicate with him via text on a Monday. Told him exactly what I was looking for and by Friday he delivered the exact vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted it. Derrick from financing also lent a hand in making the financing part go as smoothly as possible. The professionalism by these men is unmatched. Thank you Servco Leeward!

Be careful when picking up service loaner cars from this dealership. Take lots of pictures and videos. The dealership does not take photos of their loaner cars when checking them in or out. It's definitely my fault as well for not doing so.Service department tried to blame me and make me pay for what looks to be a small door ding on the passenger side of the car. I spoke with the service manager and explained that I drove the vehicle straight home and back to the dealership, and I've parked it on the street in front of my home where no car could possibly park on the passenger side of the vehicle and cause a door ding. I showed him the check in and check out odometer showing 25 miles which is exactly the round trip mileage from my home and back. I did not use the loaner at all besides to get to and from the dealership since they would not offer a shuttle to town.They have now blacklisted me from ever getting a loaner car for damage I did not cause. Normally any rental car company or dealership would not even care for damage less than a quarter and consider it normal wear and tear. This wasn't even the size of a dime. Ridiculous.Other than the frustration with the service loaner car, experience with the sales department is definitely 5 stars and exceptional. Service department is also great at getting your maintenance done and keeping you up to date. The issue with the service loaner car just ruined my entire experience with this dealership and I will ALWAYS take pictures of any loaner or rental car in the future.

Towed my dad's car to the service dept of Servco Waipahu. From their recommended Cachola Towing to the service agent (Mr Shin) helping me, all friendly and professional! The repair and parking areas were filled so I knew they were busy. But the service agent took the time to explain the scheduled work and anticipated timeline with a smile.

Had an amazing experience here. Just bought a 2024 Chevy Trax and love it. Henry Yee-Hoy was awesome. So patient and honest. I even changed my mind a few times. It's a family affair here even my daughter got her car with Henry and she is super happy. Thank you Henry:)

I just bought a Tacoma this week.I usually don t write reviews, but this was one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had.Henry Yee-Hoy provided exceptional customer service.He is knowledgeable, helpful and made the process easy. He knows his product and was even able to give safety tips pertaining to the vehicle.I was about to drive the truck off the lot as Servco was closing and he still took his time to go over all of the vehicle features.The other thing that impressed me during my visit was the warranty packages and services offered by Servco. If I had known they offer all that I would have only purchased vehicles from them.They don t just sell you a car and send you on your way.They set you up to maintain and take care of the vehicle.I feel great about my purchase.A big mahalo to everyone there!

Just recently got a 2024 Toyota RAV4, got blessed with having Gearld A. as our sells person cause he was really helpful throughout the whole process. 10/10 Service at Waipahu Servco. Walked in and was greeted and offered to have a seat in the lobby (cozy btw). There was a vending machine along with coffee for the customers in the waiting area. Salesmen Aron comes to greet me in a very professional/inviting way to start talking about what id hope to be my new car. As Aron went over everything paperwork top to bottom, (First dealership experience so idk anything) made sure we re all on the same page and not clueless! and was honestly super transparent! fast forward everything cleared and ended up getting my dream car !! Thanks to brotha Aaron for his transparency an honesty, he was able to make it happen so if your looking for someone that won t push you into anything and is a great communicator, I highly recommend Aron. As For Derek he is awesome aswell, was very honest about the warranty s and insurance and also was not pushy on anything, he only offered what he felt would best fit me(which I appreciated). All in all These 2 guys allowed me to have a great first time dealership experience along with my new car and would highly recommend getting your new car here !!

Hands down best dealership on the island. Went through others and nothing comes close to Waipahu Servco. If you looks for any Toyota or Chevy ask for Zach. Very knowledgeable and goes an extra mile making sure you get the right car.Thanks so much Zach again for going the extra mile for helping me get the right 4runner I've been wanting.

Hands down the place to by your Chevrolet. Keith my sales consultant and Jacob my finance consultant are the best. Had to wait for my truck to come in. And that is how I found Servco the place and only place I'll go to buy my Chevy. While waiting for the truck to come in, I went to other Chevy dealers found one that had the exact same Colorado I'm waiting on. I thought why wait if i can drive it home that day msrp $38,000 sounds good to me work me the out the door price and I'm coming home. Would you believe after fees and tax my out the door price almost $48,000. I said you serious and left that place. My truck comes in about 3 weeks later Keith and Jacob explains thoroughly every step of the way MSRP $36,235 out the door price $38,00 I look at them done deal I'm driving home my truck last Friday. Even after I bought the truck till this day they contact me to ask how I like my truck and everything. I said I love my Chevy even more I like the price. Chevy lovers Servco Chevrolet Waipahu no doubt I highly recommend. I give them 5 extra stars if I could.

Servco Waipahu is the best. Recently, my husband and I bought a brand-new Toyota 4Runner. JJ, our sales consultant, was the best. We were in desperate need of a new vehicle and JJ, along with the whole team, was very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend visiting Servco Waipahu if you are looking for a new vehicle. Servco Toyota treated me like royalty! Paul L. was very receptive, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He is a VERY good salesman and I HIGHLY recommend him to ANYONE wanting to buy a new car/truck on Oahu!!! I had a grand experience at the Waipahu location. We worked with Natasha Abadilla and Pam (can't remember last name now), and had a FANTASTIC experience! We both felt well informed, taken care of, and totally at easy with the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle. We have purchased before at other places, but this was by FAR our best experience. We will definitely be back, and we would recommend for anyone to work with Natasha who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

Went to see Tasha and I couldn't have received any better care. By far the best experience I have had with purchasing a new vehicle. Very friendly and knowledgeable, she listened to what I wanted and delivered above expectations. I traded in my 2016 Tacoma for a 2019 4x4 and she got me the best offer I couldn't even imagine getting that kind of deal. If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend seeing Tasha. I won't buy any other vehicle unless it's through her.

Recommend service department take retraining on what service means.Had my car towed to dealership due to the battery died in my Prius. Service person told me I would have to wait two weeks for an apt. I explained that I just needed a new battery installed. They told me there were 153 appointments ahead of me. I asked why they could not fit an Emergancy fix in as it takes 10 min to replace a battery and they could charge me based off their $165/hr rate. Stated again there were 153 ahead of me. I asked if I could purchase a battery from them-yes, could I use a 10mm wrench, no as it s a liability. When they told me to move my car out of line they gave me a portable charger to get the car started apparently not a liability for me to use that piece of equipment.Do want to thank Del in parts and Diana in check out for their great service so I could purchase a battery.Had to drive home 60 min round trip to get a wrench and get the car fixed myself.

Keith is an asset to this organization, and I have never thought I would ever like a car dealer.... But I do. Thank you Servco. You didn't price gouge during the csr shortage, there was a 2 year long waiting list, and you called me when a customer changed their mind on the car they ordered. And Keith drove me home and back so I could drop off my motorcycle! Plus the free service visits.

Bought a new Tacoma a few months ago and was absolutely blown away by the service. Tasha and Jacob were super friendly, helpful and patient. I wasn't able to make my original appointment but Tasha kindly assured that they can help me anytime and that's what they did. Tasha and Jacob stayed late just to help me get my new truck and they were super cool throughout the whole process. Absolutely recommend going to this dealer and contacting Tasha and Jacob!

Picked up my vehicle at Servco Auto Waipahu today. My car was damaged while in the lot at the service center. Reid, my service coordinator helped me get a loaner while my vehicle was being serviced. The job was supposed to be 2 weeks, but it only took 1 week.Lauren the woman who did my paperwork when I picked up my vehicle was very nice, and made sure I didn't have to pay for a service that wasn't my fault.The gentleman who drove my car around made sure everything was in order, before I left. He drove my Traverse right up to me.Not only is service great here, but the sales team is great too!!We bought two 2008 Chevy Malibu from Servco Waipahu back in 2007, and we still have them. We may be coming in for a trade in!! (Waiting for some electric cars to brought in.)We stopped by in 2018 and bought our Traverse. The best decision ever!! Sales and Service is really good here.Thank you to everyone at Servco Auto Waipahu!! I hope to continue to do business with you all....and I hope service with a Aloha/Smile never changes ..

Slow with service, was not greeted. I had to ask someone for help with inventory. They didn t have what I was looking for but said they would get back to me with new inventory. They did not follow up so we went to Tony Honda instead (they helped us immediately). The servco staff was just talking and laughing about stuff. Sad thing is, Servco seems like a monopoly in Hawaii. I heard they are the only company in all of Hawaii authorized by Toyota to sell new vehicles or do warranty service. Kinda lame.

I started the process of putting down a deposit in early 2022, decided what truck I wanted and kept current with Derek, my salesman. A few weeks before the truck arrives I have my brand new 2022 Subaru Forester with ~8k miles appraised for a potential trade-in on a truck that came in that fit closely to the description of the truck I ordered; I was offered 31k for my car, which at the time I believed was low but came to accept as a loss. I decided to wait for the truck I ordered rather than buying the one that was available and would need another appraisal after time has passed..Six weeks later the truck I ordered is on-island, I do the final appraisal on the car and after over an hour of waiting Derek comes back to tell me they re now offering $28k.. $3k less than just a few weeks ago. No one can explain how they got such a dramatic decrease and conveniently the manager who wrote the initial offer is now transferred.. THE WORST PART:they say they can t find the original offer of $31k but the THE ORIGINAL offer is in my file with the date marked on it.. at the bottom, I see the original offer amount has been marked over with WHITE OUT.. the entire file is written in BLACK INK except for the numbers written over the white out, which is in BLUE INK..Changes the story, white out the original, say that there has been a significant drop in price of cars.. ridiculous. Scummy. Unprofessional.I don t know who is responsible for these business practices, eluding me of the truth and saying they can t remember anything from a few weeks back.. period point blank, if you change a price that dramatically have something to back it. Don t try and HIDE it with white out. I took my deposit back and left. I m disappointed that I ve wasted so much time here.

Went here twice bought a used truck they too $4k off to help me out 2 weeks into owning it someone ran a red light totaled my truck went back and then got a car they took $500 off because it had 1 key amazing service I haven't bought a new car so idk how much they help on deals with new cars but used they will help you out as much as possible great service great staff always will have a smile on their faces

Fast, reliable service. They don't over charge for things like blinker fluid and air trapping units. (haha). Seriously though, my experience was fantastic. They quoted me a few days to troubleshoot, fix, an issue, and complete warranty work. It was done the by next day. They explained everything in understandable language and told me how to prevent this issue in the future. 5 stars is well deserved!

Was offered 12k for my 2019 camaro with 37k on the dash when it blue booked at dealership for 22k. I should note they had a 2018 camaro with same specs on the lot with 40k on the dash listed for $25,900 at the time of the attempted theft by deception.

If you're looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend working with Louise Obaldo at Servco Waipahu! Her patience and personality made our buying experience a pleasant and minimal stress one. We were looking at Servco in Mapunapuna but the salesman I dealt with was horrible, aggressive, and arrogant. After our first consultation with him, we took a break and was frankly hesitant to continue our search for our family vehicle. But then we took a chance with Louise and not only was she the complete opposite of that other sales person, but anytime we walked into that dealership to meet with her, we felt zero stress or pressure because of how welcome and warming she was to us. The entire staff at Servco Waipahu was actually very welcome and helpful from just checking in to actually escorting me to find the bathroom. Titan was our financial consultant and even he was excellent to deal with. He made everything easy to understand, gave no pressure, and made us feel good in whatever decision we made in that room. There were even corrections that needed to be made on our forms (at no one's error) and he went back through everything quickly and efficiently. He was very outgoing and friendly and made the closing part of our deal that much of a better experience. We are returning customers to Servco Waipahu and will continue to do business with them as long as they have staff like Louise and Titan. Thank you!!!

Took my RAV-4 for its 50,000 mile service and was greeted by Annelysa. My car ended up needing more than just a routine service and when I told her I really needed to be out of there by a certain time, she was very understanding and helped expedite the process. Thank you very much Annelysa!
