Had my xterra fixed by them this past Friday. First time in a long time that I've taken a vehicle in to be fixed and am very satisfied. Arial is a great office manager. Super nice... could talk to her all day. Talked with tech before I left. Highly recommend. Will be taking another vehicle to them in 2 weeks...

Took my MDX to them for a leaking rear seal. Took a little more time and a bit pricier than what I anticipated BUT you get what you pay for and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Awesome work. Thank you

Fast, friendly, reasonably priced and done right. The only shop I'll recommend to any of my friends. If I'm not fixing it myself, I'm taking it to Billy.

Shop was great! Bit pricey but welcome to Hawaii!!! They did a good job, very helpful easy to talk with, no sense of shadiness at all!!

They did an electrical diagnostics test. Electrical harness for my power windows & lock burnt a fuse. Part has to come from the dealer & it s $1,600.00 without labor cost, then the hood of my car seemed to have tilted/shifted. They checked the hood adjusted it but it still didn t sit flushed. Repairs Done Right took the extra step & brought it to a body shop near their shop & found out that maybe the car was in an accident and that the front end was sagging. When my son bought the car from the dealership it had 5,000 miles on it and nothing was ever said of an accident and he not I have ever gotten into an accident. They started at 9:30am & I got the call from them at 2:12pm. They took the time to make sure that what need to done for my car was done to the best of their ability & beyond. I am truly grateful for their great service. Unfortunately I will not be able to have my repairs done but as a car owner this is the chances that we take when we own a car. Repairs Done Right is one of the few mechanics on the island who does really good work at reasonable prices. They have worked on my personal and business vehicles, and all the work has been DONE RIGHT! Repairs Done Right is ironic name of a shop that provided me with services that damaged my car. The owner Billy had performed a horrendous job servicing my vehicle.Billy s workmanship and professionalism was nonexistent when working with me; unfortunately, he had forgotten the basic simple functions of double checking the work he had done. My car was returned to me damaged.I returned to see Billy about my car to be greeted with an implosion of unchecked anger and toxic pride in his work. After explaining to him there was a problem with my car, he pointed to his certificate and said there was no problem with it and that he is a certified mechanic. Not only did I spend an obscene amount of money ($1900) when he initially would have charged me $1200.Billy assistants had forgotten to tighten certain brackets in my car which lead to potential safety hazards.All In all, Billy had lied to me about the price he had charged, was unable to double check his work, which then lead to my car being further damaged and he was not willing to hear the problems the customer had. He walked away angry and unable to respond coherently.Especially astounding is that he returned my car to me with the hood rod jammed against the drivers belt. The drivers belt was being scraped against it and he was unable to figure this out in the car.Unfortunately I will not be going to see him again for any other work and would highly recommend staying away from Billy and Repairs Done Right.

I was very hesitant at first when this shop was recommended to me by a mechanic near by where I live at but Ariel and Billy are some of the nicer people you will have to deal with when it comes to repairs for your cars. I've recently had a misfire in my 3rd cylinder of my Honda Prelude and they recommended an engine rebuilt. They were backed up 2 weeks but they still took my car in after it was towed. It was suggested that the completion date would take up to two months but they ended up getting it done in one. At this day, it's still in its break in period. I had an EGR valve go out the other week and the engine light came on. Nothing to do with the engine rebuilt but they ended up fixing it twice and not charge me the second time. They even did extra work to it to ensure that it doesn't come on. Now that's customer service! Would I come back? Definitely. Highly recommend them in the Waipahu area. They're honest and will get the job done right. Make sure you ask for a quote so you can budget for the repairs in advance. Mahalo Ariel and Billy!

I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier, but I gotta say something about Repair Done Right. Miss Arial was the first person I talked to when I needed car repairs. She's super friendly, keeps you posted on what's up with your car. I m Then there's Billy, the owner and Lead mechanic. He's awesome with how he treats cars, like they're his. Billy and his crew are pros, know their car stuff. I've taken my Cruze to Billy three times for different problems, and he always gives a good estimate for the work. "Repairs Done Right" really did a solid job on my car, and I'll stick with them for any future car issues. Big thanks to Billy and the whole gang for rocking it. Oh. my. goodness.!! Ariel (front end extraordinaire) and Billy (owner mechanic) are just the BEST. I just moved to Hawaii and as we all know finding a good mechanic can be tough; finding a great mechanic, one that you trust - almost impossible. Look no further than this place! Not only are the mechanics fantastic but Ariel is so sweet and keeps the place running smoothly. So glad I found you all, thanks for everything thus far! :-)

I found this auto shop online and chose to take my car here to have it inspected for some clicking sounds in my Kia Soul. I was happy that they were able to fit me in that morning. I waited in their waiting room which had a TV which made the wait time go by quickly. They found the issue, in addition to a screw that was in one in my tires, so they fixed that. They are very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them for any auto repair needs.Service: Tires

these guys were super friendly, honest, and fast.had my car towed to their shop at 8am, right when they opened. i thought i needed a new starter.turned out to be an easy fix (clutch engage switch) and the car was ready by 9:30am.i ll definitely go here again.

Staff was AMAZING and UNDERSTANDING!Arrived at the shop late afternoon and office staff greeted me right away with a smile. Explained the issues that I have been having with my car battery/starter and an oil change, after throughly explaining what I have been hearing/noticing on my car they informed me that it could be my starter and they will take a look. My daughter kept getting startled by the background noise with staff working on the cars, and staff showed compassion towards my daughter and told her Don t be afraid. You are safe. When I asked for an ETA, they told me it would take about 45 minutes to an hour. After leaving my contact number, they would either contact myself or my husband. 15 minutes after I walked away from the shop, I realized I forgot my child s car seat/booster seat. Walked back into the shop and staff kindly returned my keys for me to retrieve my personal belongings I also informed them that I had a doctors appointment in 2 hours. She showed understanding and told me she will contact me if they re running behind or run into any issues.Billy contacted my husband the same day and informed him of his findings. It was our starter and they would be able to complete the repairs the next day. Because we only have one vehicle and it was already late in the day, we were able to borrow a friend s vehicle for the time being.The PRICE was UNBEATABLE! When inquiring about pricing with our other family/friends in the car mechanic businesses, Repairs Done Right was by far the lowest price we researched and could not pass up. To all the staff at Repairs Done Right, thank you for the outstanding customer service and repairing my car to feel brand new again Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Repairs Done Right is the only place I will take to get my 95 Bronco worked on. Billy immediately diagnosed why my truck was overheating, gave a very reasonable estimate within 15 minutes, and was able to to leave my truck right then. And, I will have it back in 2 to 3 days. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend Repairs Done Right.

As someone who s wary of scam shops and picky with who I trust my vehicle with, this is the best car mechanic shop i ve been to. They diagnosed and fixed a weird rattling sound coming from under my car that two other shops i went to couldn't figure out. Was much faster service than I anticipated. Not only that, but the customer service was 10/10. The staff truly went above and beyond. I found my new car mechanic place going forward. Mahalo Repairs done Right

I had maintenance tune up, transmission fluid changed, and full brake job done. I never had changed or done anything since I bought vehicle, beside oil change. Working great and runs cherry! Came in to get a compressor replaced for my Car AC. I was stunned by the great price I was given and the honesty of the mechanic. If you've got a Honda that needs fixing, this is the place to take it!The only downside was that it took most of the day to get the car fixed, but compressor replacement takes awhile anyway and I was a walk in, so it was totally reasonable.

Owner is quick and easy going. He was always on time with the work and went the extra mile as well. Worked with him a couple of times and even called him to validate work done on the car elsewhere and he gave me a straight answer. Trustworthy in my books.
