This is one of the best locations! There is adequate parking, usually enough available carts, climate controlled, carpet throughout, steel walls, etc. Also I haven't noticed any red flags regarding pests. I feel safe when I'm here and am able to sleep well at night feeling like my things are secure. The best thing about this particular location is their customer service and I would specifically like to mention Bran, who is the friendliest, kindest, most helpful person I have met in many years. Her willingness to go above and beyond caught me by surprise, blew me away, and really made my entire day and more. You never know what someone is going through, and experiencing her ability to make me feel valued and like an actual human (not just another customer) spoke volumes and touched my heart. Without a doubt, she is there to do more than her job description because this one really shows up for work more than just physically. I don't know what she gets paid, but it should definitely at least match what she puts out for her customers. It's been way too long since I've encountered someone so helpful and I commend her for everything. Bran, I truly and sincerely appreciate you! Keep it up, you will move mountains! Review readers - choose this location, you will not be disappointed.

My daughter recommend me to Pacific Storage; she had so much positive things to say. So she took me there where we met Bran. She s so friendly, cares about her customers and knows them by name. I personally witnessed it when she took us to look at the different size units. Bran is very knowledgeable about her job and answered all my questions. I was impressed and satisfied. She deserves a raise because it's hard to find people like her who takes pride in her job. Wish there were more people like Bran. THANKS BRAN!!!!!

Came in to open up storage. And not only was I greeted by the worker name Fern she went over and beyond to help me. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable of her line of work. She was very pleasant and her positive attitude is what drive a business to have people to keep on coming. Best experience thus far coming here :)

This is my first time getting a storage unit. Bran, the office manager, made the entire process very easy and simple. She walked us through a couple of options for location of each storage unit. She showed us each step to using the elevator. I feel confident that Public Storage has taken a lot of steps to keep everyone s belongings secure.

I went to Public Storage to transfer my unit to another one, Bran was so helpful in helping me with the transition she literally took the stress off of me . She looked for a better way to help with the units, pricing and moving. You really need to acknowledge them! They do such great work!I like being at this location because of its friendly staff and the cleanliness of the property. I also like that they're very easy to communicate with.

Highly recommend this place that is convenient near my home. Love the simply access that I get in and out of my storage with the app.As for service, Bran is amazing sales representative, and she was open to answer all our needs and questions we had. Highly recommend seeing her for future inquiries:)

This is my first time getting a storage unit, and I wanted to see the unit before renting. Bran was SUPER helpful in explaining how everything works with renting a unit and what to do if I decided to get one. I am so glad I went with this location. She is SO helpful and patiently answers all my questions! Good price, great staff, and a clean unit = happy customer!

My first time visit at the Ka Uka Blvd public storage was helpful and informative. Lou helped me out and got what I needed and made sure I understand what I m paying for. I m blessed that Lou was there to help me and would definitely refer him to everyone.

I was greeted and assisted by Cherry. She was very cordial, informative, and provided a higher level of professionalism (customer service), than my initial experience with another staffer. The property is really accommodating and well kept. I highly recommend it. Call ahead to check if Cherry is working, she'll provide the integrity and details you need if you're on the fence about renting. Thanks Cherry.

Just moved in to the space we reserved online. It was super simple to do it online. Got a call from Fern about the reservation the same day and she walked me through the process and answered a bunch of questions I had as this is the first time renting storage (she was very patient). Went to the facility to check it out personally a few days before we moved in and was greeted by Christina. She was super nice and patient and answered all of our questions. She helped us again when we finally moved in and made the move in super smooth. Thanks Christina!!Facility itself is clean and has good lighting.Highly recommend this location if you're ever in need of extra storage space!

Overall great experience. Bran was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting me upgraded to a new unit and closing out my old one. She went one step further and made sure I didn t get charged for the whole month and allowed what I had paid for my new unit. I will definitely rent at this location again!!

Bran was awesome. She eased all my anxieties. I couldn t move there but I m at another location but she made the transit smooth and worked with me through each step. A very bubbly personality and good listener!

***UPDATE***The leadership (Chanda) contacted me and followed up regarding the issues. I really appreciate the follow and I'm glad your team is monitoring feedback, thank you for making it right.I wanted to like this place but while their the elevator broke and had to use stairs, no thank you. During that time I had to ask for a discount because I couldn't enter with my items. They do NOT prorate when you exit a unit and I wanted to leave on the 6th of the month. I lost about $300. The restrooms aren't open unless a staff member is present.

I think her name was Christina she had Great customer service, she was also very friendly. And willing to go above and beyond for her customers. She also insures covid safety while in her office. I would definitely recommend my family members to get a Storage here.

Lou is a great person friendly upon arrival. We are first time renters He gave us important information about the ins and outs of the company. The place was clean and well maintained. Great experience.

As I was going through some personal issues, I needed some help holding my items as I move off island. One staff member in particular helped me out a lot, Christina was awesome and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. She explained everything throughly and the fact that she was bilingual helped me out even more, since English isn't my first language, and being on island has been hard to find people who speak Spanish with. Overall my experience at Public Storage was great because of staff members like her.

I received amazing assistance from Ms Sylvia! She was able to provide me assistance with choosing the right storage size that fit my house goods. She was kind and very helpful when it came down to the process In getting the storage unit. I recommend public storage not just for their awesome prices but for their customer service.

First off I have rented and worked for public storage... I just wanted to thank Sylvia and Bryan for all of their help. Normally the last few times I have had to deal with public storage I was very unhappy and not pleased with the Customer service. But today was different Sylvia and Bryan were genuinely kind and helpful. So thank you for making my experience amazing!

Michelle was above and beyond with welcoming us to this storage unit. I have rented from different storage places throughout the years. It this is the first time someone was so friendly. She was thorough with information and very helpful when sizing the unit with our needs. Thank you to Michelle you should be proud of her!!

Had a great experience moving my stuff into Public Storage! I was able to complete an e-rental online and they emailed and text messaged me every step of the way to make the process so easy! I was able to get my unit number and gate access code via text message and showed up to my storage unit with no issues. Parking to unload was right out front and they had free dollys to help me with my stuff. I would 10/10 recommend this facility. Great promotions and friendly staff!!

Michelle and Lauren were so great. They were very welcoming and made the process quick and easy. Best storage facility I've ever been to.OK so can't express how great Michelle and the facility are. We all know that normally when needing to rent a storage space it's due to changes in life, whether it may be good or bad it's stressful. Michelle and her staff here actually makes the experience a lot less painful.

Amazing customer service! From the second I walked in, Sylvia greeted me with a smile, and assisted me with a payment. Sylvia was very helpful in answering my questions, all while keeping a nice, friendly, and positive attitude! I m so glad to have this as my storage facility, and thank you again, Sylvia, for making me feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer! You are amazing!!

Love this place! The pricing is reasonable, the place is clean, and the staff is top notch. Shout out to the manager, Mark, who was really helpful in setting me up. He took the time to help me decide the right sized unit, and he was more concerned with making sure I got what I need, instead of just trying to upsell me. He was even receptive to answering some of my questions after hours. It was definitely the most effortless move I ve ever done. Highly recommend. Thanks, Mark!
