Great prices, Great customer service. My Loyalty goes back 20 years ago. Still till this day, I will only buy and have them install my stereo equipment. Great stuff. Thank you guys to Sam's Ohana, Jads Ohana, Aaron and the rest of the installers and Sales Reps!

We had them put in a deck, tweeters, cross overs, and a steering wheel control adapter. They did same day service and an amazing job! Definitely recommend!

I mean I went in wanting to know more about what is possible but I guess the guy thought since I was a first time customer and new to all of this, he kind of just showed me a speaker and said "600" so customer service was already iffy when I talked to him then I got curious as to why the guy wanted me to purchase just the speaker but I found out it was a 2 in 1 and I know I didnt want that. Im not sure if I want to come back here to get my car done but I'll just leave it at that. Also, the guy who tried to pull a fast one on me was the manager himself haha. I don't like businesses who are looking to make fast cash and not take the time to show me options. 2/10 customer service!

Called and they told me to come in 2 days later. They looked at the car right away and after troubleshooting were able to fix my system that day in about an hour. They even went a step further and hooked up the sub I had sitting in my trunk. Everyone was awesome. Highly recommend paying them a visit for your auto stereo needs.

Sam and Had are the coolest....they can do anything with their crew as far as stereo and speaker or even amp install s. They have vast knowledge and more than willing to help. When is ask when to bring your vehicle I'm it will almost always be @ 1000 am the next day. :) And usually a court hours in and out. U want a rear camera setup, their your guys and their prices are great vs insane u see everywhere else.

Great customer service!!! Highly recommend getting a sub and an amp for your car if you have a longer commute. I m not as angry in traffic when I can blast my favourite bangers. Worth every dollar.

Their name says it all. These guys know how to do business and they are knowledgeable in their field. The selection was great as well. I came in with what I wanted and they guided me to the right selection, while I verified everything they were saying online. The install, although it was only replacing subs was fast despite fitment issue with existing equipment. As long as I'm on this island, they will have my business. This was the first time I went into a store and came out extremely happy and excited.

The remote car starter I got was cheaper than what was quoted (with installation). The installation took about 2 hours, and there's a couch in the waiting area, or the strip mall it's located in has a variety of food places (Chinese food, Hawaiian local food, and even a 7-Eleven store). Across the street, there's a Jack in the Box and more food places, and a library nearby, with the bus transit center nearby also.I was the first customer in the morning as soon as they opened, and the cashier was friendly. When they showed my vehicle with the completed installation, they showed me the features and answered any questions I had.Would recommend to people.

What a pleasant experience buying a viper alarm today. The crew at P.A.S. assisted me in the decisions and installed the electronics with wisdom and professionalism. The smiles I got were as priceless as the peace of mind I have over my purchase.

Not friendly at all. Employee was just sitting on the couch eating, staring at me. Had to ask if he, or anyone worked there. I wanted a simple battery terminal, didn't listen to any of the requirements of needed product and brought out a part that obviously didn't fit my requirements. When I brought up the requirements again, he said in a rush "we don't have anything like that here" and walked away. Ok then buddy! I didn't even get any pricing because of the terrible service, but if the prices match the service they are most likely overpriced.

We have a 2001 Tacoma and had a viper alarm that wasn't working for a long time....so now that my son has the truck, I wanted the alarm back on and of course upgrade the sounds system. When we got the truck back, we were so happy with the outcome!! The alarm is back on and the sound system is awesome!! My son is smiling from ear to ear!!

They are five stars in my book. Great name brand products from Alpine, Pioneer, Rockford Fosgate, Kicker, Focal and Viper security to protect your vehicle. They always take care of their customers and back up everything they sell with warranty on product and installation. The owners Jad and Sam are great people.

Went in this afternoon to get my alarm checked and transmitter replaced. The technician was professional, informative and helpful. This is the third time I've visited Sam and Company for installation, diagnostic or purchases. This establishment is top notched in customer service, satisfaction and value!

I had my Silverado worked on and there name says it all. They are so Professional when it comes to installation with car audio. Also they are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The owner is very nice and helpful and doesn't pressure you to buy anything. They have a wide range of top of the line products there. I checked out a lot of other stereo places but this one's the best of them all. Im totally satisfied.

One stop shop and the owner is very helpful. He does not try to oversale anything that you don t need. He will even offer his professional advice and recommendation regardless if you buy anything from his shop or not. I will be returning for all future audio purchases and recommend to anyone in the market for car audio.

These guys killed it. Super professional, super fast. Price was so so, but it's hawaii everything is a little bit of money. But these people are absolutely fantastic at what they do. Answered every question and got it done quick. Totally 100% recommend this place.

Just wanted to upsize power wires, they drilled hole to small and didn't put a grommet so the insulation got cut. They only care about making money. Went to JSP audio to fix, and strongly recommend.

I enjoyed going to this place the staff are knowledgeable. They have rockford fosgate which is a plus for me. The prices are reasonable for a small business. I find myself going back for more.
