This company fails at logistics.I brought my car to this autobody for repair after an accident on Oct 24. On Nov 17, I received an email stating a miscommunication with the vendor and a new expected date for Dec 8. On Dec 6, I received another email saying a further delay and expected repair date of Dec 20, nearly two months after the accident. I had to turn in my rental car provided by my insurance at the end of November. As a result, my household has been down to one car. After the second failure of the autobody, I requested they provide me a rental car as compensation for their errors. They refused. My car is essentially trapped in 'Schrodinger's Autobody,' does my car exist, or does it not? Either way, I lose as I don't have it.

They've done an awesome job on the body work for my 2015 Toyota Highlander. That's why we're using them again. I would recommend anyone, I know, to Oka's. Their staff is really nice!

No exaggeration..my Suburu Forester looks like a new car again..i will recommend Oka's to everyone i know..if they should ever need auto body repair service..not only is their repair work excellent..but customer service is the best..friendly and thorough..i am a very happy customer..

Oka s Was recommended by my Insurance. My bumper was hit and needed a replacement. Called them up and scheduled a meeting for estimate etc. Very friendly and helpful customer service. ETA was pretty accurate and overall the front desk and office was very friendly, informative, and helpful. I got daily update calls from them and my truck was fully detailed and looked way better than when I had dropped it off. 100% recommend using them for auto body work and services. Customer service, wow! The woman who helped us was so friendly and helpful, from checking us in to calling Enterprise to keeping an eyeout for us as we waited for the rental. We felt very encouraged, and she made a potentially stressful morning feel manageable and good. Thank you!

Absolute garbage. My vehicle was damaged by a falling tree limb on Schofield barracks. Once the lady on the phone knew that she stated "oh, an Army claim, we charge $100.00 estimate fee for anyone making claims with the Army"

Outstanding customer service from start to finish!We will never use any other body shop for as long as these guys stay open. Brandon was very professional and quick to schedule me to get an estimate for the damages of my SUV. Oka's arranged for the rental car company to pick me up from their shop when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs. One less thing for me to worry about, thank you! Ms. Helen kept me well informed throughout the whole process of repairing my SUV and her cheerful, professional manner on the phone was very well appreciated. Upon picking up my vehicle, James did the walk around of my vehicle explaining everything that was repaired along with the warranty. He was very thorough and provided me paperwork for all the repairs and warranty. I highly recommend this shop. It's one big family that treated me like family throughout the whole process. Thank you!

The best business I have ever dealt with. I 'm 63 years old. So that's saying a lot. From the moment I drove into their parking lot. To when they handed me my keys. They were professional, knowledgeable and full of Aloha. They even recommended an auto detailer to help keep my 2019 Subaru Forester looking great. Thank You Oka's.

I was upset about how long it would take my card to get fixed (a month) but I was thrilled that they got it done a week early. My van is as good as new now. Everyone there was curtious, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm quite happy with them.

Friendliest service I have had the pleasure of doing business with on the island. My car was towed and basically stored there for two months, before the parts came in to fix it. They kept me up to date via email, b/c you can't ever catch me on the phone, and it looked great. After I left, I noticed there is a light or a light malfunction that isn't working correctly, but I know since they said they backed their work up for the life of the car, they will make it right as soon as they know about it- very considerate of your time, and professional place!

A repair shop so good, I can't wait to get into an accident again!Wife got rear ended. Picked Oka's due to good reviews and it really paid off. The initial assessment was that no new parts would be required, however, they did state that there was a chance they may discover something when they pulled the bumper. Fortunately, they were correct,; No parts needed and the repair was complete in 2 days, looks good as new, and wife is happy.

Amazing service!! The receptionist didn't hesitate to offer my mother and I coffee, tea, or water! Didn't catch the name of the man who gave me the estimate for my rear ended 1998 Honda Accord but he was very knowledgeable and kept it real with me.

By far the best place. I took my car there after being hit by a semi. This shop was very friendly and treated my car right. The job was done fast and quality work. They went above and beyond I can never thank the entire team enough for such a great experience during a bad time and their great attitudes.

I went here for a quote on my car because of how many people (808 Subies on Facebook) suggested them to me. Upon entering the receptionist greeted me and helped me get the information I needed. She offered me something to drink while I waited for someone to help me. A few minutes later Brandon Okahara came out and looked my car over, discussed my options, told me what he typically sees regarding my situation. He even got me an estimate within the hour.I would suggest this place to anyone who values quality work. They aren't the cheapest place, but they will fix your car, and do it right. They have been in business for over 50 years, and have numerous awards and recommendations for body work.

Seems like they just wanted my money. No aloha was served. I waited a while while people were standing around doing nothing.But the main reason I'm not going back is because they shorted out some work that needed to be done on my truck that they were fixing. They also charged me for work they didn't do.Don't take your cars here!

I was really in a bind I just had enough money for my car to be towed back home an a car estimate, my car was parked kinda far from there shop I went in an told them abt my situation, the ladies behind the desk was so NICE an calm cause they new I was very worried abt my situation the guy BRANDON came in an heard wht was wrong an kindly happy to help me every1 was so nice an patient with me I really recommend this place to any1
