I go to Oil Changer s in Kunia for my safety inspection s. I went when they open at 7:00am. However, they don t start safety inspection s until 8:00am. I was asked if I wanted to wait, which I did and was told to park in the parking lot across from the bay doors.I think the lot is also shared by Wendy s. There was already one guy waiting in front of me.They actually started a little earlier than 8:00 and did a thorough inspection. The employee performing the inspection was pleasant and professional.I was asked if I had questions before and after the inspection. I ve been going there for a few years now and have never had an issue. I highly recommend!

I don't recall the attendant's name, but he was (or is) one of the most professional in customer service I have ever met. I especially liked how walked out and logged down from the first customer who arrived for safety check. It was my first time coming to Oil Changers in Kunia for my safety check, I'm glad I did.

I love coming to this location because the service is quick. They re attentative to the order customers pull up and direct each to the right bay. The staff is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. And make all the necessary recommendations without making me feel like they re trying to scam me for more money. They explain everything in layman terms. I esp love that they have qualified women working. The bays appear orderly kept.

Despite the overwhelming demands for safety checks, including dealing with a few Rude-impatient-entitled customers - my technician was surprising pleasant and informative. I usually take my vehicles to Kapolei location, but he updated me about the technician vacancy there. Im grateful for the convenience of oil changes locations and friendly staff. Mahalo!

Called the store to inquire about a safety inspection. The male employee who answered the phone was very RUDE. He ran through the time and days they did their inspections so quickly, that I couldn't keep up with what he was saying. He told me they only did "so many" inspections per day. I asked him HOW many did they do per day and he stated:" It varies". I couldn't ask anymore questions because his attitude was so bad. I live around the corner from this location and I will NOT be going there ever and I'll tell my friends and family not to either.#DoBetter...

Ed, safety inspection technician was efficient and courteous when conducting my yearly safety check. He pointed out a minor issue with the headlight [plexiglass] cover which was dull [age] and affecting the headlight beam while blinding other drivers on the road. Top Notch

I appreciate the experience I had at this location and wanted to thank Jason who checked my vehicle. He showed concern and listened while I addressed an issue I had with my vehicle. Although the problem was a service they did not provide, he gave me useful information that helped me explain to a mechanic what it is that I need to have checked. He even offered his own family mechanic's number. Great personal service. I really appreciate that!

I very much appreciate the great service at the Kunia Oil Changers Staff, and maintenance professionals. Joe followed up and provided options and guidance for my Jeeps needs. Oil Changers is the best around! Got 5 bays with an outstanding crew. Just ensure you get here pretty early because the safety check line can get pretty long at times. Great customer service.

Stopped at the Kunia center for a safety inspection and the technician was great. He actually did the full inspection and appreciated the advice on some things he noticed for routine maintenance. If all vehicles actually got a safety inspection like here, there would be less stalls and breakdowns on H1.

If I could give them a negative star I would. It took about 3 hours just to get an oil change done. I only one big guy walking around but nothing really get done in the timely manner. No scene of urgency here, don t come here unless you wanna spend hours waiting.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went in for an inspection, was just past 3pm and they explained hours were 8-3, I said I will come back tomorrow and inspector said it was ok and did the inspection. Very thorough inspection and great service. Much Mahalo!

The oil change took longer than expected. Then when I drove off on the freeway my car started smoking. I figured they may have spilled some oil so I continued on and it was smoking more and stinking like burning oil. So I checked it out and my oil cover was not on right and there was oil everywhere! I went back the next day and told them what happened. They had to clean it up and said sorry. No leaks just that they probably spilled oil and never put the cap on right. What an inconvenience and not professional. I went to the one in kunia.

i always go there to do my oil change and extra fast and efficient,they did everything good but several things happened,they wasn t able to do my Transmission oil n saftey check also when i got home only 7min away my Check Engine Light came on Oh Gosh that was a biggy for me and then i was experiencing noises in the front end of my vehicle i have my daughters take there vehicles there too now i gotta think about that ..

Needed to get safety check without an appointment. Oil Changers was able to take me on walk in. Ed was very quick and knowledgable about the required checks. Unfortunately I needed to replace a bulb. After a quick fix Ed quickly finished my safety check and got me on my way.

I was recently on vacation back home and needed to take my grandma's car to get her safety check done. This place was the closest to me, and I am incredibly pleased with the experience. Ed was super helpful and thorough. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and the service was top-notch! I highly recommend.
