I thought I was going in for my second oil change with Oil Changers. Then they told me I only needed to be topped off. They poured in some oil and I was on my way! My first oil change with them was a great experience. My husband recently took his Jeep for the first time and also had a safety inspection and his radiator flushed. They work quickly and efficiently and their prices are in line with other businesses that offer the same service. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. The mechanics there seemed knowledgeable and friendly. They made our short wait-time there pleasant, especially the young man, Glenn, who made us laugh, as well.We have a diesel truck, so we appreciated that they were able to provide an oil change for us for a very reasonable fee, all without having to even leave our vehicle.

Went in for a safety check inspection at the Waipio location. They open at 7am and from what i understand safety checks are only done from 7am-1pm, except for Wednesdays and Sundays (no inspections are done). The attendant goes to each vehicle with a clipboard and assigns a time as which vehicles were there first (before 7am). If you come later you would pick a time on the clipboard for whatever time slot is available for the day. Also, my understanding is you cannot make an appointment in advance it has to be on THAT day. Process was easy you just follow the attendant's direction as to what vehicle you will follow. When the vehicle goes into the bay area, then you park right behind it waiting for your turn. They guide you in & (the best part) you stay IN your car the whole time, following the inspector's direction as to turning on whatever signals or lights etc. The only time you come out is when they need to take a picture of the car. Payment is also taken right there after they apply your safety check sticker on your bumper. Easy peasy, loved the whole process and being there right when they opened was the best thing to do. Attendant and inspector were very courteous and efficient in getting you in and out in minimal time.

My attendant was Glen. He was very professional and courteous. He made me feel that he was happy to be there and enjoyed his job. I really can't say enough good things about Glen, you should be thankful you have an employee like him. I've been there and the Pearl City location several times and I've always had a great experience. Every employee that I've come in contact with always made me feel welcome. Because of this, I opt to service my car at Oil Changers instead of Firestone which cost less.

Thanks for being available for a Safety Check on Saturday. Most OIL Changers I called did not do safety checks on Saturdays. And other Oil Changers only did safety checks till 2pm. When most folks are still working. Forcing one to have to take off from work, just to get a safety check! Technician was efficient and friendly. Thanks again!

Second customer on this rainy day, Nov 27. Had my oil and fluids changed. These guys as always keep me informed re what they're doing every step of the way. Even telling me to roll up my window so I don't get wet! So cute! My second time coming and both experiences good. So much better than Jiffy Lube!

A positive review by Ken said other oil change companies end safety checks at 2 pm. I went to this company on a weekday around 130 pm. The guy said they end safety checks at 100 pm.I tried again on Saturday around 1130 am. Since no car was there, I parked in the safety check lane, assuming I'd be serviced. The guy said they were booked for the day and that people line up around 600 (630?) am and they're fully booked by 9 am.After writing this review, I found a 1 star review by Jacob reflecting some of my experiences.Save yourself the headache and go to Mililani Auto Repair / Texaco gas station on Kamehameha / Kipapa. It's around 5 minutes from this Oil Changer place of a joke. I went there on the same Saturday around 12 pm. There was a line of 4 cars before me. Each took around 5-10 minutes. Just be aware they go to lunch around 230 pm, but IDK if that's everyday or just Saturday.Regarding the lineup: At this oil changer place, you have to deal with their tiny driveway and the Starbucks drivers. It's packed. The Mililani gas station is way better. Just drive off the highway and line up behind the car in front.

Fast and efficient! Mahalos to Asst Mngr Jaren Dupio & his team! They were quick in getting my vehicle done right. Also he gave me some good tech advice regarding the transmission on my Nissan Versa. I'll be servicing my other vehicles at the Waipio Location in the future!

I had an oil change @ the Waipio Oil Changers Jaren was very attentive to my vehicles needs, always being sure of what I wanted done in a safe and timely manner letting me know of other maintenance that may be coming up soon due to visual inspections AWESOME JOB Jaren! BTW I bring all (3) of my vehicles to Oil Changer s, they always keep me posted, and send reminders so I can keep our families vehicles in tip top shape Much Mahalo s Oil Changer s!!!

Workers appeared incompetent, inputting my mileage wrong, then saying the next oil change should be in 3000 miles and oops, meant 6000. So I don t have a lot of faith in their work. $107 for an oil change. Next time I ll just go to the dealership.

For some reason our phone maps kept taking us to a location down the street. However, once we found the place (right next to Costco) we were seen right away. It is very cool to know you can get an oil change last minute on a Saturday afternoon. The guys were friendly and the mechanic that assisted us seemed trustworthy and intelligent. Definitely going back. Thanks :)

Attempted four times to get a safety inspection done here, I'm done trying. Attempt (1) I was told I needed to come back before 2pm, (2) I was told we don't do inspections on this day of the week, (3) I was told we use a scheduling system now, come back first thing in the morning to schedule, (4) arrived before open and was number 6 or 7 in line. I was told I could not pick a specific time that is open and that they have to schedule me in the earliest available spot. This means I have to get lucky, free up half of my day or keep getting back in line until the spot I want is ready to be filled. The lack of common sense in this scheduling method doesn't instill confidence needed to trust them to work on my vehicle.Support person that monitors the reviews, don't worry about responding or asking for me to send more details. Those are all the details, just fix it for future customers, this one won't be back.

Extremely slow service. It s a tiny parking lot so you have to wait on the side while the employees ignore you and take their time. I go here because it s close to my house but the way they do their line queue is super inefficient. I waited and the guy waved me into a lane that took twice as long as the other ones. After waiting for nearly an hour, I watched as other vehicles who arrived after me finish before I even got started. This place is a joke and their employees to keep the time as advertised. 15 minutes for an oil change is a joke. I should have drive and gone somewhere else and it still would have been faster than waiting for these guys.

Went in for oil services in Waipio oil changers next to Costco. The next day I notice a flapping sound underneath the hood. They forgot to put back the bolt that held the splash guard in place. Recommend inspecting before leaving the place.

This place is the biggest waste of time I have ever experienced. I came to get an inspection for my trailer, waited in line for 2 hours and finally got in. Came back to get the trailer reinspected and was told that the way they are doing inspections has changed. You must come at 700AM get on the list then You can go home and come back at the time they give you I live an hour away this would never work for us that live not near this place. Not to mention they stop doing inspections at 2:00!! what a worthless place. Waisted trip. Do not come get your inspection done here.

I consistently receive Excellent Customer Service from Oil Changers. It is the reason I return! I came in for a Safety Check. I had to wait a while, But again- it s worth the wait to be treated with kindness and expertise. Great Job as Always!! Mahalo!

Just moved from out of state. Got my safety inspection so that I could register my car. No body told me I had to come back one I got my plates to get my inspection stickers. 32 days after I find out and go back just to be told by two kids that I have to pay for another inspection to get my stickers!If you are from out of state I would recommend avoiding this place!

Really friendly mechanics! Took about 15-20 mins to get the job done. They're very good with explaining their additional offers and recommendations so you know what you're paying for, and the prices cost about the same as other mechanics. If you want an efficient and quick oil change without the need for an appointment, come on right down! Just drive up and they'll talk you through the rest.

Despite being short staffed, the technicians were efficient and very professional in completing their tasks. I had a headache and thought the service would be completed quickly due to an open bay, however, the technician explained that he was the only technician above (one below) and there were still two other cars before me. He guided me into the bay and kept checking on me to see if I was okay and offered me water because he could see that I wasn t feeling well. Despite being very busy, the technicians completed their tasks thoroughly, kept patrons informed and communicated with each other efficiently. Great technicians there. Highly recommend! The technicians were friendly and efficient. But I brought all of my own synthetic oil, and my own filters. And it still cost me almost $70! To make matters just a little bit more annoying, I specifically told them do not add water to my windshield washer fluid because I used Rain-X in it, and they put water in it anyway.
