Had a Great time with Janna-Lee and Manager Ray they were so understanding patient and Great Customer service they solved a problem for me that was frustrating and solved all my car problems. I would 10 out of 10 recommend when they are working. I appreciate all the knowledge I ve learned today from these employees.

Girl couldn t change the battery out acting like they didn t have the tool to take the battery out and then was trying to send me to all kinds of different car places to have it done where I had to pay extra to have the battery changed out gave me a phone number to a mechanic who is closed. Never going back there again!

I bought a battery and they swapped it out for free. Staff is knowledgeable just give them time to research/look stuff up for you're car.

Had a dead battery, and got it replaced for $100 less than the dealership. I really appreciate their help in getting me the right part, and they even helped me put it in! Shout out to Brooklyn!!!!!

Well stocked auto parts for the few who still drive vehicles that can be worked on, or are old and leaking fluids, as mine is. I spent $200 for a replacement part, and they sent me a $5 off coupon, which I happily redeemed here. No wait, pleasant cashier. Minus one star for the moon sized craters in the parking lot.

I came back from a very long trip & forgot to unhook my car battery. I called OReilly and talked with Jeidei and she had my battery and calmed me down. I went in today and her and Shigen did me solid and changed out and tested my battery. Great service - recommend !!!

After coming from AutoZone where they refused to check our battery since it was past 5pm, we went to O Reilly Auto Parts. Awesome customers service from Shirl! Was able to test our bad battery from Autozone and got us a replacement. Will be back for all our auto needs

Had great service here. Was welcomed into the store as soon as I opened the door and the man behind the register really seemed knowledgeable on my vehicle's issue. I've been here a few times buying parts for my wife's island beater and I'll probably be here again!

Had some issues ith my cars battery recently. Had to jump the car as we were heading out to pick up our granddaughter and head to church.decided to stop at O'Reilly waipahu. I Walk in as as checked the for a matching part number a sales associate called me over and helped me. He was professional and very helpful. I decided to change it out at the store location. he offered his tools to remove my old battery. And also mentioned the associate outside assisting a customer can help me when hes finished. I tried but found the bolts and studs were different in sizes so the associate rolled his cart and assisted me. We were done in 15 min from walking into the store to driving away. Such an awesome end to what could have ruined our morning. Highly recommend this store and its crew of great people

Five stars for fantastic customer service. Dude at the counter got me as I was coming in the door. Got everything off the shelves and ring up within like 3 minutes. Zero wandering around looking for help. Prices are competitive, but nothing to write home about.

The store manager was excellent today! He helped get my exactly what I needed. There were several different situations going on and he made sure each person was helped quickly and efficiently. He even went above and beyond to get an order for me that I had placed online. Definitely will shop here in the future!

Adam was super knowledgeable about what would work best to help fix a vacuum leak I had. He brought out a few sizes of fittings and lines to ensure I would get what I needed. Top notch service and expertise!

Welcomed upon entry which is nice. Relatively quick service and pick up of my ordered part. Only negative, I was asked if I needed specialized tools and after looking at my car stated "no". It was my bad for not looking up "how to..." beforehand. Had to go back to pick up a tool & spare tabs for the ones I broke.

I give Waipahu O'Reilly "10 Stars"..."Nino" tested my battery....free of charge & sold me a "Better" quality battery with a 3 year warranty. He was patient & knowledgeable. Thank you O'Reilly & Nino for the "Top Notch" service! I Definately will be back!

I've bought most of my auto parts from O'Reilly Auto Parts. Pricing is fair, the store is always clean, shelves are well stocked, employees are very friendly, and helpful. They truly provide outstanding customer service!!!!

They have a lot of great things for you vehicles. Was surprised that they didn't have that much of Weather Tech products as I googled where can I find weather tech products and O'Reilly was at the top of the list. Apparently you can order mats and stuff and they will get them in for you. I'll probably order it directly from Weather Tech instead. I was looking for the cell phone holder that fits in the cup holder. The staff are friendly and eager to help.

O Reilly Auto Parts is my go to auto parts store. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. In Hawaii they just started carrying different size oil containment boxes or at least it is the first time I ve seen these boxes it is nice since I normally change oil in two cars at the same time. I always buy my car batteries there along with windshield wipers because the staff helps change these items. I also buy my car cleaning supplies at the local store.
