Went in looking for parts cleaner solvent and these guys in this store are awesome. I've been looking for a sturdy work table that I can mount a vise to. These guys had one on sale, verified the weight limit on it for me and even took off the pegboard so we could fit it in our explorer. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I certainly hope the store manager reads this and rewards the ENTIRE staff that was working the morning of Jan 23rd 2022. Guys yall did an amazing job. Tha ms very much!

Took car to get an airbag recall replaced. Car started fine this morning but after the work was done at Cutter the service department said my battery was dead. Long stories short, this NAPA Distribution center saved me over 100$.The wait was 3 minutes for my battery and the staff was very helpful.

I am in the process of building an old hot rod. It is a combination of different parts from Chrysler, GM, and Ford. When you go to most places, they ask you for the year, make and model of the vehicle. If you are not able to provide that then they are at a loss because it is not in their computer. However, this Napa was able to match parts with casting numbers and even seemed to enjoy the challenge! They will continue to get my business!**EDIT** It really depends on who you get! The crew this morning is LAZY! They told me that in order to find the brake hose that I was looking for, they needed a book that they didn't have at this location. Little do they know that we were just looking in that book last night with an amazing assistant, but I have more information now. I guess another store will get my business today.

My go to Napa. It's the main warehouse, so they mostly have the best stock here. Moana and Mario always hook me up with great customer service but the whole gang is on point. Love coming here!

Went to the napa ,looking for a set of starter brushes. After 10 minutes the guy asked me the part # .Put it on the screen.nope.Went down to auto zone. The guy took are sample. Came back in a few minutes. With 4 little boxes looked at what he had.one set was close .the bolt hole was small .Guess what .the starter is working ,Thanks auto zone

Great location to pick auto or commercial equipment parts. Professional counter staff, good parking area. Had what I needed to finish repairs.
