The workers and the owner are cool. They were able to get my vehicle up and running again. It was affordable and now I take all my vehicles to them for any major maintenance. Thank you again guys.

I've used them for YEARS. I believe what people want in a Mechanic/Auto Repair shop is COMPETENCY and integrity. They will treat you with honesty and clarity, tell them youre a friend of Marlon and see how awesome they are How many times have you gone to a corporate store or other auto shop and felt like they're just jacking up the price on you or adding on things to drive the bill higher and higher?I never got that treatment from Master Mechanic, and everybody I send there has reviews and they continue to go there despite the somewhat hard to get to location.

My Toy/Tundra rear end (ring & pinion gear) broke and estimated cost very very high. I went to Discount Auto Parts and purchased a used but good 2nd hand replacement. They even recommended Master Mechanic shop. They delivered the entire axle. They did the work the following day and was done just past lunch time. Hardy s team saved me time and money.

Got referred here by Arnold at discount auto parts in kapolei. I needed my engine swapped for a new one due to rod knocking (engine failure). These guys were super helpful and after recieving my car and the engine, my car was done in 2 DAYS. The work done was also warranted for 6 months. I dont think any other shop will do that for you. Hearty is an honest person and doesnt beat around the Bush. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future. My car is running better than before now. Great service and experience.

Hardy and his team does outstanding work! Trustworthy and very respectful. He does more than what needs to be done and ill assure you that you'll leave stress free with no worries. Exactly how I felt with my engine swap. They do it all! Highly recommend! Hit them up

My '09 Civic won't start, I figured it was the starter, so I called around all over town for quotes on parts and labor, but everywhere I called tell me that the parts is gonna cost about $500-700, plus labor which is another $200-300, all together it would've costed me almost a $1,000 to fix and I just didn't have that much at the time, so I was loosing hope of ever getting my car back up and running all because of a starter... but then a friend/co-worker of mine told me to call this guy name Christian up and see if he can help, although the shop was a bit far from home (I'm in town, and the shop is in Waipahu) I called him anyways, when Christian told me that parts (with 1 year warrantee) and labor only going to cost me $480 and he will guarantee his work for 6 months so if it breaks down because of the same issue or something went wrong during the fix he will redo the job for free, I made my decision right then and there to get the job done by Christian. He was very accommodating and get back to me quick when I called about my car. My Civic is running great now, everything is working fine, I will definitely come back and refer my friends and family to him if they ever need anything done on their cars!

Took my car to the closest mechanic which was these guys. I didnt research prior because i needed to fix a trans leak, should be a simple seal. He didnt call me or return my calls even tho i left messages and walked in and left a message until a week later. Made me really worried. He didnt want to work further until i came and gave him my opinion which was suspicious. Our conversation got intense because he didnt want to work further and i told him im not even a mechanic, what does my opinion matter? Just fix it without my opinion and his response was thats all i needed to hear super suspicious. Took some pics and showed me his opinion which was nice. And also suggested to me to change the axle. I told him i dont think a new axle will prevent a leak and he said it will eliminate a possibility. To me that made no sense but i took his suggestion. So we ruled out ALL possibilities because he changed everything he suggested. A week later my car breaks down because it was leaking trans fluid the whole time and i didnt even know about it. Now hes not answering me

I wudnt trust anybody wit my car, he's my cousins my antys (majority) of my family mechanic, well u gotta try his shop in order to believe it, ii cross my fingers promise. I give him +

Mark And his crew Do a spectacular Job.Fixed my car and the buggah ride smooth now.I suggest anyone that has a broken car or just needs a simple tune up to go here and get it done.Unbeatable prices and Hands down best customer service I had by far.They also do safety check!!!So why wait till your car is broken?. Go down to Master Machenics And get it done you won t regret it !!!!

When dealerships can t fix the problem, Mechanics in this shop is able to identify the Problem and provide the fix without other unnecessary repairs.
