My Retrax cover from Pamalu was binding and wouldn't open smoothly. Pamalu just gave me excuses instead of fixing it. I brought it here to Dean and he helped fix the issue for free! I tried giving him some cash for the half hour he spent on my truck but he wouldn't take it! I will be back to support Dean & his business again. Mahalo again for helping me out!

This is my second purchase with Truck Concepts. Marvin certainly is in this business to stay in business especially in these hard times with COVID affecting his supply chain. Beyond his control he explained the circumstances of delays in delivery but is determined to fulfill your goal in meeting the tonneau product ordered. After weeks of delays I finally got my new cover and installation was as professional as can be. Thanks Marvin you are the best in your field !Darrell Bareng. Realtor

My boyfriend decided to get a new tunnel cover for his truck, he called several different places and decided to go with this place because he said he had it in stock and was able to install it that same day. He drove all the way to Waipahu, and we live in Makiki. When he got there the guy told him he got 2 jobs in front of him and then he ll be able to work on his truck so my boyfriend said he would wait, so he waited for a little over an hour for this guy to come and tell him he wouldn t be able to get to him that day and also told him oh he may not even have the cover.I wasn t able to go with my boyfriend that day cause I was working but he s not one to complain or make waves. So he said okay and just left after all that driving all the way over there and waiting around for nothing.I don t know what type of business this guy does but this is bad business and a waste of time especially considering how far he went to go here.I want to let everyone know what type of business this guy does, I wouldn t want anyone to waste there time with this type of BS .

I've sent customers here for years but it's the first time that I've made a purchase for my new truck. Marvin does a great job in sales, service, and installation of his products.
