5 Service! Look no further this is the guy to call when you want fast, reliable, friendly costumer service.Billy provided outstanding towing for my vehicle after two towing companies failed miserably on a simple dispatch call. BMW Road assistance refered to Billy as the "ACE" He called and kept me informed of the status plus he has access to on post where other towing companies needed to be sponsored. Billy was courteous friendly and made me feel that my 2014 BMW M5 was in good hands, after a terrible experience with VIP towing and Almeida & Sons Auto & Towing.

Outstanding customer service, we were in need of a tow on Sunday afternoon and Billy showed up immediately and provide great service. We appreciate the quick response, friendly service and great price, others would have taken advantage of the situation but he was there to help and very fair on the price. Bill is one of the best Towing Company Owner & Operator I have come across. You can depend on him to be on time providing the best customer service I have seen. I have use other towing companies they don t even came close. He took my vehicle to C&C Motor Vehicle Control Section (MVCS). We left at 11 from Mililani and arrived at MVCS on Kapahuhu Avenue on time to clear the inspection. He waited till I got all the documents completed and made sure I was taken care of, now that s the customer service at its finest he cares about his customers. Once done we headed back to Mililani to drop off my vehicle. The price he charged was reasonable and I would use B&C Towing again. I can highly recommend B&C Towing when you need to tow your vehicle. Very happy customer

What a blessing!! What we belived was transmission problems we needed help.We had been waiting for a differenttow company for over 2 hrs.When we decided to see who was closest to our location B &C Towing came up. Thank God we called.Within minutes Billy came to help.He came to the rescue and was knowledgeable able 4x4s, we didn't have a transmission problem after all, we just needed Billy!So I would recommend B &C towing! Billy from B&C Towing was phenomenal! He was not only on time but he was thirty minutes early! He helped me every step of the way with my car and gave me heaps of sage advice. I would highly recommend Billy from B & C Towing, he is so personable, he really cares about his customers and does everything he can to help. He makes what is normally a stressful ordeal much more relaxed. I can t thank you enough for everything Billy!!

Billy was incredibly helpful! B&C was contracted by my insurance, and arrived much faster than they estimated- he was extremely effective, and got us hooked up and on the road quickly. He connected us with a locksmith who who ended up saving us around $200 over the service recommended by the insurance. After dropping me and the car off, he even gave my passengers a ride so they didn't have to wait around, and came back to check on me before he went off. We were all absolutely astounded at his kindness, and he made a frustrating and stressful situation a kind of fun adventure. I can't recommend Billy enough.

Billy is a stand up guy! He has fair pricing and goes the extra mile for his customers!! I mean really! I got a tow and after bringing my car home he took a look and even diagnosed the issue with the proper equipment free of charge! He s very fast and efficient! I will recommend him to anyone in need of a tow etc! Thanks Billy for not taking advantage of me like most tow companies have in the past!!!

Billy was extremely helpful and kind throughout my tow. He's a Marine so he enjoys helping people and will NOT disappoint. I called many other tow company's and they were either too expensive or were of no help but Billy pulled through and gave me a quick and good priced tow. I asked for extra business cards and gave them to my friends because he's very trusting. I will use his services again if needed. Thank you Billy!

I was in a bad accident and b and c took care of everything and was extremely helpful. Billy went above and beyond to make sure that my car was taken care of. He helped with working with my insurance company when I had some issues. By far the best towing company I have ever had to work with. I don t know and don t care what others say I will always be calling b and c towing from now on and recommend all others to use them too. Billy saved me. I was stuck on the side of the road with a blowout, in the pouring rain.I called 5 towing agencies trying to get off the highway. Billy was the only one that could get there within the hour. He even arrived sooner than estimated.Billy was friendly and reassuring and very well priced. He has a great sense of humor and very knowledgeable about the area. He got me taken care of quickly so that I was able to go about my day.Thank you Billy.

I was stuck out on the North Shore side driving my work van and it was an estimated 2 hour wait. The driver, Billy got to me within half that time.I even locked my keys inside my van as he pulled up and he opened it up for me no extra charge!Billy is a very friendly person and very professional, he got me on my way quickly.

Don t use these other tow companies. Billy was amazing. He has base access so you won t need to sign him in. Not only did he tow the truck but he got is working and checked the brakes to make sure it was safe for my children and I while my husband was deployed! Bill was very helpful!!! He was patient and polite, even when I was an hour late meeting him. He helped make everything much easier and smooth. Billy saved our day and was very flexible with every issue that popped up! He was very polite and conversational, and clearly cared for his customers. I would reccommend B&C anytime and will definitely be calling B&C next time we need a tow.

If you need a tow, call Billy! He is the best there is. He responds quickly and is very honest and personable. I have used his services twice now. The first time, I was on my way home from work and started having car trouble. I couldn't get the car home so I had to get it towed. He was there in no time and got me towed back home for a reasonable price. The second time I called because someone had left their car in front of our house. With it being there for months, it was time to get it taken care of. He came by that day and took it away. I highly recommend Billy for any towing services you need!

Billy was extremely nice and helpful. Super friendly conversation and very helpful. I am not too car saavy but he was very patient and taught me some new things about cars on the ride to my place. Highly recommend going to B & C Towing!!!

Bill is the best. He goes over and above to help his customers My car needed picking up from the port. When Bill got there he called to let me know that Matson screwed up the paperwork. No big deal he said will get it shorted out which we did, only to find the gear lever was broken during the shipping process. Bill took pictures and towed the vehicle to the dealership to be repaired. I am rushing around panicking and Bill said take a deep breath relax we will get it sorted out. I was so grateful. The price he charged was so reasonable. I felt so bad as he had spent over alot more time making sure I was taken care of. Now that's customer service at its finest. Bill is very friendly and really cares about customers.Can highly recommend this company. Why look at any other towing company this is the best around. Thanks Bill. Billy is about as honest and knowledgeable as it gets. He went above and beyond to help me with both my jeep and my bike when they needed to be towed. He will tow your vehicle wherever you need at a very reasonable price. But, if your bike needs work, you better just leave it with him. He is awesome and had mine back to me in about 24 hours.

Excellent customer service. Although I did not use their services, Billy was very thoughtful and considerate. He tried to help me save money by suggesting an alternative solution and referring me to a well trusted locksmith.

Billy was an amazing person. He's an former Marine. So he's that makes him even cooler. Best road side assistance I have ever gotten. I called atleast 2 other tow companies and they all said they would call me back. Soon I gave him a call he had left and Showed up in an good amount of time. As soon as he arrived he asked if I was okay and what was going on with my vehicle soon he got out of his truck. Had nice cool personality & did his job very professionally. Recommend everyone to give him a call if you ever have car problems or get stranded.

Billy is a great guy. He helped me get the money back from my insurance company when I had my car towed. Even though it started out as a bad situation having my car towed it ended up a lot better than it could've been and it was because of him.

When I called Billy I failed to explain the reason I needed a tow, three lug nuts and studs had broken off of my passenger rear wheel and I needed a tow to a shop. When Billy arrived he assessed the situation and he was still able to effectively and safely tow the car 7 miles to the shop. He was very skilled knowing how much to lower or raise the car when coming off of a driveway, my car is lowered so it was very comforting knowing that the car wasn't going to scrape. He's a cool guy to talk to and has an awesome truck, I'll definitely be calling Billy for all my future tows and recommending him to anyone that needs a tow, thanks Billy!

We discovered that our rental van had a flat tire. Avis arranged for towing service. Bill promptly responded and had to deal with tight conditions in a parking garage. He was able to inflate the tire enough to allow driving out of the garage and then worked out details of towing to the Avis lot near the airport. He kindly offered to drop me off at the airport to pick up a replacement vehicle and spent considerable time searching through the road construction to get me to the correct office. He efficiently took care of the work and went beyond his responsibilities to help us out. Being on vacation in an unfamiliar area, it was reassuring to receive such great assistance.Service: Car towing

He is very efficient and he is the real deal. He always comes through when you need the help. I haven t known him long but I feel as though I ve known him for quite some time now. I am beyond thankful and greatful of his kindness and selflessness. Billy is the man!!
