Welp..my truck is totaled, but Gerber Collision was there to assist through the process. It was a bittersweet end. From the estimator to the help in the yard, overall, it was a great experience. They are super patient and highly communicative. They help you get the answers you need. I truly appreciate the staff, especially on days I was frustrated. I will definitely go back here for work.

First off, 0 parking. Awful to navigate how to get here and where to go. Second, I went in with my insurance quote, got another inspection of damage, already got paid - I just needed the work done. I ve called about 4-5 times and it s been 3 weeks with no assistance or answer. No ones helped me. They gave me the run around. I kept being told I would hear back but here we are and I m done. How bad is your customer service that you can t give me a call back? I was then told they wouldn t do the work on my car because I have a wrap. That is fine, I told them the wrap is being taken care of separately, which they didn t seem to understand? Then I was told it s going to cost me MORE money than quoted because they go through a third party to get parts so it costs more. I m not wasting any more of my time on this company and I don t think anyone should either.

Amazing shop. I needed repairs and called around and was told that it would most likely be November before I could get in from multiple shops. Gerber gave me an estimate which I agreed to. They ordered the parts which understandably take time to get and still only took 2 weeks to get the parts. After dropping the vehicle off they had to order more parts because of things found after tear down which is understandable again. The whole repair took 8 days. I am very happy with the work they did and they updated me through the whole process so I knew when I could expect the repairs to be completed. Everyone there was nice and helpful. I will definitely refer everyone to them.

The bumper is not flush with the quarter panels. They say it is within Nissan specifications, so it is acceptable. It is not acceptable.Follow up: upgraded from two stars to three stars. They called me back from the shop fixed it correctly. It took them less than 25 minutes from start to finish. Not sure why they didn't do that the first place. However, they did eventually get it right.

Great service and meticulously well done buddy work. The only feedback would be to improve their communication, I had to constantly call and bug them to get my updates, they were extremely busy.

BUYER BEWARE!!!With 23+ years of professional experience in the auto repair industry, we will NEVER AGAIN use nor suggest Gerber Collision & Glass at 94-174 Leokane St, Waipahu, HI 96797 (also called SIGS Body Shop) to anyone ever again!We sent a car in to this shop for repair body damage to the front driver's side fender. It returned with a different brake caliper bracket on the driver's side and a new "knock" noise when putting the car into drive or reverse. No, there was no logical reason to remove this bracket to repair the body damage to the vehicle, only to remove the driver's side wheel and replace the front driver's side fender. Since the car was in an accident, there are pictures (that the insurance company also has) showing this brake caliper bracket is clearly not the same one on the car before it went to the shop. And even though this vehicle was involved in an accident, there was also no knocking noise before entering this shop either. Now SIGS wants more money to "evaluate and repair" these new issues. Daddy didn't raise a fool, so no, this shop (nor their "partners") will not touch any of our vehicles again.They refuse to acknowledge that this bracket is now different, even with pictures from before. They also claim that the new knocking noise is a bad transmission mount. Possibly, but it is ironic that it wasn't a problem before it sat in their shop. We'll verify and fix the problem when we put it up on our lift and replace the the driver's side brake caliper bracket with the correct one. Either way, if you want to get robbed, take your vehicle to SIGS. But if you want a trustworthy shop fixing the car your loved ones will be using, I strongly recommend you go elsewhere or learn how to fix it yourself.

My car was rear ended and the other party's insurance sent me to Gerber Collision and Glass. The entire process was extremely easy, stress-free, and very fast. I dealt with Maria and she could not have done better from initial estimate to picking up the car after repairs were complete. I did not have much time to get the repairs complete so she helped make sure the car was in and out in only two days and the final product looks amazing. Maria also coordinated with the rental car company to make that process extremely smooth as well. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service of Gerber and particularly Maria and will absolutely come here again if needed.Service: Body & Trim

I recommended Gerber for anyone with auto body repair needs. I brought my Honda in for front damage repair and let me tell you the after result was perfection. Maria Flavin is an absolute great representative to work with. Maria is professional, communicates in detail, meets deadlines, and basically gave me THE best experience of what Gerber is all about. I have been going to sigs whenever I needed body work for the last 25 years. �However this last time I really was grateful in how much the owner Lance and his wonderful staff, went out of their way to help me.I did not want the car to be a total loss, as many times as an insurance company will resort to that. �Well lance did not put profit before his clients and really went out on a limb to help me.Sigs is really a caring professional company with good moral standards.They also do one of the finest and best works, whether you have an old car or a new Mercedes they will treat all cars the same.I know because I have taken both kinds of cars here. �Most of all they will not compromise your safety, if fixing the car is not safe, no amount of money will cover that up. �At sigs safety is of the utmost importance.And then the beautiful quality work.Kudos to their wonderful staff I got to work with, Marguerite, Katarina, Davelynn, and thank you Maria for keeping me apprised on the work and time frame of the completion of the Honda element.And again to Lance, also the workers who did the hands on job, didnt get to meet or speak to them, but thank you for saving this car that is no longer made.Our family loves this car and it looks great, and it past the double safety test.Thank you Sigs Lance and crewServices: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

My 22 Pathfinder was hit. Luckily, I had an awesome team over at Gerber Collision - Waipahu to help me out majorly. They were all amazing throughout this process and proceeded very fast with the repairs. Vehicle was in and out 12 days later, including the weekends. Quality work done by these people. Huge shoutout to Camille who helped me out every step of the way and gave updates twice a week. Give her a promotion! She was spectacular!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim

I am very pleased with the repair service I had at Sig's Collision Center in Waipahu. They were willing to work with my insurance even though there was some bad history with my insurance company. Being one of the two certified Tesla Repair companies on Oahu, They worked with me to get the repairs approved through my insurance company to get the process started. The customer service was very strong as Maria kept me updated at every step of the way including when the parts were ordered all the way through the repair steps. Once the repair status neared completion, she was in consistent contact and my Tesla was ready on time. Kat was also very helpful when I picked up the car and gave me instructions on the care of the freshly painted repairs. Just one more step to get the protective wraps installed on the front of my car in three months and it will be good as new. Mahalo Maria, Kat, & Sig's for the great repair job!

I am a really picky guy and Sigs never disappoints. Professional service, beautiful bodywork and paint. The Pearl in my paint matched better than factory paint. The staff (Skyler) to the time go over exactly what my concerns were and addressed them. I was always kept informed on the status of my car and even got to pick it up earlier than expected. When picking up my car Brian waited for me and gave me great advice in fixing something myself after I told them I would try to fix it. The car looks awesome!! I heard about Sigs Collision Center on the radio. Also a few people told me they were pretty good and worked well with most insurance companies. So when I needed work done on my Chevy Colorado I checked with my insurance and they were listed. While work was being done, they kept me updated on the progression of the repair frequently. I never had any problems dealing with my insurance as Sigs did all the talking. I even was able to save a great deal on my deductible as I opted out on replacing my side steps. Overall Sigs by far has been super easy to work with and they did an excellent job repairing the damage to my truck. I highly recommend using them when you need repairs done on your vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

Sigs did a fantastic job in repairing our extensive damaged car after an accident. They are very courteous, caring and highly professional. They kept me abreast of all the work as they went along. What was really awesome was, they kept me up to date on the progression of the car repair by text, allowing me to review the info on my time not interrupting my daily activity; and giving me invitation to call if I had any questions. Sig's auto collision specialists what's a pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the end of the repair process of my car. From the beginning of the estimate phase of the repair process, done all online with pictures sent in, to the customer service and dropping off of the vehicle, during the repair process and communications with Sig's was state of the art professionalism.I just want to say I am totally satisfied and impressed with all the details and repair work done on my vehicle from beginning to the end. Our Model S was hit by a Tundra that blew through a stop sign crumpling the left front. Sigs did a fantastic job making our car better than new. Paint work, fit and finish are all spot on. Was a long process with waiting on parts from Tesla. Maria and Brenna kept us updated every step of the way and provided lots of detailed photos throughout the process so we knew exactly what was being done. I am very picky about our cars and every little thing I pointed out in a photo was immediately reply to and addressed if it was needing further attention. At pick up, found some fine swirl marks which where immediately addressed --- overall, amazing customer service and very happy with the results. If you have a Tesla needing repairs, Sigs is the only "good" choice.

I took my Tesla 3 to Sig's Collision Center in Waipahu as they are the preferred Body Shop for Tesla. I am very pleased with the work that they did on my Tesla 3 in fact, they did a great job!! Maria was very responsive and helpful. She returned my phone calls and emails promptly and was very pleasant and great to work with. My experience working with Sig's Collision Center set my mind at ease knowing that my car was in good hands.. Thank you very much Maria!

I only went as far as trying to schedule an estimate and they re terrible at getting back to you. I physically came into the office with my estimate in hand because we re going through insurance from the person who rear ended my car and even when they told me they had their very own representative for the insurance, I never got the call back they claimed would happen. I came in on a Friday and called them back on Monday to figure out what happened and they said they didn t even have any of the paperwork I brought in or had any clue as to who initiated the process it s already Wednesday and I had better luck and customer service including a pre inspection appointment at another shop all in one call! Good luck to anyone who might decide to go with this place!

Awesome experience with Sean. I appreciate the open honest opinion about what I should do since this is my first time. He gave me some other helpful suggestions which I'm really grateful for. I reccomend this place for anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.

Staff were very friendly and always kept us informed throughout the process during the repairs of our 2020 Jeep Overland. They basically stripped down the Body and encountered other issues that were not visible during the initial estimate. They ordered other parts that were needed during the repairs. Our Jeep was in the shop about 2 1/2 months. Finally picked it up on Feb 12, 2021. They did an Awesome Job and I commend them...So Professional...I would recommend SIGS to anyone that needs to have their car or truck repaired. I recently moved to Oahu from Texas so when I was hit in a fender bender I didn't know what auto shop to go to. Sigs Collision Center gave me a great experience! They were nice, fast, and did an incredible job on my car. They regularly updated me on the status of my repair. I would recommend this location to anyone involved in an accident!

Davlyn and the team did an exceptional job! My car was in an accident and Sigs was a recommended body shop. What a blessing it was because Davlyn was on top of the whole process. Initially she took detailed photos of the car which we would not have known to take. They provided periodic updates and repaired the car 5 days earlier than promised!When we received the car you can tell which side was repaired because it looked pristine compared to the other side. Sigs also delivered the car clean both inside and out which was a pleasant surprise. Normally some shops only deliver the car fixed but as is. We told Davlyn that although we appreciated her services, it would not be good to see her again because that means something needs to be repaired! I love Sigg s! They make everything so easy and stress-free. They said my car would be done on the 21st but I got it a whole week early! The car was spotless & looked brand new. They did repairs on my front bumper because someone hit my car and scratched it. Now you can t even see there was any damage! Nick was so helpful with his updates, and made picking up my car seamless. It was nice not having to wonder how my car s progress was coming along. Margarita was an angel & was so friendly any time I had a question. Sigg s helped my boyfriend with his car a few months back when he got hit by a drunk driver and he had a great experience as well. This place is an 11/10 and i m thankful that I found them for my car needs.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance
