I had an appointment at 9 AM and they were all friendly and professional and got my two front tires changed and oil change and new windshield wipers and was done by 10 o clock knowing my situation where I just had back surgery extremely extremely the best. Brock went beyond and above to help me out. I recently had back surgery. They helped me not just with my car but even helping me get up and get around. I highly recommend this Firestone I ve been going here for years and have never had a problem. I give them six stars. The time spent waiting was not that long. I asked questions, and they answered every question that I had.

In one word, honest. I had an excellent experience from the mechanics informing me about my car to even telling me additional information as to what to look for when buying used cars. Lastly they value their customers, some people try to take your money they are not those kind of people. Highly recommend for on going maintenance.

Since the days of my 99 4Runner, I have come to Firestone with the feeling like I'm being taken care of. This was until one day I paid for a 90 dollar diagnostic, and I was appalled to find a liquid tester, a red rag and hoses disconnected. This is unlike Firestone but obviously someone forgot to put things back because three different hose connections were clean black. A hose is even missing.

I had my brakes inspected and replaced recently. Firestone was very accommodating and prompt in their response. The customer service received from Mr. Brock was outstanding. He communicated very well, went over and beyond for me, and was very professional.

This was my first time here, I chose Firestone Waipahu because when I called service person Brock answered the phone and answered all of my questions, they offered a $15 off coupon and they could take me right away. On the day of my service I was greeted as I entered and everything was explained to me by Amanda. Lastly my car was done within the promised time frame. I highly recommend this location. Mahalo to Brock and Amanda who were awesome

I was taken care of immediately and professionally by the front desk at the Waipahu Firestone Store, informed quickly with work required to take care of my auto issues and all work performed was well done and accomplished in a short period of time by professional techs who explained everything to me. Best of all Firestone Auto Care stores experienced. Thank you..

Although there were only 2 workers, they were very attentive and quick when delivering their customer service as well as being quick in getting the job done. Didn't have to wait the 1 1/2 for it to finish.

Thank You Amanda & Jacob at Waipahu Firestone. You helped me fix my son's tire even when it was almost 6pm Jacob got the Job done less than 15 minutes I basically was in and out, I'm so so Thankful for you both Amanda & Jacob you two gave me Excellent Service Fast & Friendly with a caring attitude. Manapua for you guys. Hey Hawaii ever get a flate NO WORRY call Firestone Waipahu ask for Amanda and Jacob will take very GOOD CARE OF YOU!!!

I came here once before. Then been getting oil changes at lube express but when they changes to oil changers -- services were very different to say the least. Came back to Firestone! I got an early appointment. Waited in the waiting room with a movie playing on cable station FX. I got an oil change and a few suggestions. Appreciate the quick and effiecient service. I plan to come back for more services.

Firestone was recommended by a family friend because of the $200.00 ish life time warranty wheel alignment in Hawaii. I decided to get all 4 tires as a result. The wheel alignment is a perk that sets Firestone apart from the competition.10/24/19 I went to Sears Pearlridge around noon time for a basic oil/filter change but would have waited four hours. I called Firestone Waipahu and found out that there price for the same thing was about $5.00 higher than Sears Pearlridge and it's around 1 to 1.5 hours wait time. I'm okay with that!12/26/23Highly recommend Brock & Lem to service your vehicle

Fast and efficient. Had my car towed to this shop for a broken water pump and dead battery and they were able to fix it and have it ready the very same day. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Would recommend.

As always this company always comes through...NO MATTER THE LOCATION.. its all about you and taking car of your car needs. My car needed parts and the tech that could fix my car was off for the next few days. So I was looking at getting my car back at the end of the week.. they ordered the parts and when the parts came in..DO YOU KNOW THIS MAN CAME INTO WORK ON HIS DAY OFF TO FINISH MY CAR!!!!??? So my car was literally there for one day, how awesome, thoughtful and dedicated is that. I kept telling them to tell the tech thank you..Definitely great experience with ALL staff I interacted with.. will continue to use FIRESTONE ..

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible experience. They accepted and confirmed my appointment for an oil change - with regular oil. When I got there, they would only do the oil change w synthetic blend oil - which my car has never had in over 266k miles. Over twice as expensive.My appointment was over an hour ago, I was there early and they still have not touched my car.Don't take your car here unless you enjoy being lied to and ripped off.

Be careful with this place. I went online for an out the door estimate and later called them to see If i could schedule; the price they told me was 100 dollars over than the price calculated online. When I asked to be emailed an estimate I was given attitude and was not even emailed any thing to help me understand the possible charges; the guy even hung up on me mid sentence to saying the email was never received. Be careful. I've have issue with this place in the past at another location in California in 2012. I decided to give them a chance 9 years later and they still seem to be shady in another state.

Needed a new tire. Found the tire I wanted on their website, said they had it in stock. Went in they said they'd have it ready by close. 30min later they call me back saying they actually don't have it in stock but another store on the island does and they'll pick it up first thing in the morning. I ask when it'll be ready and he said by noon. 11:30 the next day I call to make sure it'll be ready to find out they still don't have the tire. Overall I'm just really disappointed in their service. Their inventory system is a mess and they won't give you honest time frames.

I came in for my rear passenger tire. It started separating about 3 days ago. Donna at the front office has awesome customer service and super friendly. Jerick is an awesome technician along with the crew who assisted with my tire replacement and oil change. They have great prices, honest service and exceptional work. Everyone is highly qualified and trained properly. I highly recommend seeing them for all your vehicle needs. If you care about your car health, give them a call!

They were honest and did exactly what I asked for. And oil change. They did notbtry to sell me on a air filter or other junk. They did a great point inspection and gave me feedback. I will return to have more work done

Stay far away, had front brakes and rotors replaced 2019. Few months later brakes skipping feeling uneven. Took it in and they said I need new rotors??? I complained that they just installed new rotors. Guy calls back and said okay we took care of it. A few months later it does the same. Take it back in and again guy says you need new rotors. Same thing except this time he says we resurfaced it. Again happened and again needs new rotors. Now the fourth time 2yrs later and 20k miles he states need new rotors not covered under warranty. Worst place ever!

Friendly staff, quick to answer phones, fair prices, speedy work, clean and cool waiting room. Had a complete set of tires mounted, oil changed, and alignment done in an hour and twenty minutes, which even on a slow business day like today is fast work. Only minor quibble is that I would have liked them to point out that the tire protection plan was an option, rather than leaving me to find it and ask about it on my own.

This place is a scam. I brought my car here for a Complete Auto Service just to see if there were any problems with it. Upon getting my car back they informed me that I had a large whole in the sidewall of one of my tires. This shocked me because I'd never had a problem with my tire being flat. Without telling me they rotated my tires and put the flat on my front right.. ON A FRONT WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE. They also told me I had a SMALL leak in my power steering. Immediately I noticed my car was pulling significantly to the right and my steering wheel was significantly harder to turn. These were never a problem before. They screwed up my alignment and my power steering. And on top of everything they recommended numerous expensive services on my vehicle that are not necessary. These are con artists trying to make a buck off anyone that they think doesn't know anything about cars. Needless to say, save yourself the headache and find a decent mechanic.
