First come, first serve or schedule appt on the website takes 2 days. Honestly, the first come, first serve wasn't that bad if you go at the right time. Tony at the front desk was great and he actually saved me money. The wait to change my 2 front tires and get the tire alignment I needed didn't take very long either. You get a sense they know what they're doing. Awesome experience and I will be going back for my free tire rotation and do my oil change here. Mahalo for the awesome service!

Best prices for Wheels Tires and TPMs sensors with PROGRAMMING because everyone one else charges for that!!! Got those 225/35/19 front and 235/35/19 rear rims from online.

I am so impressed. I had a couple of mails in my back tires. I came in and they had me out within a half hour.They were all so very nice. Customer service was just amazing!! They have my business for life!

If your looking for timely service or even placing a call to this location, try another store. We took our vehicle there for 2 tires, took 4 hours, called to get a price for 4 tires on our other vehicle and was put on Hold 3 times for 20mins each time. Either their management is not staffing correctly or they only care about the One Time customer.If your looking for customer service this location is Not the place to visit.

This shop is the Best in Hawaii. Had to replace 4 tires ASAP one had a nail in it the tires were all worn down & other shops around did not have any tires my size in stock nor did they have a set of 4. Luckily Discount tires had one last set of 4. Was able to reschedule my 2 week in advance appointment to Today. Also my rear brake pads needed replacing & they offer brake job service here too, so I got it added on same day. The Prices here are lower compared to all the other service stations. The Service is Top Notch, very professional, very knowledgeable & they help make your experience here relaxing. First time here & I will definitely come back. Will recommend this place to family and friends. Brian was my service advisor and he did an Outstanding job in helping me. Thanks Discount Wheel and Tire, greatly Appreciated!!!

They are the bomb. Fixed a flat that Costco said could not. It was a simple fix bolt pierced it but was inch in from sidewall so should have been fixed. Plus they have great deals on larger aftermarket tires priced best on island

I guess this place is popular, ever few minutes new customers walking in the door. I got 2 tires n alignment they did the job really fast. They got enough guys & they all moving quickly! No slo pokes there!

I was busy running errands yesterday and ran over a nail on the road somewhere. Tire was very slowly deflating so I drove to the closest and best rated tire spot which happend to be Discount Wheel & Tire - Waipahu.Went inside and spoke with Craig. Filled out a quick information sheet. Gave the key over, sat down and 10-12min later Craig calls my name, I come up and he says we patched the nail puncture and aired your tires up. I was like oh already!? Got my credit card out and he said no need boss, we're not charging people for patching tires ... I was flabbergasted, I was ready to pay $50 - $100 I estimated.I'll tell you what, with great attitudes and awesome service like this, I'm recommending Discount Wheel & Tire - Waipahu to EVERYBODY and when I need a new set for any of my cars, they'll be who I come to. Thanks again Craig, see you soon

Outstanding! I checked the Costco special and attempted to make an appointment with them unsuccessfully. Called local tire shops and the Discount Wheel guys were able to provide what I needed quicker, cheaper, and without the 6+ hour wait. The crew was on time and courteous. It's good to see a local shop provide a better value than the mainland big businesses. Save Costco for beer and toilet paper.

Just had the best first time experience at Discount Tire in Waipahu! We ended up with a huge slice in our tire last night that we were certain would need to be replaced. We called this morning and were told to come in, it s first come first served. We waited about an hour and then the nicest guy called us back and gave us the keys. To our surprise they were able to patch it! And just like that we were on our way!! We will tell everyone to go to them for tires and when it comes time to replace ours we will return! Thank you to the crew at this shop! You certainly made our day and have new loyal customers!

Nah, the moment I seen one of the techs rocking cowboy boots I knew this shop was a joke . But THE PRICES ARE HARD TO BEAT LMAFO.and special shoutout to the mahu at the front desk , guy had to kiss his boy friend bye before greeting a customer. Now I know why took so god dam long to answer the calls because dude just literally answers the phone and says "please hold" before looking at his phone for half an hour. Lucky the tires is cheap because Osha would shut this place down if they knew how bad it is.All in all this place is cheap, all you need to know

I was referred to Discount Tire by Ewa Repair, where I have been doing business since 2000, so I thought it was worth a try. This will be a lengthy detailed review because the process of getting four new tires started on 3/23 and ended on 4/6! More to follow.

Have taken both my truck and my wife s forester to Discount wheel. Customer service is great even if you do a walk in they will have you in and out. Highly recommended I won t go anywhere else.

The first time they serviced my car it was a good experience but the 2nd visit was not so good...I took the car in a second time to get my alignment done but the mechanic didn t fix the alignment at all. I called the next day to let them know it wasn t fixed, they said they would get back to me about it but they never did.I assumed they were probably just busy and forgot...So a few days later I called again and they said the same thing, that they would have someone call me to reschedule, but again, they never did.Also, that same day they were to do the alignment, they were suppose to fix an oil leak but the mechanic said he didn t find any leaks at all Cool no problem, but the mechanic returned my car without putting the oil cap back on the same mechanic who didn t fix my alignment.

An excellent service with a great price! Every part of the process was handled professionally and with constant updates. Walking in, though there were couple other customers, the front office has been professional and handled everyone's needs promptly and with detailed information. My vehicle, wheels and tires were all handled with care and precision. Work was done flawlessly and quick. Definitely will be returning with my other vehicles and definitely recommend this shop!

Really bad experience going here. You make an appointment to show up a few mins (~10) prior and once you check-in, and they take your keys, they make you wait 1 hour and 35 minutes to be taken care of. About 5 to 6 vehicles were worked on prior to pulling mine in. What's the point of making an appointment??? Just refuse appointments all together and only accept walk-ins. But that's not the worse part, after I got my car back towards the end of the day you realize they scratched two of the rims (I inspected and took photos of all rims prior to car being pulled in). Paying an estimate of $50 per tire (balance included) to get them mounted is not worth it if they are going to treat your wheels that way. I wish I knew before and could have avoided this place.

Walked in without an appointment looking for wheels and suspension work for my truck. They were able to take in my truck and do the suspension work immediately which was a great relief to me as I don't often have free time. They were very professional and pricing was very fair. Definitely will come again!

Their system was down when I went in to make an appt but they were still able to adjust to their system being down and fit me in for later in the week. Went back a few days later and was in and out in 30 minutes after getting one tire changed out. Staff is very very kind and will happily go there again for my tire needs :)

I scheduled an online appointment and received an email confirmation. I arrived at the location 15min prior to my appointment to check in and was informed that my online appointment was not listed in the system. The staff worker, Craig, reported that it takes several days for it to reflect in the computer system. I had to wait longer than expected for my tire to be serviced. I d suggest that discount tire either discontinue offering online appointments or investigate to see what the issue is.

So helpful and fairly priced! As a female I get so nervous about my lack of knowledge on cars and maintenance. However, the front desk was able to answer all my questions and make sure I was getting the right services needed to drive safely. Would 100% recommend.

First time going there and they took me in without making a appointment. Very kind and understanding. They also changed, mounted and balanced my tires really quick. I have a 4/6 drop on my O4 Sierra if anyone is wondering. They hooked me up big time.

When Costco wouldn't replace a tire on our 2021 Crosstrek, we called Discount and they said yes bring it and had us in and out in under 20 minutes. Great people, customer service. Highly recommend. They have our business always!

Service was great, I bought a tire from them at a fair price and came back the next day to install it. I made a mistake and told them to change the wrong tire but when they were finished and gave me back my car, I noticed that the correct tire was replaced.
