The service staff here really know the true meaning of customer service. I called to let them know my car was being towed there for diagnostics and repair. They offered to make arrangements for a rental car. These people are the absolute best!

Always a good experience. I came for regularly scheduled maintenance, but there were some issues found outside of this maintenance. They gave me options that helped me in my current financial situation. Thanks, Mazda service!

I am always well taken care of during the service of my vehicle. I appreciate the great follow up the team members share and the tremendous care they express for me as a person. They understand that my time is also precious and always do their best to make sure I m back on the road as quickly as possible.I have been a loyal Mazda customer since 2004 when I bought my first Mazda 6. I am sad to hear it will be discontinued but look forward to the idea of getting something different next time around. I m not ready just yet to step into another vehicle but will let you folks know when the time comes!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my M3H in for routine oil change and tire rotation. I received excellent service from end to end. Service rep Dana was attentive, well-informed, friendly, and articulate. Service tech took the car right away. Servicing was transparent using video. Cashier was efficient and friendly. Good experience all around.

Recently took my Mazda 6 in to have the a/c looked at. The whole staff was expertly friendly and professional. Kelcey, who handled my account was incredible. She is knowledgeable and professional. She explained details of the repairs clearly and checked in with me to make sure I understood clearly my options. I m honored to be a customer at Cutter Mazda in Waipahu.

The Cutter Mazda Waipahu team is always so attentive and kind. I went for a simple oil change and when they inspected my car they noticed I was due for a vehicle inspection. They offered to add on to the job; and I was so happy that they made the suggestion. It saved me time for sure. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. They always call you ahead of time before your scheduled visit and send out reminders too.Service: Oil change

When I purchased my car, there was a discrepancy with the DMV and the dealership due to a company buyout. Long story short, I wasn t able to get my safety inspection because some back office paperwork didn t match. Cue in Dana Montoya to save the day. She made sure she stayed on top of it and make sure I would have it all set within 2 weeks and BAM! Exactly 2 weeks later and I have my new sticker, registration in my name and I m a happy customer. I was so pleased with the service at their location. Kelcey was the one who assisted me. She was incredibly efficient, kind, and so knowledgeable. She is a true asset to their location. Also, the cashier was an absolute gem. She was so friendly and personable. Had my Mazda 3 serviced pretty big job but they did a great job keeping me updated & waited on parts which is part of the service acceptable Curtis did a great job as well as Jantell, Kelcey & Levi the service manager & the whole dept will be back for my oil change & other service when needed thanx to the whole team appreciate you . I highly recommend this service center to anyone needing quick repairs. Their team was helpful and great at communicating with me every step of the way. On top of all of that, they even helped recommend a great location to get my vehicle detailed, and even recommended people by name to talk to there. We want to express our most sincere appreciation to Manny, our Salesperson, and Keoki, Services Advisor, for going beyond their scope of duties. Manny came to our rescue when our vehicle would not start on the evening of Saturday, January 22 at Mililani Mortuary. Manny came to check our vehicle and tried everything he could to get our car started. He then called Keoki who also came out of his way to help us. They both stayed to make sure our vehicle was properly towed, and Manny had the tow driver follow him back to the service department. It is people like them and the service they provided that we are so glad we purchased our vehicle from Cutter Mazda. We appreciate and are so thankful to Manny for the excellent service he provided us when we purchased our vehicle and even more after purchasing our vehicle. Couldn't help me if I only had my temporary insurance card , I was trying to get a safety check to register my vehicle they didnt want to help me. Sucks though. They even asked if I purchased my car from them which seemed like they didnt want to help me since my car was not purchased from them all in all I took my car and my money else where (Starsky in kalihi) I reccomend Starsky!
