Friendly staff, but overall experience is very upsetting. Partially cleaned car, tires left untouched, mop stains everywhere. On top of that, the vacuum was broken. A waste of money for subpar service.

Came to get a car wash today and they said my truck is too dirty..so make sure your truck is clean before you come. What a joke..look pics

I go here to get my car washed all the time. The only part that sucks is that it won't scan my license plate because it's white but the staff is always kind and enters it for me. I love that you get access to free vacuums. Honestly if you go twice a month it pays for itself

Ok, figured I'd give this place a try since I kept seeing the commercial and was passing through this part of the island. Pulled in and right up to the automated pay machine where there was a friendly employee to help me pay and give me a towel to wipe off my truck after I was done. After that it's right into the car wash, now here's where I'm gonna be a little critical; if you're gonna have a guy or gal standing there directing the vehicles they can grab brush and give the wheels a once over. I have a cover on the bed of my truck and it could've used the brush once over as well. So I have a fairly clean truck with almost clean wheels not the end of the world.The other hang up is the blower didn't t really blow off enough water. I had to fly out of the truck and rush to get it dry to avoid the water spots from staining. Thankfully I have all my wash stuff with me and was able to get most of it done in time. Having a dark vehicle with water stains everywhere sucks.For 15 bucks and having the vacuum included as do it yourself is a pretty good deal. The vacuum worked great after myself and the nice employee unclogged the hose after the previous slob left a pound of hair and their kids toys in the hose.Overall I'd go back again

Awesome! The reason that they don t score a 5 is that there simply aren t enough vacuum stations to keep up with the car wash throughput. The $50/mo subscription service rocks! Hopefully they ll add a location on town side.

I pull up and at the same time the gate goes up the attendant hands me that ever so neatly folded blue towel and into the wash I go, big smiles from the other attendant keeping my 33"�12.50" lined up with that conveyor belt and on track to free vacuuming for all those fry's we have lost throughout the week, month's some of us years! I opt into their Emerald wash club and as a member of can wash one of my vehicle's as much times I like, It's tempting to go around and around just to see if it's legit. All in all Quick to serve and always friendly. Aloha...

Update : due to prompt reply of the situation and retraining of the employees I think it speaks for how much they care about their business therefore I have updated the rating from three stars originally from this post to five stars.Usually have a fairly good experience as a regular customer here with a monthly pass. However today, One red car today blocked the left lane for about 100 years and im not sure what the issue was. Writing a check for his payment ? Lol. I think taking out a loan would have been faster. Better handling of the situation by the staff would be to have him exit out wait on the side and then have him come around again once the issue is resolved but the female employee didnt do anything and just kept working on the cars on the right lane. Didnt seem like the supervisor cared too. 10 cars passed the right side while we were stuck on the left. Once ur inside the concrete lane its not like u can change lanes either. Also, to prevent this from happening it would be really nice if they could label one lane for monthly pass users instead of workers hopping from one lane to other inputting license plates never knowing which car has a automatic pass or not. That way one side is always a fast track while the other one is for folks that are one-time users; better for the employee better for the customer.Also !! Please fix your left lane Sensor. 70% of the time the left sensor does not recognize my plate and the worker has to manually input. Right lane sensor never fails and reads it 100% of the time.

Great car wash! Never fully cleans the front and back bumper unfortunately. Also has vacuums, but you may have to line up twice

Just went through the car wash they dont do any pre spray or anything only half of my truck got cleaned and when i asked if they would go back through they told me to wipe the dried dirt off and I couldn t go back through why would you want someone to scratch their paint up? DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The gas station car washes are much better!! The fact the manager couldn t take the time to just simply look is ridiculous instead the employee refused to ask them to actually look.. wasted 20$

Having this business conveniently located near our residence is advantageous, however, it can be quite hectic at times, making it difficult to utilize the vacuum for interior cleaning purposes. The cost for a one-time service is $20, whereas opting for the monthly payment of $50 grants unrestricted access to our services.

I honestly don t appreciate you guys coming over and telling my husband that he s taking too long. He paid to wash his car and use the vacuum.And the manager complaining & saying that he s using the wrong vacuum when you guys have some that don t even work.CLEARLY his car is dirty and needs to be cleaned, why else would he go to a car wash & vacuum it!?????I ve seen others complain about being rushed also. So I m not surprised.But rush everyone not just certain people. Very Rude considering people pay.

Great place to wash and vacuum your car. The only reason I take away a star is because every time I go there the line is out to the street .. must be a good sign though.

Really quick, in and out in a few minutes. Just don't count on it for a deep clean if your car is very dirty (and have been dirty for a while i.e. stubborn brake dirt on wheels, buildup on car paint, etc.) but a nice quick rinse.

Decent car wash. The monthly plan is the cheapest option. Space is limited here, so you'll hear the "please limit your time to xxx minutes" (varies from 10-15 minutes, depending on how many cars are waiting) often. Vacuums are decent if not overly strong, and the place is clean and well-staffed. Cars do come out wet as the tunnel is short (but comparable to every other auto car wash on-island). Wish it were longer for the money or that they allowed the blowers to run longer. It's still the best value so far here, compared to other car washes on-island. 2 locations.

Coupon expired today but when I went to redeem my car wash, they turned me away and had me drive all the way to Kapolei because the car wash belt was broken.Refused to extend the ticket.Yes, I had a month to use it, but they could have at least extended the ticket for one day.

Price went up to about $20 per wash.Quick, easy to use and many vacuums which are complimentary and easy to use. Drive uo to one of the two machines and choose which type of wash, basic was $10, fancier was $15. Machine took card or cash. Attendant is available is needed. They give you a paper cloth for after wash droplets. Drive into the wash machine. Follow attendant and sign instructions to line car up, then put into neutral and foot off brakes. Drive to one of the complimentary vacuums which have these two arms and two separate tubes to reach each side of the car. The sign says 10 minutes, but they didn't bug you if you went over and wasn't too crowded. You have to press the red vacuum button every few minutes to restart. No quarters needed!

I used to go to the waipio location but it does not dry or clean my car good ..I live in waipahu I rather drive that extra 2 miles to get a better clean in kapolei. Why do I pay the same amount monthly for lesser service (brushes, blowers, vacuum stalls)...

With the Emerald Diamond Club Membership you can was your car unlimited times a month for only $49.00 (plus tax)!!! If you wash your car at LEAST once a week that already gives you a free wash for the month, and if you re getting your car dirtier then normal then you can go twice a week or wash it twice in one day for the toughest dirt and grime. With the option to vacuum your car after and the amazing customer service this is my go-to every time!

I use this facility often and am completely comfortable with it.The attendants are all very pleasant, even when one of their fluffy mops get hung up on my roof rack & my Lab tries to attack them when the attempt to unhook it!Love this business!

The automatic car wash always does a great job. And the use of free vacuums is a bonus. They even have gift cards/certificates you can buy and gift or use yourself. And I think they have discounts or specials during the holidays to purchase washes in advance.

Great location!! The employees were super friendly and helped at every corner. The wash was good and the vacuums were strong enough to get most of the sand from the beaches. I really like the paper towels they offer. They are super absorbent and really I'm just sad cause I need one more.

It can be a little pricey if you purchase a 1xwash ($20). Better option if you subscribe to their service(s). Great wash & convenient vacuum.

Excessively pushy staffs to customers to rush up vacuuming. I barely started and have been trying to rush due to back injury. Instead of improving the vacuum or using a stronger vacuum, the company passes the burden to people. There are so many ways around to improve the services, reservation system, replacement of vacuum machines, assistance from staffs if they feel that people are taking longer than expected. None of these were offered to me. I totally regret availing these 10 package for this company. This is a rip off.Service: Vacuuming

It's been a few years since I last posted this, and it still holds true. What a great sustainable business model, do the little things for your customers.Here is my original post:Fast and easy. It does a very good job of cleaning, though you will need to do a little drying with the cloth they provide to you. And you can do this at the vacuum area that is included in the price.5 stars for the little things. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. The shade over the vacuum area. The fun music you can listen to while completing the final touches in your car.And... The kids love going through it!

Pretty cool and nice carwash. Quick and lots of people use it. Facilities are impressive and the drying and vacuuming area was busy but it also had 1 stall just for disabled placard people to use. Vacuums are very powerful and included in wash costs so you can use it multiple times to vacuum clean everything.

I had used the Kapolei Express and this experience was not as good. Perhaps they need to change the scubbers that come in contact with the sides and rear panel of the autos. I ended up cleaning off grim on both sides and off of rear lid. Also the air blower may need some adjustment. Aside from front hood I had to end up wiping down the rest of the car. I don't recall having to do that much at the Kapolei facility. But at least the vacuum worked! In my opinion, The price ($20) versus results are the tipping point where I would simply wash myself.

It's ok. Misses a lot of spots especially rear of car and wheels. Buy the Costco wash card 5 for $59 bucks. Awesome deal
