Top notch quality on their work and customer service! Paul and his team made the whole insurance claim hassle-free. I've been to a different shops in the past, and none can compare. Paul made sure that the car was done right, looking brand new! True professionals, they'll treat you like family, listen to all your concerns, and go beyond. Absolutely fantastic. 100% satisfied. Paul and his crew worked on my 2023 BMW X3 after it was scratched in our parking garage. They did a wonderful job in a timely manner. Made the whole experience painless and my BMW looks as good as new. Whole-heartedly recommend.Worth the drive from town!!!!

Amazing results and customer service!Paul and Willy make a great team, you won t be disappointed! Paul answered all my questions about the car and how it ll get fixed. Willy was able to keep us updated about the progress and dealing with the insurance company.So I have trouble trusting people to do the right thing these days. You always have to research everything to make sure people are giving you what you pay for. You usually never get good service and a good job, it s usually one or the other. In this case it was both!The garage door closed on our car and left a huge scratch down the back. We decided to go through Geico insurance but their shop wasn t on the approved list for the Geico Guarantee . This isn t a huge deal but was on my mind. There were bigger auto body shops we could goto but when my wife went to Babas, they were extremely kind and helpful so we decided to go there. It s tucked away and not very big. Again trusting people with your hard earned belongings is tough and really you re just wanting the best possible work. I was concerned a little about the pearl paint job being done correctly but it turned out amazing. I m just a cautious guy but I m glad we took a chance!Paul and Willy walked us through everything and the car was done in a few days. I wish I wouldn t have worried so much but everything is about learning and now we know where to go if an accident happens again!Thank you again Babas, I know there s more people behind the scenes. Paul and Willy you re amazing and I hope more people show the compassion and hard work you both do!

December 2023 - Requested cosmetic re-do of fading manufacturer's paint & worn clear coating. Paul informed me of scope of work that would be done, listened to my concerns & gave me fair quote. Work was completed ahead of schedule, paint job is beautiful & staff was very professional. Recommend Baba's Auto Gloss for automotive paint & repairs. From a happy & satisfied customer.

When I initially found Baba s on Google, I was a bit skeptical. How could an auto body shop maintain a perfect 5-star record over so many years in business? Well, now I know. The owner Paul is not only an expert in his field, but he is also incredibly kind and accessible. After diagnosing the issue, he kept me informed as the required parts arrived to his shop. Paul was patient in answering my many questions about the job, and he accommodated my rigid schedule. Ultimately, he delivered a high-quality repair at an unbeatable value. Willy and Paul were friendly, professional, and so quick to respond. I had scratches and dents along the left rear of my Mazda and was impressed with how seamlessly the new paint job blended with the original. I don't normally leave reviews. However, I want to say the customer service was top notch. Another reviewer mention they felt like they were apart of the family, and I highly agree. I felt very welcome and they were very friendly. Baba's Auto Gloss did a great job repainting the hood of my car. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Brough my vehicle to them very good service and communication body work was very nice especially the paint only complaint is that the bushings for the bed were missing and also 1 bolt was missing that holds down the bed

I had my Nissan Altima pretty bad hit by someone. After a long research I found Paul's shop. Great, well respected, courteous gentleman. He took me in and repaired my car in 10 days. Great experience. Will recommend Baba Auto Gloss to everyone.

I can t recommend this place highly enough, honestly top-notch service. After recently getting into a fender bender, I was frantically trying to find a place that could replace my bumper without much down time. Even though Baba s seemed really busy, they were very accommodating and within the same weekend that I called, they were able to order the part that needed replacing and the following week, color match and paint the piece to match perfectly. It only took them about an hour to replace the actual damaged bumper. It was by accident that we met and so comforting to know that there s such a friendly, reliable service we can now add to our list.Service: Body & Trim

I found Baba's Auto Glass through Yelp...such high ratings, so I decided to bring my car in for an estimate, but after talking with Paul and Willy I made up my mind that this is where I'm leaving my car to get fixed. They both are such nice and caring people with excellent customer services and to top it off my car looks brand new. I'm so happy with their service that I'll definitely refer family and friends to them.

Definitely great service with a fair price. They always say you can get things done cheap done well or done fast. You can only pick two of the three. Well Baba's Auto gloss is definitely cheap and done well. It's not super fast but that's okay. We had an extra car so we didn't really mind waiting the week or two it took to get in. His service from start to finish was exceptional. Set up an appointment for us to drop it off a week or two afterwards. Work was done well and couldn't be happier. Price was 30 to 40% lower than the other estimate we got. Hopefully I'll never have an accident again that needs body work, but if I do I'm definitely going back here.

We were referred to Baba's, as we needed repair done to our 2016 Juke. Our front passenger door and mirror was damaged and we needed a quote. Upon meeting Paul and willy, I was impressed. Not only are they helpful, friendly, but honest. They work with you and make the whole process pleasant. The repair took a few days as expected and was worth it! My car looks brand new again. Paint perfectly matched, door is now perfectly aligned, window and mirror work very well. They do quality work and I strongly recommend you contact them for any auto repair needs.

Baba's did a great job of putting my Ford Explorer back into shape like was before the fender bender happened.They did a great job of communicating that parts needed to be ordered from the mainland and the repairs would take longer thanks expected. They kept my vehicle safe and secure while the wait for parts and repairs were made.

just wanted to get estimate on my vehicle for scratches I did, as I arrived to the bussiness i was helped out right away. I am sure that it was the owner that took a look at my vehicle and went back to the shop and got something to try and wipe out the scratch. To my surprise it was took out the scratch but there was little dents to it and so he refferred me to someone that can do the dent. He was very patient and courteous it really saved time for me to go to another body shop. Definitely I would recommend his bussiness to friends.

Baba's was initially referred to me and I was not at all disappointed! I took my vehicle in for an estimate. I received the estimate within the alloted time promised. Willy was very personable. He explained what would be expected and and possibilities. I was given a time frame for the work and Baba's stuck to that - Very flexible with my scheduling of the drop off and the picking up. I was extremely happy with the workmandhip. I got back my car better than they received it~~I got it back fixed perfectly and completly CLEAN. Baba's goes above and beyond with the customer service!! They pay attention to the small details. I whole heartedly recommend Baba's Auto -You will not at all be disappointed!!
