I recently visited AutoZone and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Ed's outstanding customer service. Ed not only helped me check my battery but went above and beyond by guiding me through the entire process of changing it. His expertise and willingness to assist made it the best experience I've had at AutoZone. I truly appreciate the immaculate customer service Ed provided, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Bought a tire inflator from this store back in February of 2023 and it broke the second time of being used. I understand the store policy for returns is such and such time from the time of purchase, but after explaining to the associate over the phone that for an tire inflator that's not going to be used often it will most likely surpass the date of returning. The associate put me on a brief hold, probably to ask someone, and return to tell me to bring in the broken one to be replaced.I arrived at the store with my broken product only to be turned away because I have surpassed the return date. My issue is not the return policy but what I was told will not be honored after going out of my way and wasting my time.I've been coming to AutoZone for awhile now to purchase their product whether it's filters, oil, wipers, etc. but after today I will not be a returning customer.

The Custer service in here is much better than the other shops around. Ask if the gentlemen know their product and will recommend the best quality.

When going to this Autozone be prepared to be asked every 30 seconds if you need help. I totally get customer service and wanting to make sure a person is getting the help they need, however this location is smothering with every single person working there, asking you multiple times if you need help. When I finally did need help they didn t even have the part listed as in stock on their website.

I came into the Waipahu AutoZone with an issue with my 2021 Jeep Cherokee and was helped quickly. I used the Fix Finder to help diagnose it and then when that didn t find the issue, an employee came out with the battery tester and quickly diagnosed that I had a bad/dead cell battery. The employee installed the new battery and I was bad in the road within 39 minutes excellent arrive and military/veteran discounts.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got exactly what I needed. Before I bought the hose, they took me back to look at all their sizes and pick out what I needed, just to make sure I didn't get the wrong product. That's customer service.

Clean retail facility lots of inventory, is easily seen from the road and most delightful is there is ample parking, twice as many spaces than the 10 people in store limit during COVID social distancing. That's truly a positive aspect as the neighborhood's small shops have small, compact parking lots.The layout appears standardized such that it was familiar with site layouts in Southern California.

Very friendly and helpful people. Always has a smile on there face. So far they have everything I need on hand. Make my shopping there more pleasant. Good people with great attitude work there not like some other places.

I can tell you that I have much respect for any autozone. This one in particular. I get great vibes every time I go here. Every single person that works there treats me with so much respect, when they ate the ones that deserve it. They never turned me down for anything, and if they can't fund it, they either search for it or tell me to come back when they have a definitive answer. Always recommend this place and the crew that works there.

It's OK I need a part for my van on A Sunday they was open that was good I normally go carqest or Napa but autozone was open go check um out Aloha

GREAT Customer Service! & ordered a part from them and i was suprised it only took couple days!!! Compared to 1 month when i tried to order at another company also couldnt come thru! Very happy customer and Highly Recommend!

You ever realize how many car parts stores there are in Waipahu? This newest addition of Auto Zone makes 5 name brands Weird.Anyways, I like this store because its newer and just appears to be nicer because of its newness. Also, the location is good for me at the intersection.Other than that, the staff is hit or miss. Sometimes you get the helpful ones who are happy to have a job, and then you get the ones who aren t motivated in life and make like you are an inconvenience to them.I do notice they have to work on their communication amongst their group. My husband had called to see if they had something and they did. It was the last one so he asked them to hold it until I could pick it up after work. He paid for it online and I went to go get it. He told me exactly what it was and who he talked to, but when I went there to pick it up, they couldn t find it.I spent like 10 mins with this guy trying to find my part and finally he said they must have sold it. I was so irritated at this point because the guy kept asking all his coworkers and no one knew where it was. There apparently wasn t a central on hold area and if there was, it wasn t being utilized.So after all this, I m asking him how we do the refund since it was on my husbands card. So he asks this one female (I think shes a manager there) and she asks whats going on. He tell her the situation and shes like, oh yeah. We put that order upstairs. What the heck man . instead of spending 10 mins asking the workers around you and staring blankly at the screen, maybe you should have asked your manager DUDE. Sigh Anways, so in the end I got my part but it just wasn t the best experience. Still I come to this location because of its location to me.

My Tacoma had a slow cranking start and was showing signs of a faulty battery. Went to Autozone and the Staff was very helpful. Allen G helped with a battery testing kit and determined the battery had gone bad. They hooked me up with a new Duralast battery, Allen helped me clean the corrosion on the positive terminal, remove the old battery, and install the new one. All in all about a 20 minute trip that saved me tons of effort!

Came for windshield wipers, saw windshield wipers, left with windshield wipers. Also got generally good customer service. I asked the guy behind the counter what sizes I should get, and I grabbed the right ones. 'Noticed you could pay from PayPal with their card terminals.

Brian I was so impressed with a customer service grateful that they open early and was able to take care of me it sure is convenient when you're able to bring your battery in and get it charged for free not to mention they are right next door to Arby's life is so convenient

The guys there don't know how to recharge a car battery. The guy plug it in for only 5 minutes and that's all they will do for me. And then tell me it's 100% full. It takes 20 hours to charge a battery over night from empty to 100% full. They gave back my battery only 25% full which only lasted a couple of days sitting idle engine off.

Awesome service from autozone workers in waipahu. O'Reilly, and Napa workers need to go there and take some lessons in aloha and respect the customer at all times. NOW DATS WAT IM TALKING ABOUT KEEP UP DA AWESOME WORK.. ALOHA MY BRADDAHS WHO WORK AT AUTOZONE Waipahu...

The staff was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sell me products I did not need. The staff offered assistance and even went online into forums to assist me...while I was there and also over the phone. Parts are parts, but the staff is excellent. Will make this AutoZone my go to store for parts and general questions.
