I want to thank Angel for her help and patience. She displayed her willingness to help with a sense of urgency, answering any questions I had using her extensive knowledge of the shop's prices and merchandise while providing her own insight on what would cater to what I was looking for. I'd highly recommend this shop and this particular employee to anyone and will be coming regularly.

Got off work late and was in need of some juice and coils looked on google and found Tca vapor in Waipahu walked in and was immediately greeted by Jaymasen I asked him for my favorite liquid but they didn t carry that particular one so he told me hold on and did a quick search on his phone for the liquid I usually vape he recommended me something similar in flavor and as of today I have changed my favorite liquid I recommend you try THE VOYAGE it s super tasty I won t be going to any other vape shops as of today because Jaymasens customer service was spot on. 10/10

I would like to commend and thank Jeff for his EXCELLENT customer service!!! He was very informative and beyond helpful with everything asked of him. It showed that Jeff truly enjoys his job, and is quite knowledgeable about all the products/services this store has to offer. We actually wanted to buy more than what we initially were looking for because Jeff let us take our time to look and check things out. Jeff was a SUPER COOL & FRIENDLY person!!! I would most definitely recommend seeing Jeff if you want to be treated AWESOME and with genuine service!!!

Tory was excellent with his customer service. He was a very friendly boy. Tory was very knowledgeable and courteous. He had all my vapor questions answered like google. I was very amazed. So, amazed I decided to leave that wonderful boy a review. He's a good looking young man.

I went here the other day nearing the end of my trip back home and bought a new cbd cartridge and I love it. Their cutest new addition darriann is the best; she is very knowledgeable about the products and brings life into the store. I always get the best customer service and recommendations when I come in. Didn t know this place existed before but so glad I know about it now. I get the best deals here compared to anywhere else. Y'all are great TCA!

I was looking for a good place Sunday to pick up some juice. I went into TCA vapor based on a recommendation and the manger Jaymasen was quick to greet me and help me out. The store didn't have my normal liquid but recommended a liquid that was similar. The liquid he recommended was actually better and came in a bigger bottle and I will be coming back for more. Great prices and great people. I recommend them for all your vape needs.

Came here a couple days ago and Britt was great! She suggested a bundle deal and I m happy I listened to her. Got the Aegis X and a whole set up. Thanks Britt, I ll be coming back.

Great place, great selection and Harry knows his stuff. I wanted a decent mod, but I was too broke, Harry showed me his RPM 80 Real Game Changer mod and explained how it sounded like the best fit. Always gonna come back here!

Walked into the store and got greeted by this local girl Brittnay, was inquiring about cbd and all the questions I asked, she was so knowledgeable about them! So it lead me too pick up some great products from this location. Most definitely coming back and seeing this local sista Brit!

Hi. Just wanted to share how my recent visit to TCA Vapor in Waipahu went. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile by Brittany. Being new to the vape scene, Brittany explained all I needed to know to get started. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Her genuine personality allowed me to trust her. Great store with a variety of merchandise and ejuice to select from. Amazing customer service from employees that are actually KNOWLEDGEABLE about the products (refreshing) - Specifically, Jeff who patiently answered EVERY single question I asked! No matter what part of the island your on it's worth the drive to Waipahu to check out this store! And, if you want buy a car - they can hook you up, too!

Jeff is an expert at his profession. Extremely knowledgeable and proficient in his customer service. I ve been to many vape shops on Oahu, and let me tell you. I have been ripped off and misled. He s down to earth, and doesn t mind taking some time to get to know his customers. I live in town, and it s worth the drive. Come see Jeff at TCA!

I went into my favorite vape shop TCA VAPOR and was greeted by Jaymasen my favorite vape employee as always. Without me even asking, he knew what I was in there for. He also recommended I try a new liquid they got as well and he has never done me wrong so I ended up picking up the new flavor. I recommend you go here for all your vape needs. This has become my go to vape shop because a few months back I had a problem with my tank acting up I brought it in, he diagnosed it and helped me solve the problem and this was without me even making a purchase. You guys need to go here when he s working! Always a smile, never a problem. 10/10 recommend, go see Jaymasen!

Thank you Brittany V. for going out of your way to set me up with my mod set up. I ve been using it for a few months now and she always helps me when I have questions about it. I just picked up the blue dream cbd vape oil she suggested and it goes perfectly with my strawberry watermelon bubble gum e-liquid. Kind of in love with this combo right now. I ve been going to a lot of different vape shops sacrificing gas and time to drive to the locations. Lucky I found this shop which is actually just a walk away from my house!! Their selection of juices is always expanding every time I walk in there!! Got my falcon tank and Smoant battle star mod at a very reasonable price!!! And I got my innevape Heisenberg juice there and now that s my go to juice!! (Love that menthol kick lol). Workers there Tory, Jeff and Matt got me the best deals every time I visit!! Love this place!!

Today was a great day!I checked out Tca vapor today for the first time and had impecable service by a wonderful lady named Larisa.She informed me all about the Cbd watermelons gummies. They tasted great as she mentionned.I will definetely stop again to check out the job!I am very much pleased.
