I love the owners, Kawika and Casi. They always help me with my vehicles for years now.They give you their honest opinion and send you away if they are but the right specialists. If they can help you they will in a heart beat!

808 automotive has great customer service and always answers their phone. I've called on numerous occasions for my car, and they were always available to check the car the same day. They are not always available to do same day work, but I'm always able to make an appointment within the same week. They work on my car and comes out like a CHAMP!

Thank you to Mr. Casi for his awesomely service that I've received this morning!!!!! He was sincerely, very honesty to me & our relatives know each other wow what a small world yeah!!!!! Also another big shout out to Mr. Kawika too for his help checking me in for service today & he was awesomely too!!!!!

Great service and workmanship! We had our truck towed there. Quick estimate and repair turnaround time. Very trustworthy as well. Awesome experience - highly recommended!

AC repair on 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. 808 Automotive was awesome with repair, very professional, and explained everything in great detail.This is my first time using this shop. It's definitely my go-to from now on. I am looking forward to having my maintenance completed there.Highly recommended.

Friendly staff. With a lot of good advice and very good prices. The size of my job was a little bigger than they were able to handle so they gave me some recommendations on were to go for the repair.

They are always awesome been going to them for over 10 yrs... Kawika and Kasi and their awesome group are the only mechanics we trust.. The drive to their shop is worth every penny!!! Awesome job guys

Honest friendly service, they always keep you posted on what they found wrong, very good warranty on their work. Casi and Kawika are excellent technicians and ASE certified and so are the other technicians.

I brought my Mazda 5 in because it was running rough and they diagnosed it as bad coils so replaced all 6 of them for about $700. But it still had the same problem. Then they couldn't figure out the problem. So I took it to the dealer, but 808 told them it was slugg in the oil pan. So the dealer said they couldn't do anything about because told them it was slugg in the oil pan, but never mention that to us. So the dealer couldn't cover the repair, so it was a expensive repair on our dime.

I thought I found a great place to take my van. Nope. Took my car in, they said it was done, I told them I was coming the next day. Took the bus from Makaha to Waipahu to pick up my car. I get off the bus at 4pm, and the place is shut down one hour before posted closing time (5pm). I pound on the doors... nobody. I'm stuck in Waipahu till 9pm. Dead phone from trying to call the owner to a full "mailbox." No money for a bus. I call the next day (I've never been more pissed... four letter words were flying, and well deserved), owner says he went to his kids little league game. Are you kidding? No sign. No call. No nothing. Sure family is important, but cover your bases (and ass) as a business owner. Call people coming in for a pick-up. Have someone take over the front desk. Put up a sign. Hell, lie to us and say the place had to shut down due to an "emergency" earlier in the day. But to do nothing and close shop an hour or more early. No business savy. Surprised he lasted this long. All I got was $90 off the bill (He promised $100 on the phone... par for the course). That was not enough in my book. Too bad. They would have a lot of business with my needy van, and good reliable places are getting hard to find. Even harder now.

The service is excellent. The pricing is good. I had my engine flushed, windows fixed, and other engine work.

The only place where you dont get screwed over. THE ONLY ONE! Up front about everything and don't try to do needless repairs. They get it in and get it out. Thank you guys so much. Got my water pump and belts done on a 2007 corolla.
