The counter folks are always helpful and friendly. Parts are good quality. When a part is out of stock it's usually available the next day.

I called ahead; yes, they can test my battery. Waited my bit in line then a gentleman tested my battery, it failed. I asked to purchase a new battery, the phone rang, and he just stopped serving me completely!!! I had to get another counter person to finish getting my battery request taken care of. HOW COMPLETELY RUDE!!!The second counter person did fine, like I expect from NAPA. The first guy...still on the phone when I left. Not a word to me or an apology for being rude and just leaving me hanging.The sign on their office door for the employees reads something like, "People won't remember what you did, but they will remember how they were treated." Apparently that guy didn't read the sign from his own management. I will remember and I will tell the story to all my friends, too.

Best service ever from the guy at the front desk. He tested our battery and charging system. Great customer service and very helpful and knowledgeable. One of the kids might have left a light on enough to kill the battery. We are on vacation checking out all the spots. Went to Tex drive in ate Malasadas and afterwards our car wouldn't start. Had these solid guys jump start our vehicle. We went straight to car quest in Waimea and they could not help us at all, in order to test the battery we would have to take our battery out and then they can test the battery. So thank you Napa you are much appreciated!

Customer service is shoddy at best. Twice they've forgotten my parts order on their delivery runs. Multiple times, when I've called to place an order they simply "don't have" the 5 quart oil listed as "in stock" online. Today, I stood in the rain for an hour waiting on the delivery they forgot and the best response I got was equivalent to "whoops".

Glad they carry a good selection of 3M products. The emblem glue I needed was not something I could order in. This keeps me reminded why you need to buy local, if not they will not be there when you need them.Really helpful staff, good location too.

Walked in looking for a part which they did not have in stock. They told me they would have it sent from the Kona store and would call me when it arrived. Was told It may be here this afternoon, Tomorrow at the latest. Called close to closing the following day and talked to a different employee. Apparently there was no record of them receiving the part from Kona, Employee told me he would have to check in back to see if he could find the part. Which ment I would not get the part until the next day. It would seem to me that if I was willing to drive 30 miles each way to pick up the part. The least they could do is to follow through on what they said they were going to do. Even though they are one of the closest parts stores I feel like the level of customer service from this store recently justifies either driving to Kona or Hilo or ordering the part from Amazon if Carquest does not have the part in stock on Island.

I was informed the part I needed was in stock so I took my one single day off to drive up and pick up what I needed from over an hour away. . Come to find their computer system inventory "lied to them" and they didn't actually have it. Nice.... should have orderd from Amazon.

They confirmed on the phone they had the correct battery for my car. In fact, they said they had two. They took my name and said they would hold it for me. I drove twenty minutes up to the store. The same rep who I spoke with was at the counter. He said I spoke with you. Then he said we don t have the battery but can sell you a Napa battery. I didn t want a Napa battery. I wanted a specific battery. When I said why would you have me drive up for the battery, he said so we can sell you a Napa battery. Total loser!!! Bait and switch.

Helpful staff and a pretty good selection of in-stock items. Guys will help you get what you need, whether that entails ordering or even finding it at another store. They've earned my return business; this is my first stop or call when I need parts.

This is a good store with a good selection of parts. I would be more inclined to return to this store more often if help would say:"Hi! be with you in a minute. " But usually I stand there and wonder do they know I am here. Than after I have purchased whatever it would be nice if they said Thank you!

Beth is awesome. Call ahead to make sure your part is in Stock. Quick turn around if you need to bring it in from another store. Happy there are extended hours on Saturdays. Always get great service.

Thank God I got him out of the camp Soon as down here to clean out fireplaces Every time I go into the hotel room he's out there in the parking lot trying to get somebody's attention I had two police officers come up to my hotel room one day This is in Chicago.

This Napa is excellent at their inventory and costumer service. If they don't have the parts you need, they are quick to help you find it and have it shipped.Napa rewards is a must have for saving some money too!

Miserable experience. They 'lost' my specially ordered part TWICE, and literally took months to sort it all out. Don't return calls. Say they will call and don't. If I could give no stars I would. Other alternatives on island, and suggest you go to them.
