They did an AMAZING job on my K5 GT. Parts came in quick, the work was perfect. Oscar was so knowledgeable. They made everything so easy dealing with insurance and rental car. Would def recommend!!

My car was recently repaired due to wind damage. The work was completed on time and looks great! Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Frequent phone calls kept me updated on progress of repairs. Most definitely would recommend DeLuz Autobody!

The staff is super friendly and their work is great. The autobody world is a tough space and sometimes things get delayed or might not be perfect but it is how its handled that is important. They stand by their workmanship and promises. I recently brought them my fully custom Mazda RX7 for a complete respray. Although there were some delays, I could not have asked for a better group of people to handle this job. I have spent countless hours working on this car myself and am happy I trusted the team at Deluz to take care of it. If you are looking for an excellent shop on the big island, you found it.

I really wanted to get my truck cherry so I trusted them with my Tundra in August and had them do an insurance repair on the bumper and quarter panel and also paint the top of my truck and the cap. I got my truck back with a different color bumper, the tops of the doors had the clear coat sanded off when prepping the top of the truck and no pinstripe replaced on the quarter panel. It was raining when I picked up the truck and did not notice the damage. I really did not check too closely at the time, big mistake. I am still paying off the $2300 they charged me on my credit card and every time I look at my truck I get a little irritated. I took the truck by and showed them the top of the truck where the paint was damaged and this guy Joe would not even look at it, too busy they said and the front office people told me they would call me back and follow up multiple times to switch out the bumper to what I had. Never happened after four months. The cap paint job was fine but my truck was left messed up and they have not done what they said they would do. This has been a sad example of terrible customer service and work overall. A guarantee means nothing if they are going to treat people like that.

it took me over a month to get an appointment with DeLuz, then , when I brought it in, I was told they had a new way of working on cars, because they had 250 cars waiting to be fixed, which was an assembly line ! Which meant my car wouldn t be ready for another month, including delays on parts. I finally got it back less than a week ago, was driving into my town, and the splash guard underneath the car, started dragging, and had popped loose, which was one of the reasons it was brought in. Hopefully they will fix it pronto. I can ot afford to be without my car, anymore!

Aloha Mai,My name is LuconHad an incident where the sticker ripped off the paint on my 2018 super white Tacoma. Came to find out there is a common issue about the super white paint on the 3rd gen Tacoma, Paint flakes to paint peeling. You really never know things like this until it happens. Unfortunately there isn t a recall and Toyota isn t taking any responsibility about it.I looked around to get this paint chip resolved but a lot of the auto body shops either don t do paint jobs or only take car insurance so out of pocket payments are no good.Fortunately I found about DeLuz auto body in Waimea, they made the process pretty easy and they take out of pocket payments.When you take your vehicle in they will give you a date for them to check the damages of your vehicle. For me it was about a week wait. Some people won t like to wait a week just to get an inspection but I had the time and the patience.Ones you take it in for the inspection they will give you an estimate of what you want them to do. My paint chip was about a size of a tennis ball on the back right side of my bed frame. The estimate was $1500 to $1800. Reason was provided that they would have to strip all the paint from that side frame then repaint it. They also provide a year warranty for it so keep the papers they provide for you.Ones the inspections done they will schedule the next appointment for you to drop it off. Mine was a month wait which is fine for me, at least enough time for anyone to reconsider their options.On the day you drop it off they will request that you put a down payment, later of which you can pay the rest once s the work is done.On top of the repaint, I included a part switch for the shark fin antenna of my Tacoma. The previous owner had a dog that chewed on it. So iv been wanting to fix it for a while. During the second inspection they noticed it and said they could replace it as well. Requesting that replacement added more time for the work to be done especially since they would have to take down the interior roofing inside the truck to even access the screws in order r to replace it.In total I spent over 2200 dollars for the side frame repaint and antenna replacement and waited less than a week for everything to be done. So taking my vehicle in to auto body DeLuz took me about 1 month and a couple weeks to resolve my issue.I m not gonna say your experience will be like mine but with my experience and the price for everything. I can t really complain due to the convinces on my end.I hope this helps anyone paint a picture of what you d expect walking into DeLuz Auto-body.Services: Painting, Electrical
