Big shout-out to Robert today!! My car was overheating and burning through coolant. Robert took a look and found not only was my radiator cap bad, but the tube was disconnected! Then he replaced the tube and the cap, and filled the coolant. Great care and extra service. You are a lifesaver and have won my business!! Mahalo Nui Loa, Robert and Car Quest!!

Employees don't wear masks. One said he "forgot" his and others just left around there necks... when asked to put on he said it's "not busy enough"! Wow, no respect for customers' health. To boot, called in to special order a part and was told would need to come in store to place order. After 30 min drive, said it was out of stock! Incompetent and lazy... don't waste your time, go to Napa 1 block away!

They usually have what I'm looking for and prices are competitive enough that I know I'm getting a good deal. Customer Service is TOP NOTCH! The boys always are super helpful and they make sure I'm getting exactly what I need.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Yes, God glasses one of my favorite, but stores did a lot of good variety parts we build and ban you, it is the place to go to get parts for your vehicle and it is very fair price. I love coco.

The manager, Paul was great. He took the time to help me sort out a problem with an order I had and went out of his way to help me solve it. Great, old-fashioned service. Big mahalos!

Normally, no waiting, good service, and can order quickly, any parts they may not have in their extensive inventory. Clean showroom, friendly staff, and just a half a block off main highway. All in all, a great experience!

I love my glass all so much more than that but they have the pots it is cheap reasonable prices it is very good place to shop for pots between Napa and God bless aloha

Awesome, They printed up the part they did not carry so I could go online to the see who may be carring the part for my older model truck. Very help and polite.

Carquest and Nappa car parts are both available in Waimea...I myself prefer Carquest for the price and convenience..But if one doesn't have what you're looking for...try the other
