Mahalo to Robert and his crew. Very courteous and honest repair shop. I had major motor work done which involved breaking down a good part of the engine that most shops don t do. Would give Maui Auto Care Services "10 Stars" if they had it!!! The owner Robert & his Team did an Exceptional Job on giving us our first tune-up & we had an air conditioning problem that they fixed in the same appointment. Really good everything automotive repair shop. They did my AC on my Pilot, and I'm taking my Scion for work tomorrow. This is my first call with car problems. Also, 1 out of 1 dentists recommended them to me.

I can't say enough good things about the Maui Auto Care team. For the first time in my life, I've found a shop where I don't feel like I'm being ripped off or talked into services I don't need. In fact, Maui Auto Care is the opposite of that...They did a free recheck & recharge of my A/C system that they serviced just to be certain before charging me for a much larger repair. (A/C is still running cold...and even the initial A/C repair was 1/2 of what Toyota would have charged me just for the initial diagnosis!) All of the staff are very friendly, knowledgable & professional. I will only take my car to them for oil changes now, and any other issues that come up. I'm so glad I found them & I highly recommend, especially to women who dread going to the mechanic! They explain things very well & are happy to answer any questions. Mahalo Maui Auto Care, you guys are awesome!

Finally found a unicorn crew/team of mechanics on Maui that I can trust to provide exemplary mechanics and customer service. This shop is all you need. Robert the owner is unreal. I had 2 mechanics tell me I was screwed and Robert found the issue with my ac. Then the parts were hard to find someone to ship here but he somehow found and got them here. Then he found a wire broke and fixed it. His employee ethan was awesome too. All you need is this shop and your worries are gone with your vehicle. He's smart, fast and priced very fair. Thank you guys, my daughter can now ride in my car because I have ac again. 5*Service: A/C installation & repair

Robert replaced my Waterpump, thermostat and Engine oil pan gasket on my 2011 335i! Job well done! No leaks, no engine light etc. He also gave me a heads up on a possible issue down the line to keep an eye on. Robert and his team are very helpful and as a younger woman I don t at all feel like they are taking advantage or charging me more for anything. In fact I often find them helping me with minor inconveniences on my car for free. For example, my charging port was out and Robert found the fuse and quickly replaced it no charge. He explains any problems to me with pictures and actually shows me the problem. I highly recommend Maui auto care for any car servicing!Services: Transmission, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

I ve been taking my car to Robert s place for about 5 years. He is very reliable and nice person. When I have to fix the car he always explains what s going on and what needs to be done (and if it s urgent issue or not). Yesterday I had a flat tire in Wailuku and went to his shop, although I didn t have an appointment he took time to fix it for me so I could drive home safely. Super awesome service!! Robert is amazing he returns your calls, diagnosed my cars problems, spoke with me about honest options and didn t push expensive unneeded repairs.. his extensive mechanic knowledge was refreshing, he really knows cars.. I immediately trusted him and after fixing my initial vehicle I brought in 2 more cars that needed fixing..I really hate going to the dealerships and have never found a trustworthy mechanic until now.. he is just what this island needs thank you for taking care of all my vehicles, I wish I had found him sooner. This was my second visit to this place. First time was replacing my alternator and the second was getting my brakes checked. Both times I was met with amazing service. Turn around time was same day for both accounts. Very friendly guy. Explains his diagnosis and what he did to resolve the issue. Checked up on how my brakes were doing a few weeks after. My car, a 2004 Miata with 115K on it, was terminally leaking oil. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and gave me an estimate. They were able to do the job a week before the appointed date and for 15% below the stated estimate! My engine is like brand new and I am getting 50% better fuel mileage! They have a young, enthusiastic, energetic, knowledgeable and thoroughly competent staff, who provide outstanding service. I will be back (although I hope not too soon).Service: Engine repair

These are the best mechanics on the island. My pressure plate shattered and they were the closest mechanic. Ethan walked me through the whole process, talked to me about cost, and came in under what I thought they would charge. Robert fixed a window that felloff the tract, a door which lock was funky, a light fuse that made.my dash go dark, screwed in my radio that wall falling out. Then he fixed my brakes!
