Had an appointment for an oil change at the waianae location, the lady at the front counter name Nani helped checked me in and suggested the good deals they had today, awesome customer service! The workers in the back were really busy but managed to get my car out quick... Thank you so much! Will definitely be back..

Goodyear in Waianae has the most amazing customer service I ever experienced they greet you with the aloha spirit. They also explain the product and quality of the product that you are getting. Nani was so helpful not only to me but to everyone who walked in. I would recommend Goodyear Waianae to anyone who needs an auto service.

My experience at this location was awesome Nani was phenomenal at doing her job well with kindness. That s what I look forward to when I going shopping anywhere she explained everything about what kind of warranty and what s cover with the tires I m buying . I m very happy with her service.

Couldn't find tires for my car and kept calling and Nani said they could help me here by ordering and they'll be in the next day. Here I am with two new tires and customer service was exceptional. Thank you Nani !!

I was able to call the Waianae store location this morning at 8am when they opened and Nani the store manager was amazing. I had a flat tire with a screw of some sort in the tire and she so graciously accommodated me by having me bring my car in right away as a walk in. I explained I had an appointment I needed to be at and be available to go to that and also pick up my children from school afterwards. So I was in a major time crunch but really needed my tire to be repaired. She told me if I came in right away she could do her best in getting it in and repaired even with a full schedule they already had. And as soon as I arrived she had one of her guys take my car in right away and I waited maybe 30-45 minutes at the most and my car was ready for me to head out to get to my appointments for the day. Nani and her employee s customer service is always awesome which is why I ve been coming to this location for as long as I have been which is about 13 or 14 years now.Thank you for always making things easy to get done no matter how short notice or complicated it can be at times.

This was my experience with them They put the wrong oil on my sienna toyota, took it back to them and they said it was good, it wasn t, damaged the oil valve and more, cost me $900 to repair. Will not be doing business with them.

Nani the Store Manager was very helpful in accommodating my oil change swiftly. I had only a hour & a half window to get my oil changed before I had to head to an appointment so I came as a walk in, she got me registered and started on my car it was done within 45minutes! Not to mention it was like $20 cheaper than where I usually go! Thank you to Nani & her crew for providing such amazing service. I think I found my new oil place!

I took my car in to put new tires on. The manager was very friendly in explaining how it was going to be done. She treated me like she d known me all her life. I will definitely go back to have my next 2 tires put on and recommend her to my friends. If you go, ask for Auntie Nani.

Nani s quality of service to her customers are exceptional..She always keeps her customers abreast if a service to our cars, explaining the reason(s) it s taking longer than expected. Today while I was waiting for my car, a man came in to ask for some kind of service with Nani, and he suddenly said he recognized and remembered Nani from when he was a high school student and Nani helped him in buying his first set of tires 29 yrs ago. He s married and has children and they were laughing that he remembered Nani all those years ago.Thank you Nani for your quality of service and care to your customers!

Nani and her team delivered above 5 star service! This was my first visit to this Goodyear location. I was greeted with friendly smiles which made me feel very relaxed and welcome. This Goodyear is always good, but this time they were AWESOME! I wasnt able to make an appointment, so I walked in around late afternoon hoping they had spots for an oil change. Nani, the store manager, welcomed me with a smile and although, it was almost closing time and they still had couple jobs left, they were still able to take my car. Really thankful for that. I loved the professionalism and kindness from Nani and i will be coming back!

Excellent and quick service at Waianae Goodyear! Nani was working the front desk and was so personable and friendly. She answered all customer questions with patience. The workers took my car in quickly and I didn t have to wait long. Excellent service overall!

I called around looking for a place that would service my sons used car he just purchased from a used car lot.I called a company in Waipahu who I thought have the best and fastest service ever and whom I personally use for my own vehicle, but to my surprise, for what ever reason, they would not service my sons car. They recommend I take it to the dealer to service. I was so disappointed.And I would refer a lot of my family and friends to use them.Then I walked into Goodyear Waianae, and Verlene Nani Kaaiwela made me feel welcomed. She listened to my concerns and when I was finished complaining, she replied with a big smile, I ll help you.And that she did. She was so helpful. She explained to me all the services Goodyear offered and the prices for every service. She didn t pressure me into buying what I didn t need and made sure I understood each service before purchasing it.I highly recommend you go and see Nani . She really made my first time at Goodyear and amazing visit. And let me tell you, the service was fast: Go see Nani, you won t regret it.Mahalo Nani for being so Amazing and Enjoying what you do.

Aloha, even though they were busy, they took care of me as an emergency walk-in I lived on the other side of the island and needed to get back home to my family. My tire had a major flat and they had patched it up fast. Quick and pleasant service. Manager Nani took me care of me. They are Awesome and feels like family here. Thank You Good Year Waianae

this is my second time coming to this specific location! Nani who is the manager of this Goodyear has been very helpful. She provided substantial customer service. Since I was waiting in the room, Nani was very delight to talk too. I did get to know her just a little and she does have an above and beyond personality. She s very passionate in providing the best customer service and really does care about her customers! I rated this 5 star due to their service! Thank you Nani and Waianae Goodyear! I ll definitely come back again!

Outstanding and Excellent service. I strongly support our local business like this one because they really go above and beyond to meet and serve our needs. Every agent or technician was very informative and knowledgeable. Management made me feel valuable and important. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and welcoming.
