Usually the best place to get a safety inspection, however it s very difficult to know when they ll actually be doing them. I showed up at 7:55 am to get one knowing they open at 8, but the lady actually made me leave because they weren t open yet. She wouldn t let me wait 5 minutes. I could have driven around the block a few times, but knowing Wahiaw I may have ended up 4 or 5 cars back of whoever just happened to pull up exactly at 8. Customer service could use some work.

Went to Midas for a safety inspection wait time was like 5 hours. Came here they had me in & out in 5 minutes!! They are professional and experienced! They were nice and quick! I recommend them!!

I ve taken multiple vehicles here. They are always fast with probably the best customer service I ve probably ever experienced. They care about their customers. And I ve never had an issue with any vehicle they have looked at of mine

Walked in for safety inspection! They accept walking from 8-12. Very friendly and accommodating service. Was out in 5 minutes, and even gave me advice on how to quickly renew tags at the DMV. Only downside is you have to call a couple times, they tend to hang up before you can say anything.

5 stars for safety inspection. $26.10 if paying cash. Been bringing my vehicles here past couple years. These guys really hustle and try to accommodate everyone. Don t wait until end of the month or arrive before 8am.

Shady and inconsistent. Just pay em off only way u get thru. Chick in front of me passes with broken taillight but I had to come back three times for missing front plate and then charged me for a whole new inspection becuse came 31 days instead of 30 due to calendar. Just pay em off from beginning and get thru. I couldn t bc need the plate from dmv. But they ll take ur money and if not quick fix super rude and pushy. Husband has gone here for years but we won t be back.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Fantastic place, very nice people. I stopped in, with no appointment, and they took me right in and did the Hawaii state vehicle inspection straight away. My registration had lapsed so, by law, they had to fail the inspection, but were very helpful in what to do next. I got a temp registration from the satellite hall, came back and they issued a passing inspection.Be sure to bring your CURRENT, original printed (with watermark) copy of proof of insurance, current (or latest) vehicle registration, and a positive attitude. They will get your car done as soon as they can.

The people here are so much in a rush when you get your safety inspection. You are basically being push hard to finish. Customer service I think is not priority, the priority is rotate customer as fast as possible to make money. The inspector aren't customer friendly at all. I felt like they were doing me a favor even though we pay for their service. Its was not a good service. I normally go to Central Auto Repair Service, but wasn't able to make appt on time. The staffs at Central Auto are bunch of older mechanics and much friendly and respectful to customers.

I live on the Windward side and couldn t get any of the repair / service stations to do a safety check on my car. Some were backlogged until mid March. I must have called 10 different places in my area and even town and got the so sorry answer.So I took a little drive to Wahiawa Automotive and within 15 min I was on my way home again with a new safety check.This place saved me again like so many times before. I won t mind supporting their business even if it means having to drive there from the Windward side

I came in for a safety check and was completely unprepared, (my registration and insurance were expired) but they were so patient and attentive to me while I waited for the insurance to go through so they could finish up. They worked really fast and were super nice, I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quick safety check and great customer service!

Very Poor Customer services here, a rude lady who works there hung the phone up on me while I was asking a question. If I were you I would not go here if they treat their customers like this go somewhere else.

Got a safety check here this morning. Called ahead to see if I need an appt and they said no, come now, it s not busy . So I went and sure enough, the guy took me right away! Very nice and so quick! I didn't need to schedule an appointment, so I just pulled up into their lot and waited a couple of minutes for the cars in front of me to get their safety check. My inspection took about 5 minutes, so I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Fast and reliable service, I'll be coming back again next year

Fast, easy, and efficient. They didn't waste my time checked the basics like front & back lights, brights, blinker/hazards, etc and was under $30 unlike most places. I'll definitely be coming here annually.

They're honest, efficient and so knowledgeable. They're not chatty; they are there to work and work they do. One time the serpentine belt broke when my son started my truck. A neighbor told us what it was. I called them, had the truck towed (Harvey's)to them and Camille called me back about 1PM and said the truck was ready.Today we went for same truck's safety check and a light bulb was out in the right rear signal indicator. Got my oil changed there, and my safety inspection done. They are quick which is great, but there is no area to sit and wait and they seemed surprised when I asked where I could wait. I ended up sitting outside of Wendy s waiting on my oil change.. not the most comfortable. Cost me $40 for what should have been a $20 oil change. But they re close and quick.

If you live on Wheeler / Schofield and you are not getting your inspections done at Wahiawa Automotive then you are wasting your time. The staff is great, the check is done to standard, and I got both cars done in about an hour (including the drive home to change cars). Couldn't be happier.

Quick friendly service where we did safety check on car. Access is best making right turn off the main road. Coming from Haleiwa, Google maps directions attempt as impossible maneuver with a left turn across busy six lane double yellow lines.

Went in for a safety check. Their drive through safety check is extremely fast and the workers are great! I had to replace a back tail light which they did on the job! Overall great experience, fast, and good price!

The guy that assisted me was nice up until they noticed my front license plate was missing. Then when he asked me about it he was quite rude and very pushy insisting that I had one until I told him i got my car second hand. Then his attitude changed and he became professional and regarded me like I was an actual adult and told me what to do. I swear people these days.
