Bought a 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan with only 76,000 miles. Great customer service. Highly recommend coming here if you re looking to buy pre owned and quality vehicle. Ray is the best mechanic and used car seller.

I bought a 2004 ford f150 4x4 from Ray , Ray is a very honest owner and mechanic. I ve been driving the truck for a few months and it s been driving perfectly. I highly recommend coming here for a pre own vehicle, I would definitely come see Ray

I bought 2008 F-150 January 2024, truck runs very good no issues. I m very happy for ray the owner selling me a very good quality used truck, with bad credit he got me a loan approved very appreciated ray. My truck had transmission line wear and tear, i asked ray to fix it and ray was more than happy to help me to get the truck fixed. I recommend everyone looking for quality used vehicle come to ray.

So happy I came to Select Auto in Wahiawa. I bought a 2010 Honda Pilot from Ray and have been able to call him personally anytime I needed something or had questions about the car. He is very hands on and a general happy person always willing to help. I freak out with any little thing when it comes to cars because I have a family and need a good running vehicle. He was honest about the car I was initially interested in and showed me options that were safer and more idealistic for a family. He now had a car detailing shop as part of his dealership and got my car feeling brand new. I appreciate transparency and honesty. I ve worked for dealerships and I know firsthand how they run. Some are very shiesty. Rays as upfront as can be. He will work out a deal that s good for you and him.

Don t buy any cars from this place. Car will break down a few months later. Warranty offered at time of sale a lot of the shops do not do major work and warranty don t cover much. Be sure to read and contact warranty company to understand better what your purchasing.I m still waiting for this dealership to find me a shop to get the car fix.Not happy and was told they take care of their customers.

After owning my car for over a year now, I am still pleased with my purchase and customer service experience. I highly recommend Select Auto Group, the owner, Ray, has been extremely helpful with any needs/questions I have had. I strongly recommend select auto group in Wahiawa , in 2022 i purchased a 2014 Toyota Prius and it is an excellent vehicle..Ray helped me fianance even though I had a low credit score. All is well have started my own Uber driving business now!. It is March 2024 now & my Toyota is still running great! I love this car! i drive Uber about 10 hours a day.. Ray the owner of Select Auto helps me out often with minor maintenance details. He is very accommodating and helpful..

Ray was great! I really trust him a lot even if this is my first met each other. He recommended a low mileage 2013 Camry SE for me. It was just like a brand new car. I am pretty sure the resale value is already great as long as I take care of this vehicle good during my ownership. Thanks a lot Ray!

First of all, the car lot was super full and couldnt pull into the driveway because the entrance was blocked with alot of cars . No one picked up the phone when I needed assistance in finding parking or getting into the lot. When I finally got in, there were bunch of chickens and it stinked up the whole place . It was around 11 am and nobody was there it says theyre open at 9 am. Dont really recommend to buy cars from this business . Seems sketchy, unreliable business hours, and unsanitary.

For a first time buyer the experience at select auto was outstanding. Rays costumer service was awesome and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The deal he gave me was highly exceptional and he worked with me diligently and patiently. He treated me like family. I would definitely recommend him and his dealership to anyone I know. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a affordable used car. The owner Ray is very friendly and knowledgeable about his vehicles. Let him know your budget and he is willing to work with you to get you the vehicle you need. If you buy a vehicle from Ray he will cut his labor in half if you need any maintenance done on your vehicle. Saving you even more money. All around great business with great serviced cars!

Great guy Amazing service gave me everything I asked for and more. Went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. Also very helpful man, Ray is the best if your looking to buy a car he s your guy. He ll take care of you. On top of that very high standards this man knows customer service. Ray is awesome! He's very honest and upfront. He ended up getting me approved for a car loan in 10 minutes and next thingRay suggested the warranty because with cars you never know New or Used something can happen. The warranty covered my towing, my rental car and I only paid $100 out of pocket! Thank you very much Ray! I will be sending my friends your way!

Ray was so helpful and he knew what kind of car I needed. We have bad credit but he really helped us out..you never can find people like Ray....we are bless to find him and get a car from him. The car that I got is just like a new car and I'm satisfied with it....if you need a car and have bad credit this is the place to go....this is the first time I ever got a nice car and been approved...cause of Ray thank you

Ray is pretty great. I scheduled a time to test drive a 2011 Equinox, and when I arrived, he instantly dropped what he was doing and retrieved the keys to the vehicle. He excels at customer service - if you buy a vehicle from him and want to change the oil later, he will let you use his lift and change it yourself to save labor costs. As a small business, he understands the importance of customer relationships.During the test drive, he let me take the vehicle where I wanted and was very patient when I also wanted to take it on the highway. After several minutes of driving, the check engine light came on. When we returned to the lot, he retrieved his computer and investigated the code. It was a P0420 - a problem with the catalytic converter and emissions.I asked him to see what the O2 sensors read, and the computer said they checked out. After some research later, I determined it's likely the distributor (bad spark) or the catalytic converter. This is where I give this review 3 stars:When we first saw the code, he tried to tell me "no one cares about emissions in Hawaii, it'll be fine". That kind of salesmanship instantly put me on guard. I later asked if he would fix the catalytic converter for me before I bought it, but he never responded. While the vehicle was reasonably priced, I can't buy a vehicle that might require a $1000 repair.Ray has been in business here for 5 years (I think he said), so he must be doing something right. This kind of problem with a vehicle isn't common, so this might be a one-off case, and I can understand if my request for him to pay for the repair eats into his profits too much to be feasible. However, I still have to be honest and dock the stars for the lack of integrity.

In April of 2021 I bought a vehicle terrible experience. When I got the car it was missing a gas cover panel and was told by the owner that he would order me a new one, he did after 15 calls and about 8 months he got me a cheap 7 dollar one from Amazon not OEM. He also failed to tell me that it had an oil leak. As well as the fact that he had me pay with venmo and cash under the table. Don t go here

Never seen the car. Just talked over the phone, guy held the car for me for 9 months and gave me a great deal on my 2017 Subaru wrx. Strongly recommend select auto group. Good price good service good quality!!!

As soon as my husband and I got there. We were greeted by a friendly salesperson named Charles. I like browsing with no one hounding over my/our shoulders. Charles understood that and letc check out their inventory. I was interested in 3 of their SUV's and Charles was happy to help with all questions. We did a test drive and now I'm the proud owner of a Pre owned Mercedes Benz ML350. It's a well taken care of vehicle and in live with it! Great to drive my grandson around safely! Thank you Charles Select Auto Group! Give them my name when you go there. He'll take care of you!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! COMPLETE FRAUD! Who takes a registration sticker from another vehicle and tells you to put in on your truck and tells you "Don't worry, cop will see just fine" lmfao! Squirrelly much?!?! Hope I help someone out! I want nobody to go through what we're having to deal with
