When my car broke down I had to get towed to a shop. I had just moved to the island a week ago and didn t know any good mechanics so I just asked the towing company which place they recommend and this is where they brought me. When we got to the shop they told me they were short staffed but they would take a look as soon as possible. Even being short staffed and at the back of the line with no appointment they still were able to squeeze me in get my car inspected.and finish the work within a week. I am very happy with the service and how transparent they were will all the info they provided me. Highly recommend this locally owned shop.

Excellent customer service. Bruno was very professional and courteous in getting my car tended to on a short notice. Would definitely recommend if you on this side of the island.

Always appreciate the care they do for my vehicle! Prices are reasonable and fair and they are quick whenever I bring my vehicle in. Even though there are other places closer and convenient to where I live I don t mind driving to them because of their trusted services.

100% the best and most affordable shop on island! I got a quote from a dealer to fix my water pump and timing chain system for over $5000 and that was ONLY those two fixes. I took it to Bruno and he was able to get that and a litany of other issues fixed for under half that price. I'm so grateful we've got a mechanic like this in the wahiwa area. If you take your car anywhere else you're making a substantial financial mistake.

Fantastic auto repair shop in Wahiawa. As a retired mechanic myself I would highly recommend this shop. They not only got my vehicle in quickly but also did a quality repair at a reasonable price. extremely friendly customer service. Again, I would highly recommend this automobile repair shop for your auto repair needs. Very close to Schofield barracks, we are a military family. Anyone on post looking for quality auto repair should check this place out.

I ve been coming to Kolu (owner) for a couple years now, and he always takes care of my truck. Competitive pricing, good communication, and will go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is right. If there is a problem, he will make sure that it gets resolved ASAP. SUPPORT LOCAL.

Great experience, very glad to find an honest and affordable place to get the oil changed on my BMW. Very fast service, going back next month to get new brake pads. Bruno is great- very professional, knowledgeable and does excellent work

made a payment arrangement with these guys to pay off repairs done to my magnum and everything was solid at first. UNTIL, there was some late fee I got hit with on my last payment, and when I asked the front desk lady about it she pretty much just kept making stuff up and got mad the fact that I pointed out she didn't know what she was talking about. So I politely ask her for her boss, she gets the mechanic who did my car on the phone. HE also had a hard time finding out what the fee was from and so tells me I should pretty much "Stop complaining because he worked with me on my payment plan to begin with" Then while me and him were conversing I could hear that same front desk lady in the background insulting and mocking me, making snarky remarks clear as day when all I wanted to know was why there was an extra fee charged... Not gonna lie I was gonna give them a good review until all that went down. Won't ever my money from me again...Highly Unprofessional

To start, the employees in the office are horrible; awful customer service and NO communication. The "mechanics" are clearly not qualified to do their job. My truck had been there two times and they tried the same exact troubleshooting idea with my air conditioning both times, makes no sense, however they did it. Picked my truck up, won't be returning.

I will be sending people to this particular auto repair shop without hesitation. The shop owner struck me as courteous and very respectful from the start. He happily answered any questions I asked and quickly diagnosed the issue with my car. He got my car repaired in the same day and wished me well on my way. A definite referral from me. Big mahalo gang.

Cheaper, Faster, Better. Never going to the dealership again. Bruno and his crew crushed it! Loved the personalized service and extra time everyone took to answer my questions and make sure the vehicle was good to go.

Once again Ohana Automotive Repair for the win. I had a ticking noise in my exhaust manifold and shop would take it in. But they were very helpful took it in replaced the parts no problem and the ticking noise vanished. Great company and support your small businesses you can trust them 100%.

Very friendly and professional staff! They checked out my vehicle for me and got me back on the road in a short time and they also filled my tires to the correct pressure to make sure I was safe on the road. Ohana Automotive was seriously the greatest experience all around. After having what we believed to be an alternator problem, I couldn t find anyone that would take our vehicle same day to run a diagnostic- and I needed it done asap. I called Ohana Automotive and not only did they say we could have it towed to them within an hour of our initial call, but they were SO friendly and kind. The tow truck brought our vehicle to them around 1pm and I received the report from the diagnostic before 3pm, with all the work being completed and the vehicle ready for pickup by 5:30pm. Everyone else that I called said that they wouldn t even be able to run a diagnostic for 1-2 weeks. I m just so grateful for how kind, helpful and efficient the entire staff at Ohana was. We will DEFINITELY return to them for any future repairs and I highly recommend that you give them a try!

160 just for a diagnostic that's added to the bill, other places will charge for a diagnostic if it's the only thing your doing but will drop that if you get work done. Not these guys

They were very nice but unfortunately I took my car here to get brakes and rotors replaced and they literally came off while I was driving on the highway two days later. A day long job turned into me being out of a car for 2 weeks because they messed up. It ended up damaging my rim which they also replaced free but it took them months and many follow ups to get. Also had them change my brake lights and they ripped apart the foam inserts that protect the wires and brake lights and didn t even change one of the lights (even though I told them which one it was) but still charged me like they had changed it.Didn t offer any type of discount for the inconvenience.

This shop is the best. You get a discount when you are a returning customer. The owner Bruno is a very kind and helpful person. They changed my tires with affordable prices. I would recommend this shop if you are looking for a place that is affordable, friendly, and know their work. I been to auto shops that I spend hours waiting spend thousands but end up they break more things. First auto shop I went to that I trust my car in their hands. And still the best. Be careful taking your car to this shop I don t really wanna write a bad review but every time I m taking my car to them it will take them a week to call me and tell me the status of my car. And always watch out for your bolts and screws where they work on because it will be missing or not properly tightened. You will see oil and grease inside the door handle and floor of your car the mechanics are not even trying to clean it after they ve done working it s very unprofessional. I lost time money and parts of my car im not coming back to them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had the front/rear brakes and rotors replaced today. I came in on Friday and got a quote for $492 due to a special they re running (with the possibility of the bill being a little more high for the parts). I asked if this included parts and labor and was told yes by the clerk and to bring my car back Monday. Brought my car back Monday and had it completed in a few hours. When I got the bill I was charged $424 for parts $180 for labor = $638 so much for the quoted price. I still gave 2 stars because they were polite, did a good job on my vehicle and the turn over was fast. When I saw the bill I didn t even bother arguing I just paid and left. Next time how about a better line of communication with the customer. If I knew I was being charged that much extra I would ve just had my rear brakes and rotors done.
