I just received the most exceptional service here; I went in looking for screws to attach a front license plate (I'm from a state that doesn't require one). The gentleman who helped me stopped everything he was doing & spent a good ten minutes looking & testing different screws in the existing spots on my front bumper to make sure they worked. He was very kind & saved me a lot of trial & error. Thanks so much to the employee for his excellent customer service.

Napa is awesome with knowledgeable and personable employees! I always consult with Max for his expertise on cars and auto parts. He takes the time to translate unfamiliar car/auto concepts into simpler and easy-to-understand explanations. This is a huge help for a novice like me!

There is no place like NAPA in the area. Quite frankly, the other auto parts store are most unhelpful and do not seem to care if they help you.Now add Max to the mix, and you will have an experience that can't be beat. I was looking for a specific part for my van. Max took the time to look up the schematic, EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PART. There was nothing in it for him except providing excellent service and making sure we got the right part. He directed us to the Dodge dealer in Honolulu to get the correct part without hesitation. There was no sale involved for him. In these days, that type of customer service is rare. Forget the other auto parts stores in the area. Go to NAPA...you can't go wrong!

Staff is very knowledgeable, and offers help if needed. Good location, however parking is a bit difficult if the main road is busy.Has had every part I've wanted on hand.

Friendly staff that will offer you helpfully advise and items to fix your vehicle at an affordable price. If you are military check out the addition discounts you can receive as well.

Best Napa on the island and one of the originals. Always friendly and helpful and they turn wrenches too so they know not just the parts you needs but can help you skip the youtube tutorials

This place has fantastic customer service! Let me borrow some tools to replace a battery, when the actual repair shop up the street wouldn't even talk to me

Extremely horrible service! I came 5 minutes before they were set to close, & they had already closed for the day! I will NEVER utilize them again. When I do go there, they never have what I need, which is completely frustrating.
