AWFUL TOWING COMPANY!!! Do not believe what people say on this website. Do not even bother to contact them. They are not as reliable or have fast service. My car needed to be towed yesterday about 12pm. I was told an hour. An hour came and went and no call and no show. It was getting close to 4 pm and still no call and no show. So I told them it s fine can you guys come the next morning. I was promised that they will. Next morning came and again I was lied to. The dispatcher said the driver is coming into town and has another run to do. I don t know if it s to drop off or to pick up. But wouldn t you think that you would tow someone that waited since yesterday first?!?! NOPE!!! And now they can t even answer their phones!! So if you are stranded on the side of the road do not and I repeat do not call these guys!! Or you will be stranded on the side for who knows how long. Above all this company is not reliable or professional at all!

Amazing Towing Company and great customer service! Ed was out there less than 10 min for a tow when we had a car accident! Made sure we had all documents we needed and was very kind! Only tow I could find who had base access too with open hours, HUGE PLUS! Thank you so much again!

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! Out of my 13 years of service, I have never met a more confident, proficient, passionate and determined company. I was stranded on the side of the road for for over 2 hours and the CEO of the company decided to assist since other employees were servicing other parts of the island. He communicated during the entire process, he assisted with gathering my belonging and most importantly, he took the situation as if it was his own emergency. He took care of my vehicle with care and stayed with me during the filing of paperwork to ensure a safe return. Hands down the best Towing Company on Island. If you care about your vehicle, need immediate assistance and a great attitude. Please contact this company. Recently had assumed car trouble. Decided not to push our luck and found a safe spot and called Discount Towing. The dispatcher was very helpful and professional. Got our price quote that was great. With Friday and it being in the middle of rush hour we did wait for a short time ( totally understandable ) he arrived hooked us up and in a short time we were home safe. we % recommend you call them when your in a jam Service: Car towing

Took over three hours to get the truck. Guy said he was ten min out, but didn t show up for almost another hour. Towed an AWD vehicle on two wheels without disconnecting the drive train. After asking to disconnect the drive train, the driver said he would drive it a short distance without disconnecting followed by a transition to a flat bed. Unsure if that transition happened or not. Didn t drop the keys with the vehicle and had to wait 6 days before he actually dropped the keys off to the shop so they could look at the car.

Thank goodness for these guys. Eduardo was able to pick my truck up off the freeway after an accident and tow it to the salvage yard. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and even provided a ride to my home. Highly recommend Discount Towing. Mahalo!

0 stars! Spoke to a gentleman over the phone regarding my needs and requested service for the following day. The gentleman had me text him a bunch of information with no follow-up, resulting in a no show from the company when I needed service. After texting and calling twice, I received no answer. So much for 24/7 assistance. Very unprofessional. Do not do business with these people!

Awesome!I called just to get a quote to get one of our company trucks towed. Ed asked me what had happened and I explained that a hole had been drilled into the gas tank.Instead of just giving me a tow price, Ed offered to teach us how to patch it. He even went down there to help my tech!!Finding people who will come to your aid just because is a rare thing to find! If I could give more than 5* I would in a heartbeat. They towed my husband s truck and went above and beyond when another local company left us hanging. The customer service is exceptional, they are very professional and the cost of service was very reasonable. The driver was also very polite, kind and professional gentleman. I highly recommend discount Towing in Wahiawa they were quick and friendly very fair pricing and came at 11:00 at night without any hesitation the two friendly tow truck operators had my friend's car home safe. They even took the time to make sure he knew how to get a refund from his insurance company. Edward!!! Your a lifesaver! Thank you so much for saving us time and saving us the grief of waiting hours. We got stuck in a ditch across the polo store by Matsumoto shaved ice. I called Discount Towing and Edward came to rescue us within 20 minutes. I went down the list of towing services and after 7-8 calls, finally, I was able to talk to this gentleman. My fianc� was on his way home from work when he got a flat tire on the side of the freeway. I called several other towing companies to get price estimates because he was only 2 cutoffs away from our house. However, after receiving several quotes all of which were very pricey I was able to get ahold of discount towing and spoke with a representative who I later found out was the actual owner. He not only was helpful but he was extremely generous when it came to helping accommodate my tow. Shout out to discount tow and everyone who works for this company. This company and their owner are truly great people who I have no doubt you'll enjoy doing business with!Service: Car towing

The key fob to my rental car was run over so the car wouldn t work. Called roadside assistance and Discount Towing showed up. They got us back to Waikiki (we were in Waialua) and helped get our luggage out of the trunk (with the key broken, the car locked everything). Friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. These guys really know what they re doing. I drive a pretty low LS430 and was stranded on the side of the road. Upset I didn t get braddahs name but he had my car up and on the dolly in 10 minutes. If you care about your car and need a tow company that does also, call up these guys. You won t be disappointed.

Today my wife got stranded on the army base with no knowledge of what was wrong with her vehicle. After a few failed calls she finally got in touch with Edward from Discount towing. He was able to give her advice about her car before he arrived in a timely manner, for a reasonable price! He also took her to a auto shop that provided her with a battery, alternator, and inspection! It was her birthday and it's a blessing that she was taken care of by such kind people. Thank you Edward!

After about an hour of calling around, I chose Discount Towing because it was by far the cheapest price. The service was so quick!! the person on the phone and the driver were very friendly and I would absolutely use them again. Strongly recommend.

Edward answers my call immediately and was super fast in arriving to north shore which is pretty hard to get to for most companies. I m super happy with the response time and how quick, friendly and affordable the service was! Highly recommend

Edward is awesome. He provides an old school type service that is so rare these days. My tire was punctured by a nail and I planned on towing it to a Goodyear nearby. Edward came to me, towed my car to his shop, and patched my tire. He saved me hundreds of dollars, but still gave me a discount. I couldn t recommend him more and will be saving his number in my phone.
