Cody & Diana are wonderful, honest people! I'm so happy to have found them. They were quick in getting me seen, and did all the research on my car's quirky problem and finally got it solved for me at a reasonable price. I really appreciate their quick, fast, and thorough work on my car so I can feel safe driving again.

Cody owner is honest! And he does incredible work. He went out of the box and fixed my air conditioning off of a YouTube video and save me hundreds and hundreds of dollars instead of taking my dash completely apart to find the vacuum box, he simply took off the tubes and put a vacuum box in another area, which was accessible. If you want an honest mechanic and fair prices, Cody is your guy. I ve been burned so many times on Maui with car repairs. It just sucks. I ve moved here in 1985. Such a good piece of mind to have a mechanic you can depend on. When you meet him, it doesn t take long to realize he s a family man with kids, and just all round, honest businessman. my neighbor has a lawn business has five vehicles which island mobile takes care of. it s also very cool. Is he mobile so he can come to you or you can take your vehicle to his shop over in the industrial area.

These guys are absolutely the best. The starter on my truck died and they came to the rescue within the hour to repair my vehicle. My truck was back on the road running smooth in 45 min! Island Mobile Auto Repair was my first choice when the fuel pump and water pump failed recently. The repair was handled in my driveway efficiently and professionally by Cody and his crew. Clear and concise communication, up front estimation, and good old fashioned honest service was provided with aloha. Reliable. Dependable.Trustworthy. If those are the traits we expect from our vehicles, then that s what you should look for in a mechanic. Diana was very helpful in getting my vehicle scheduled for servicing and breaks checked. Her direct questions to my current repair and other maintenance checks were successful in addressing the repairs needed. They were transparent with their estimates based on phone conversation and in-the end cost for service was reasonable and fair based on what I asked for. Based on my direct and clear needs, and their busy schedule I recommend their services. Great experience! Diana had fantastic communication through the whole process. After being turned away or given extremely gouged prices from other mechanics for our VW, it was refreshing to work with honest individuals who aren't there to nickel and dime you. We didn't utilize their 'come to you' mobile service this time, but price for that seemed very reasonable. Highly recommended! Thank you Diana and Cody!Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Charged over 4k for a hack job and didn't even fix the problem. Picture to prove how trash they are, they cut a hole through the plastic that is easily removable or even able to bend out of the way to get to a sensor. The plastic that keeps the sensor clean and safe from road debris. I wouldn't trust them to even change my oil.

I live off island and had a great experience with the repair of my 3003 Highlander. All 4 brakes were replaced and work beautifully. Highly recommended.

What a professional, fast, competent service! I am extremely pleased with the timing and outcome. I've taken my Jeep to Cody at Island Mobile Auto a few times now and they are super helpful, easy to work with and reasonably priced. Cody & Diana make a great team and are great with communication and getting back to you in a timely manner. They've been super helpful in diagnosing and fixing my Jeep, and also letting me know about a new issue (4th cylinder not firing) that's unable to be easily fixed. I have an older Jeep and it's had issues for a while. They've been super helpful in fixing anything they can and giving me honest and realistic outlook on what they may not be able to fix. I got disappointing news that my Jeep can't easily be fixed (unless I want to spend a lot of $$ - which it's not worth at this point). I super appreciate the honesty and fair prices for diagnosis. I will definitely be taking my new car to them, too.

Diana and Cody are amazing to work with. Very open and clear communication. Diana scheduled my appointment via text message and follow up phone call. Cody arrived to my home to diagnose my car, went out bought all appropriate parts, he even took my car batteries home to charge them for me and bring them back to life. Other mechanics quoted me $7,000-$10,000 to get my car fixed I paid less than $1,000 with Cody. The service he and Diana provided exceeds 10k worth of work. Cody was quick and very honest!! He replaced my starter for me, charged my batteries, took the car on a test drive to ensure I wouldn't have any other problems, and off he went. Thank you again for your honesty and amazing customer service. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Cody and his wife are absolutely amazing. The service was fast and excellent. Cody was very knowledgeable of how to repair my truck. The parts came in quickly, and he didn t charge me an arm and a leg! I was very impressed with his promptness, service, and humble attitude. I highly recommend Island Mobile Auto Repair.

I was stranded in a remote place on the island of Maui and thought immediately the worst. I got on my phone and quickly tried a couple other mobile services but the first 2 there was no answer. Then I reached Island mobile auto repair. He told me not to worry and he would be there in an hour. He was able to fix my truck and I was already assuming the worst for cost and it was surprisingly very very reasonable. It was his promptness and knowledge and overall demeanor that made me so comfortable. I would definitely recommend him and I would myself consider him my new mechanic if my car should need any more services in the future.Service: Engine repair

Miguel is awesome! Long story short. Ignition coil blew out last night at 10pm. Car had to be left overnight in Target parking lot till we could find someone to take a look at it this morning. Island mobile auto repair came in very recommended per reviews. Called him at 8:08am he got back to me in a timely manner at 8:17am. Told me to just bring the car in. Called me with a reasonable quote to repair one but had him replace all 4. Car was done at 2:47pm today. Awesome. I highly recommend. Will be definitely returning in future.

Wow BEST SERVICE I VE EVER RECEIVED!!FIRST what happened.. my car s steering wheel started to wobble and then it started losing power and then the check engine light came on. I pulled over and called Island Mobile Auto Repair. The woman, Crystal, over the phone was kind enough to squeeze me into their busy schedule as long as I could get my car towed into their shop.I got my car towed into their shop and received a call from them in less than 24 hours with an update of what was wrong. Frank, owner, then got to my car ASAP. It was incredible how fast he was able to get to my car and finish it that day!!They are honest with what s wrong with the car and offer reasonable pricing. Way better than the dealership. And for those of you who don t know, this gentleman worked at the dealership and got tired of people getting ripped off and started his own company.They are quick, honest, respectful and reliable. My car feels safer and better. Go to them! Share them with your friends!

Got a timing belt and spark plug change and everything was fantastic. Great communication, great price and excellent work. INCREDIBLE!! i will be Recommending Island Mobile to everyone i know & will only be using them for my car problems. Ask for Miguel, super friendly & quick service. Had my car break down on the side of the street and he came to me so quick. Very knowledgeable & i ended up having to take my car to his site & he got my fix done within the same day. My car was missing and after trying a few different things I took it to Island Mobile repair. I was hesitant after calling another company and quoted a stupid outrageous price. These guys did the work, and the charge was something I could easily handle. They did not rob me like the other company was trying to do. Everyone there was great, from the girl who answered the phone to the guy who booked me to the mechanic. They were all super friendly and caring! did not do proper diagnosis and ended up replacing the wrong part which i was forced to pay for. he replaced engine control module and was left with ABS and traction control warning lights on the dash. drove truck for a week assuming the issue was fixed and ended up breaking down on me, currently taking to a different shop to finish what he started. well over a thousand dollars spent just to end up in my original spot.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have had many opportunities to rely on this dependable and convenient auto repair service between my SUV, my daughters car and friends I have recommended to use Island Mobile. It was the first time I felt I could truly trust a mechanic on the island. I had been ripped off at other places and finding Island Mobile was truly an answer to my prayers.
