Originally took my wife's car in for a frontend alignment, which I thought it needed. Received a call back 30 minutes later to come pick it up. Scotty's informed me that the car checked out good on their machine and it was good to go (no charge). I was impressed with their honesty. They could have easily taken advantage of me, like so many other shops would have done. Their trustworthiness has kept me coming back for other repairs ever since and I recommend them every chance I get based on that story.

They did my 2022 Chevy Colorado after I got it back from being in a accident which the repair place claimed they aligned my truck come to find out they didn t so I took it to Swerco which was a mistake because it still wasn t aligned so I took it to Goodyear and again they claimed they had it aligned they best they could so I took it to Scotty s and he fix it in less time then all three shops maybe 30mins to a hour!!!! Best align shop on ISLAND HANDS DOWN!!! BEST PRICES ALSO!!!!

BEST service ever!! This is my 3rd vehicle I've taken to him and my lifted truck is my baby scotty was honest about the issues and didn't try to upsell me anything. His service, honesty, and hard work will keep me as a forever customer.

Waited a long time and paid a lot for a pretty bad result. My car has adjustable Cusco arms so it s not super simple but I came here because people said it s the best. Now I gotta get a new tire and new alignment so it s pretty frustrating. My other wheel has no camber wear so it s just totally off toe settings.

Soo many people referred me to Scotty's, finally got to come here. My truck has alot of play in the steering and it slightly pulls to the right. I paid $1000 cash for them to replace my lower ball joints and pitman arms. I thought my truck felt better but it still has alot of play and still pulls to the right. They told me to come back to finish up the rest of the steering and it will correct my alignment... I'm hoping I can get my steering 100% next time I come here.

I was recommended Scotty's to get an aliment required for a reconstruction permit and I wasn't disappointed. I have a long travel setup on my front suspension and they were able to get it within specs. I highly recommend this place if you have a lifted vehicle. They don't take appointments, walk in only so It helps to come in early before they open.

Scott & his guys in the shop doing great job and making sure everything that has to with car to roll well on street. The guys here are very knowledgeable and did a great job. Walked me through what they were doing since ours was a little more complicated than a normal alignment. My husband even called to get clarification on a few things I didn't know and they were very willing to explain everything. Will definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone looking to get their services.

Absolutely the best Alignment Service you can get here on island. Anywhere else you go is a gamble. Worth the price. Get there early. Time waited wasn't bad. My truck definately drives better again after taking off a leveling kit. Pleased with the service. I saw someone else complain about a before and after printout. If it's necessary, maybe ask before hand. If I need another alignment, I would gladly come back to Scott's.

They showed me some problems I had but I opted to do the alignment anyway because I have new tires. But I'm definitely coming back to do the alignment again after the get the truck fixed. And I'll make sure I take photos.

Most definitely recommend Scotty's! Brought my truck in for an alignment that I thought couldn't be fixed, but he had me in and out in less than an hour with steering like it just came off the lot. Fair pricing for a job well done!

One of the best places on oahu to get your wheel alignment. Top professionals who knows their job, its based on first come first serve. Would definitely visit again if i have to do an alignment

Scotty's is straight talk and top notch work. There is always vehicles there lined up and you see some very expensive trucks there waiting for servicing. These guys spend alot of money on their trucks and are very particular about who they let touch their vehicles.

Great service, did a check up for me. Nothing was off spec, so didn't charge me and made an adjustment to make my tires wear better. Only experienced people know how to do this, was greatly appreciated.

Beware .....especially military stand clear of this establishment....I came to the shop to get my brakes check and discussed what was my problem. However, he not only cut me off from explain but he didn t bother to check for the issue. The owners was very rude and not customer friendly .....come to find out I had a Lug loose in the hub cap that was found by Lex Brodie s on Kamehameha highway. I the own of Scotty s would have just checked he would have found the problem within 5 min...All should stand clear ....especially military.

My truck was on the machine for 13min, which leads me to believe minor adjustments if any were made. Although i cannot be sure because they did not want to produce a spec sheet for pre and post only post. Which also leads me to believe no adjustments were made. The part that is irritating is an alignment was supposed to be 85 yet i was charged 167 and they tried to feed some bull crap about adjustments. If that intense of an adjustment you would need longer than 13min and to make your argument logical produce spec sheets for pre. Beware, I got the spec sheet thats all i needed, my thought is clearly if they need to scam me than they needed the money more than me at that time.

No one was in line so he took me right away, told me the price range was between $85 to $120 but ended up paying $130 including tax, maybe coz my truck was lifted I guess but over all was fast, friendly and good service.

You need it to go straight down the road then these guys are the place to take it. There fast and its all on a computerized rack .
