Been going here for years, but was very disappointed this morning. First, the guy's personality wasn't nice at all, but, I expected that from Sam's . Wanted to replace TPMS sensors & balance tires. I had done this in the past with no problem, but they didn't sell sensors, so I bought an aftermarket set outside and they installed with no problem. Now, i guess they sell sensors, but I had already purchased oem ones and they refused to install them. So I asked if they had sensors for my car and he brought out an aftermarket set. Then I asked if I could flip two tires due to slight wear on the inside. He flat out denied. Ended up going down the street to Discount Tire. Customer service was WAY more nicer & helpful. He explained about possibly not being able to flip, but he said he'll let the tech decide. Also didn't hesitate for a second, when I said I already have the sensors.Overall, Sam's prices hard to beat but customer service kinda stinks...

Poor customer service. The female associate in the tire department was really impatient. She scanned my plus card and was checking tire prices. Still didn t give my card back. So when i did Remember my card was still there. It was next to another female on a bench chair. That was really strange. Also she said before making any appointments I needed to pay for my tires first.I m used to the town location. They are much busier and better customer care. And I ll go there for my tire and battery needs.

how convenient, trying to call tire center in pearl city but "due to high volume of calls" i get rerouted to centralized operator, not in hawaii. awesome when they do that and the person who answer does not know a damn thing about tires or the club in pearl city. simple questions which get answered with a guess, kinda like calling india and asking hows the palusami today. i rather be on hold for 2 hours instead of talk to dem. othey getting 1 star because the clueless person who i tried to talk to picked up in 2 rings

I gave a three star rating because it took so long to get two tires replaced. I thought I beat the crowd when I got there half an hour before they opened. There was a line formed already. They are short on staff. I waited almost four hours. I asked the guy if he checked the other tires for low air pressure after he replaced the bad tires. He said no. I think it's the store policy not to. What I like is that it's cheaper than other places.

I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes and eventually hung up. I went down and was expected to know what size tires I needed and didn't offer to look it up. Good thing I took a picture of the tire information. Sarah told me it was out of stock. I asked her if she could check another Sam's club and she replied I need to check myself because they never answer their phone. Definitely can improve on their customer service. Much better experience at Costco.

My wife had a concern on one of the tires that we purchased at the Pearl City Sam's. There was a cut in one of the thread portion of the tire. while on the phone with my wife she decided to let me talk to the tire shop person. I explained that if she could look at the tire and make sure the steel belts were not exposed. With a very rude attitude she tells me that she don't know what I was talking about. She gave back the phone to my wife and I told her to tell a real tire technician about the problem. He was nice enough to explain to my wife about the tire. Didn't need the attitude and will not buy tires from them since the lady don't know tires.

Worst experience ever ! I talked to someone on the phone about scheduling my appt. The day of my set appt they say they don t take appts but I clearly talked to someone on the phone. Waited in line for 50 minutes

06-03-13 tried to contact shop to inquire about tire availability for my car and could not get through for 3 hrs +, 27 tries to be exact. When calling service number, reaching high pitch tone only. There should be an opption recording to either call back or leave a message. I ended up going to COSCO for my auto issue.......

I bought all my optima battery @ sams club. The battery plastic got cracked 1/2 inches by the post. I bring it in to exchange. They said because I installed it myself, it is not their fault. They said that I tighten the nut to the power post too tight. That is why the plastic crack. The post is made of lead. The car power cable have to clamp to that lead post. It doesn't even touch the battery plastic. And the plastic crack. This is the manufacturer bad quality. I use to be a ASE certified automatic for 10 years. And installing a battery wrong. They must be kidding. This is a bad customers service!!! Costco have the best service! Sams club, you suck!

Truly amazing and honest service!! I was afraid I wouldn t find a value for my tires or a place that provides fast and friendly service. Sam s Club Pearl City guys Are the very best! Thank you so much dear ones!!

Got new tires and they never balanced them. Im a preferred member and brought car at 7am when there were no other customers and they still neglected to balance tires. Poor service

I called and he answer he looked it up I dnt know what everyone else is writing good place, and he even answer the phone on none business hours. He was unable to get my tire but he did direct me to someone who might.

Good luck getting through to the tire shop...they never answer their phone...definitely a reflection of their management team's leadership...sad...
