My Honda had major rim damage from a pothole. It was so bad that the rim seemed to be damaging my tire and who knows what else. Rim Surgeons were recommended and I m so glad I came here. I mean... Amazing work! I can t even tell that my rim was ever damaged. I m shocked! Totally would recommend Rim Surgeons to anyone needing repairs.

Huge thank you to Titanium Automotive Solutions! My car had a hairline crack in the wheel, and I already went to Rad Motor Sports to try to get it fixed over the 4 days it was at their shop. After wasting my time at Rad, I drove as fast as I could to Titanium to see if they could squeeze me in. I got there close to 4:30PM and the owner was willing to do it the same day with an extra charge, even though they closed at 5:00PM. She explained that many other auto shops only temporarily fixed the cracks by welding the wheel, but Titanium fixed the root of the problem by aligning the barrel. In addition, if the crack came back in the same area, they would take it back in to fix the issue. Within the next hour, they were able to fix the wheel for around $375. I was provided with great customer service and my car in fully working condition in such a short period of time. Honestly a life saver - wish I came here first!

They did my 2 rims , they told me it takes 3 weeks but that's not what happened it took over 2 months. Very expensive $350 For both and did a very poor job, when I complained they said that's the best they can do. I brought the other 2 rims that powdered coated and finished by other company to compare but same reason that's all the can do. Spool sad

Needed a rim repaired a couple months ago and they did a good job. They were able to fix it without having to replace it. It didn't take too long. The location is hard to find, weird area and you can get blocked by another vehicle on the road.

We came to this place after being highly recommended from a friend. I dont know if you have to spend thousands of dollars in order for them to show some sort of customer service but who knows. This is what happened to us, as paying customers.After searching for this business for about 15 mins (theres no visible signs as where its exactly located) we finally found the front door of the office. We go in to ask for an estimate for a dent in one rim. The woman comes out the office all grouchy like we're bothering her, dragging her feet and rolling her head back like we were literally bothering her! Maybe she was having a bad day, we all have them so hey, I tried looking past it. She tells us they just want the tire and to put the spare on. We had to ask them for help to change out the tire and help put the spare on!!! That blew my mind. From the looks of it on the outside, it wasnt packed with cars, there were no other customers there waiting, so why the lack of customer service?? After having to ASK for help to do something a shop machine could do in a matter of minutes, we went back inside and paid up front the quote they gave us, $210. Upon leaving we get an estimated time of finish to be 3 to 4 days. I was happy it was getting fixed so I looked past the entire customer service experience.THE NEXT AFTERNOON:We get a text message from "the rim doctor" saying the tire was ready for pick up and that they close at 5pm. Not the quote we got but perfect it's fixed! We rushed over there right after finishing work and made it there at 4:30. My husband goes into the office while I waited in the car with our baby, to complete our transaction and he then comes out and he has the tire and is ready to put it into the trunk! I said what's going on? He said they're not gonna help us put it on, let's just park down the street on the side of the road and change it. IT WAS RAINING! WE HAVE A BABY!! WE JUST PAID A BUSINESS TO FIX A RIM ON THE TIRE WE NEED TO USE ON THIS CAR WE'RE DRIVING!!I. WAS. LIVID.My husband is a calm guy and just wanted to get it over with and just get on our way. I usually look past things but this entire experience PLUS now we're on the side of the road for a good 20 minutes IN THE RAIN changing out the spare to put on the fixed tire, that easily would've taken a few minutes at their shop!D I S G U S T E D! POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Was it because it was close to 5pm that no one would help us do something so simple?? We didnt deserve a full service? Their website seems to have your back as a customer, but maybe they only pay attention to their high ticket customers??I'm appalled.. speechless and even disgusted.Thanks for fixing the rim guys but maybe in the future you might want to give a heads up, maybe on that fancy website, that your paying customers will need to change out their tires before and after the service you provide for rim repairs. Good thing it wasnt all 4 rims!!
