Very good and friendly service. Quick, polite and an overall very good experience. However, the cost. 4.8 mile tow (anything above 5 costs more per mile) and it was 400$. I was not aware of the cost until the driver was on scene and being in a hurry I didn t have much other option. Other than the cost, it was a very good and professional service.Service: Car towing

Everyone was professional from the dispatch to the driver. I was stuck on the 201 W during rush hour traffic coming down the hill at the stadium exit. Driver got to me fast, in less than 30 mins in rush hour, which I appreciated because I was on the side of the road with my one year old. Driver was friendly and had the car hooked up fast. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the price shock. I have a an all wheel drive car. So, both front and rear needed to be lifted. That's fine, but from the stadium exit to Lex Brody on Kam Hwy in Pearl City was $476 total. Again, I am grateful they got me and my baby off the road and my car to the shop. But, man - to me it seemed super expensive, but what are you going to do during rush hour? Pay a premium - I guess?Service: Car towing

Called this company because of the 5* reviews. Waited 1.5 hours. Called to check if tow still coming he said driver should be coming. I called a tow 9:30am. Its already 11:30am called again to check guy hung up on me before I even finished my sentence. If your busy I understand don t hung up on customers and make them wait for nothing. Don t waste your time with businesses who doesn t value their customers.

Called over 24hrs in advance requesting service. After 30min after requested time called them wondering when it would arrive. They said two hours. Couldn't even let me know they weren't even close to making their time

Called for lockout, someone picked up then hung up. Tried calling back but they turned the phone off.
